Palettes -Victoria's Secret - lip palettes

I have definately found my HG lip colors. It was as if this lip palette was made my God himself and put on clearance for $4 just so I could buy it. The 3 mirror, mirror lip glosses in french kiss, pink slip, and plum wine are shimmery and luscious. The 2 smooth talk lip sticks in ruby slippers and sex kitten make my lips look plump and ready for a kiss. When this palette runs out, I will definately be purchasing all of the lip colors separating because this palette was only for a limited time.

Eye Shadow -Clinique - High Impact Duo in Like Mink

I’m not a big fan of brown eyeshadow, but this one is very bronzy and looks okay with my light brown eyes. The lighter nude color is gorgeous and I wear it very often. The product itself always stays put even after a night at the clubs. If only Clinique eyeshadows weren’t so expensive...

I got this as a gift and I have to say that the dark shimmery purple looks gorgeous with my light brown eyes. I hadn’t worn eyeshadow for a long time and I know where this product everytime I go out at night. It stays put all night long and looks absolutely gorgeous. A definate repurchase.

Eye Shadow -Clinique - Touch Tint for Eyes - Natural Suede

This product is the exact same color as my skin and provides the perfect back drop for eyeshadow and eyeliner. I use it everyday as a light eyeshadow and it makes my eyelids look velvety smooth. Great product!

I got this as a sample with my Brilliant Brunette shampoo. It smells great and isn’t too goopy or sticky. My hair looks shiny and frizz-free after I dried it. I’m very loyal to my Frizz-Ease hair serum though. However if this product is cheaper, I’ll definately repurchase.

I liked the clear formula, but you don’t get much for the $8 cost. And the product itself really didn’t work on my oily/acne-prone skin. No difference in my acne. My skin was a little less oily.

Moisturizers -Neutrogena - Oil Free Moisture - SPF 15

I’ve only used a couple moisturizers in my life because I don’t go through them for quickly. This product works well with my oily/acne-prone skin. Very lightweight and non-greasy. My makeup looks gorgeous on top of this lotion.

Eye Makeup Remover -Clinique - Take The Day Off Eye Makeup Remover

I got this as a sample in a Clinique gift, as I normally don’t purchase makeup removers. I figured it might work well to remove heavy eye makeup. It worked well, but it left the area around my eyes feeling very oily so I had to wash my face immediately after using the product. I’ve always been able to remove eye makeup with my regular facial cleanser, but I guess this product would be good for someone who needs to take extra care of the area around their eyes.

Lotions/ Creams -Jergens - Naturally Smooth Shave Minimizing Moisturizer

I’ve been using this product about everyday for the past 5 years. Its definately my favorite moisturizer. My skin is never very dry, but I always need some moisture after shaving. The lotion has definately helped to thin the hair on my legs and arms, and I definately don’t have to shave my arms as frequently anymore.

Self Tanners -Neutrogena - Instant Bronze Foam in Deep

A sunless tanner and bronzer in one is quite genius. Application can get mess as it does with all sunless tanners. Applying it yourself is outdated now that Mystic Tan is available everywhere, but its good for little spot treatments. I bought it to help cover up my white tan lines from swim practice and it worked quite well. I use it just about everytime I go out to a club on my chest, neck, shoulders, upper back, and legs. I used it once on my face, but it looked a little bit unnatural everywhere. A light application on the cheeks look quite natural though. Definately a good, cheap product.

Lip Treatments -Carmex - EZ-ON APPLICATOR

This lip balm has the consistency of petroleum jelly, yet it doesn’t eventually dry out your lips. The smell is a bit odd, but I’ve gotten quite use to it. I use it every nighht before I go to bed and my lips always look beautiful in the morning. Nothing beats Carmex lip balm.

Misc Beauty Tools -Clean & Clear - Oil Absorbing Sheets

I never leave the house without a packet of these. I keep one in my purse, one in my makeup bag, and one in car so that I’m always prepared. During the 90 degree Florida summers these sheets save my life. I have to use quiet a few after a walk across campus, but they leave my skin looking clean and fresh, and my makeup stays perfectly intact if it hasn’t already been melted away by the sweltering sun. I absolutely adore these oil absorbing sheets!

Masks -Neutrogena - Deep Clean oil-controlling mask

I’ve used such about every product Neutrogena makes for oily/acne-prone skin, and I’ve found that a few of them work very well. So I decided I would try this product because its the only mask Neutrogena makes for oily skin. It has a nice orange smell that goes on clear and turns white when its dry which takes no longer than 5 minutes. It does leave my skin feeling less oily, but it feels this weird shine as if my skin has just been roughly polished. And the next day my skin was make to its old oily self. I felt that after a few uses it might start to work, but it only made my skin oilier and little white heads started popping up.I definately stopped using it after that.

Treatments -Pro Activ - Proactiv Repairing Lotion

I tried the whole Proactiv line for about a year, but it didn’t do anything for my skin. The facial cleanser is a waste of time for anyone with acne. It is definately a bad idea to use any type of exfoliating product on an area that has broken out. All it does is aggravate the area. Anyway, on to the lotion. Its about 2% benzoyl peroxide which doesn’t due too much damage on big red icky pimples. I use it as a light treatment on my face at night to prevent anything from forming. I’d have to say it works very well as a preventative, but for those pimples that pop up around the time of my period, I need something a bit more powerful. If the product was less expensive I would repurchase it. But any lotion with 2% bp will work just the same.

Skincare - Body -Dove - Invisible Solid Anti-Perspirant

I’ve always had very sensitive underarms, and I knew when I visited my family in Ohio during the winter, I was going to need a different deodorant. This product worked just find and left my skin feeling soft and smooth and fresh all through the day. The only problem was it left streaks of white on the inside of my clothing. Luckily I only bought a travel size. Its definately a good, simple, everyday deodorant if you don’t mind the streaks.
