Toners -Laneige - Power Essential Skin Refiner_EX
KilluhXCee 3/7/2010 11:06:00 AM
I really love most of the stuff I tried from laneige. they always have everything for your skintype. This particular on is made for people with dry skin (like me). Most of the toners I tried from drugstore to high end either breaks me out, drys me out, or makes me face really tight. not this if anything it feels really refreshing and moisturizing slightly. you could see all the little gunk on your face left over after you this. I really don't like the fact it's in a glass bottle but it's pretty study. I dropped more then a dozen times on hard wood floors and it has yet to even have a scratch on it but i still would'nt recommend you try that. but yea this is a bit on a pricey side but hell... for what it's worth even if it was 70 dollars I'll still buy this.

Liquid -MAC - Studio Sculpt SPF 15 Foundation

I most def have very mixed feelings about this foundation.I love it and yet I don't.well there are definite pros to this foundation.one being that it's a gel-like foundation so even if you tip it over on your hand you will definitely not move which i like for myself cause I hate how runny foundations are -_- (which is why I stick with this and the missha bb cream).another love about this foundation is that is A MEDIUM TO FULLLLL COVERAGE! it will mostly depend on the brush/sponge you use with it.I use the ELF powder brush or the 188 with it cause I found these blend it out the best next to the beauty blender but I found it involves you using alot more foundation with that.another is that this is in a tube form you really get to choose the amount you need.THE ONE ABSOLUTE CON ABOUT THIS is that it makes you look alot lighter in photos which suckkks. also the thickness. I like that it's thick but sometimes it's really a pain to blend out when you use the beauty blender and such really... but other then that I say it's pretty good it can't call it my HG since I switch between this and the missha bb cream but its definately one of the best I tried from mac for now from mac this is my HG foundation but not out of everything I have tried

Makeup Brushes -E.L.F. - Studio Powder Brush

One of my very first makeup brushes and forever it will be in my collection. I absolutely adore these types of brushes for just about everything. Foundation, Powder, Blush, Contour. I have about three right now in usage and two as backups. What I love the most about this though is the sleek black handle and the black synthetic hairs! White hairs are sucha pain in the butt to clean but because their black the foundation and whatever else thats gunked up in the brush cleans out really nice without stains (I'm super ocd about my brushes being stained). Honestly for the price its pretty darn amazing I mean...come on its only three dollars.

I absolutely love this! the smell is amazing! I actually got this a few years back and ignored it cause the gloss itself was very thin.but I tried it out a few weeks ago and I can't stop using it!.sure....there's not alot of product, but for the price you really can't beat it! and what I really loveeee about this is that it's really moisturizing!and another great factor is that it makes your lips look very shiny. if you want a nice moisturizing gloss that does'nt cost alot i most def reccomend this

Liquid -Neutrogena - Healthy Skin Liquid Makeup SPF 20

This was actually my very first drugstore foundation that I had just recently picked up again. I think stopped using it back in the day because I thought it was breaking me out but nope I found that this foundation wasn't the culprit. but anyways this foundation is by far the one of the most amazing foundations I have ever tried from the drugstore! It has this amazing satin finish that the only real way to describe it is that it looks like your own skin! I can't tell you how many times I got compliments on my skin when I've worn this. As for the coverage...I say its a very good medium. But its buildable but the one thing I will say about that is if you build it up with say a paddle foundation brush it will start to look cakey after about the third or fourth layer. I found the best way to apply this is with a flat top brush like the elf powder brush (forever my HG) it really helps the foundation blend and look extra flawless. if you have alot of acne scars or current acne, you WILL need a concealer. but yeah this foundation is by far one of the best you will find in drugstore
