Got this on clearance. Did not like the brush or formula. Traditional bristle brush but in a spread out spiral shape. Just did not coat the lashes very well with the length side, and dried out super fast to where it got flaky. The volume side the brush picked up way too much product to where it was impossible to avoid clumps, which was a lot to comb through and still looked clumpy. Could not even finish it up.

Skincare - Face -Nuance by Salma Hayek - Wild Lime Exfoliating Facial Gel

I love using this as a mask a couple of times a week to keep my skin smooth. The fruit acids naturally exfoliate my dead skin. Left with less breakouts that go away more quickly. Love the lime smell, and how the gel texture is thick enough to not be runny when spread on. I used to use a more expensive natural fruit acid cleanser, but it was very runny so I prefer the Wild Lime because it stays on longer, and saves me money. I will definitely be checking out other products from this line.

Shampoo -Suave - Professionals Dry Shampoo Spray

Love this dry shampoo, even better than Batiste, which was my former favorite. I've used high end, such as Kenra which left a horrible white cast and would not brush out easily at all, to other cheaper ones like Psssst! And for the price, this one beats them all, plus leaves less of a white cast, and has a nice tropical fruit scent. The vapor from it does fill the entire bathroom though, so I have to hold my breath, spray, and then leave the room to not inhale it. Now I want to try the Keratin one next.

Eyes -Ardell - Sweetheart lashes

These were on a separate display at my local CVS, labeled "The Special Occasion Collection, for your special day". Nice long lashes that came with a clear glue with a plastic wand applicator. I bought them to wear to a friends wedding as I have had good luck with Ardell lashes in the past. Well even though the lashes themselves were gorgeous, the glue was a nightmare. It burned my lids, somehow migrated into my eye, and it was literally as if I had put super glue on them, with my bottom lid getting stuck shut to the top, my lashes being pulled out, I tried several times to get it to stick to my lids, but after 15 minutes they were falling off. Most horrible experience ever. So ended up not being able to wear them for the occasion. Now, later I took the same lashes with the typical white squeeze tube glue, and they applied like a dream. I just would advise to buy the lashes if you have a separate glue to use with them.

Cleansers -Olay - Definity Illuminating Cream Cleanser

This did not rinse clean, even after wiping my face with a towel after wards, the littlw granules from the cleanser were left on my skin, which I would feel when I applied my moisturizer. Did not see any improvement to my skin in brightening or smoothness or evening out of skin tone. It actually aggravated my acne.

BB Cream -Garnier - BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfector - Light/Medium

Over fragranced, greasy, felt heavy on my face, not the best coverage, only lasts a couple of hours before it oxidizes to a nice orange mess. Not good for my oily skin.

BB Cream -Lioele - Triple Solution BB cream

Wow does this have good coverage, I don't even need to use a concealer with it. Very thick and only one pump (if that) is needed for my entire face. It's a fairly good color match, slightly too light for my NC25-30skin, but I just add bronzer. I use my fingers to spread it, as the warmth from them helps it spread on a little better. I pump one pump on my fingertips and spread between by two hands and dot it on my cheeks, forehead, chin and nose, then spread it a little and finish by tapping it in to my skin. Then I tap whatever is left on the nozzle(and there is always some left) onto my finger and use that to cover any redness around my nose or blemishes, that way none transfers onto the cap when I close it. And I'm done. No need to powder, lasts several hours before I need to blot. I have to be real careful with powdering over this as it can get cakey looking fast. Love the SPF 30. The coverage can't be beat for BB cream.

BB Cream -Bobbi Brown - BB Cream SPF 35 PA+++

My favorite BB cream! I have the shade Fair and it matches my NC25 skin without any gray cast whatsoever. I have oily skin and this acts as my primer, moisturizer and sunscreen in one. Love how is has SPF 35. I find that this provides medium coverage once built up. It is very natural looking, people often can't believe that I'm wearing makeup and give me compliments on my "skin". It's quick to throw on in the mornings, I apply it with my fingers and I find I don't have to reapply, although I will have to use a blotting sheet halfway through the day. I don't need to powder over it due to it not being a dewy or shiny finish, although I usually do just because I like to "set" everything and like a matte face. And the best part is that it does not break me out. It is a pain having to order this online, and it is a bit pricey, but absolutely worth it.

I love this mid toned pink shade on both my toes and my nails. It has a nice sheen and slight shimmer to it and really is long wearing. Super cheap and convenient. I usually apply 2 coats.

Conditioner -Nature's Gate - Chamomile Repleneshing Conditioner

I purchase the Herbal conditioner, which does not say chamomile on it. The scent of this is an awful musky herbal, that is incredibly strong. I washed my hair twice with another shampoo/cond before the scent finally went away. My husband would not come anywhere near me when I had this on, he actually had some sort of allergic reaction to it. As far as conditioning, this did not do anything for my hair, other than leave it a frizzy mess.

Eye Primer -NYX - HD High Definition Eyeshadow Base

Was excited to try this after reading the good reviews here. This goes on nice and creamy and does help shadow stay put, up until 8 hours, then I get creasing on the inner corners of my eyelids. I will have to go back to TFSI, Lorac, or UDPP for all day no creasing.

This smells good and is very thick in consistency and felt great going on when my hair was wet. However, when my hair dried, it was a poofy, frizzy, flyaway mess. This conditioner does absolutely nothing for my hair.

Mascara -Maybelline - Define A Lash

I just repurchased this because it works great for the bottom lashes. It never clumps and provides a nice natural look. I love the rubber bristles because they really separate the lashes. I usually use a volumizing mascara on my top lashes, but will use this to comb through them afterwards and to add a bit of length. I don't use it by itself on the top lashes unless I want a very natural look. The wand is too bendy though, sometimes when I'm trying to place the wand back into the stopper, it will be difficult because it bends every which way, and can bend out of shape.

Conditioner -Trader Joe's - Balanced Moisturizing Nourish Spa Conditioner

This did not moisturize my hair enough and left it very poofy. I got major tangles with this. My hairs would need to separated when dry, as they would sometimes stick together, as if there was residue on it. Am using it up as a shave cream.

Lips -NYX - Soft Matte Lip Cream

I bought these in San Paulo and Milan, and love the texture and how moisturizing these are. The smell is heavenly, like butter cream frosting, which makes me want to eat it. The colors were very vibrant, however unfortunately did not look good on me, maybe because of my skin tone, so I will be returning these and trying out some different shades. The formula and finish are wonderful though, so I would highly recommend.
