Shampoo -Joico - Body Luxe Thickening Shampoo

Very mediocre product. I really can't wait to use up this shampoo.. although I don't really want to because it makes my hair greasy within a day! This stuff gives me no volume and makes my hair a lot more greasy than other shampoos. Will not repurchase. Conditioner isn't that much better either.

Blush -MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish in Blonde Degradé

I bought this with redhead as this mineralize skinfinish intrigued me as well. There is a lot of hype around redhead, and personally I much prefer blonde! I'm NC20, with dark brown hair/eyes and this color is so pretty on my cheeks-- a nice flush. The redhead is more of a softer pinkish highlighter in my opinion and isn't as versatile. I should have bought backups of blonde! If you can still get ahold of it, go buy it! It is a fantastic mineralize skinfinish!

Eyeliner -Maybelline - Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner

I can't believe this is a drugstore liner and it comes with a brush. It is sad when you spend so much on a dept store eyeliner, and it can't even live up to its claims. I have VERY oily lids, and when I use a eyeshadow primer (NARS) none of my BB, shu, urban decay, clinique, nars, lancome eyeliners stay put. I get smudging under my eyes like crazy all day every day by midmorning. This eyeliner has left me with NO undereye smudging and the brush is better than any cheap brush I've bought at the drugstore. I haven't tried it without primer just because it has been working so well with it. I would repurchase. Yes, it could be a darker black, but I'm sure they will come out with something like that at some point. Excellent job Maybelline!

Awesome eye shadow for the price but it will never be a true dupe for MAC's satin taupe in my heart! It is a great taupe to have in your collection though.. and at a great price.

Eye Shadow -Wet 'n' Wild - Color Icon Trio - Walking on Eggshells

I bought this after seeing good reviews on WnW eye shadows. I used them many years ago when they were a crappy brand. I wasn't all that impressed with the colors in the pan when I bought it but after I put it on this morning, I was dumbfounded. I am shocked at how great these colors look together, and I agree, they have good staying power. I did use NARS eye shadow base as a primer though.. The colors look AMAZING... I just wish the packaging looked fancier...but it is a wonderful drugstore find!!

Eyeliner -Maybelline - Unstoppable Eyeliner

This eyeliner has good staying power but broke in several places before I even got to use it. Every time I reached for this eyeliner a good chunk of the stick was broken off and I would stick it back in and use it. It does last a lot better than a lot of drugstore eyeliners though.. maybe it was my eyeliner that was damaged? Either way, I think I'm gonna stick to my fav eyeliner which is styli-style.

Lipstick -Revlon - Colorburst Lip Butter

I went looking for these lip butters b/c I was excited that there was a "gloss stick" in the drugstore. I am a lip gloss junkie but I'm getting too old for it and have been trying to get into lipsticks. FYI - I Iove the sheen supremes that MAC came out with, which replaced the slim shines. Anyway, I finally found these at Rite Aid, and my first thought was would it kill people to not test it on their hands? The only ones left were colors that only had 1 left and obviously had been swatched. I picked up 2 colors - peach parfait and pink truffle. I love YLBB shades and this hits the spot! The peach parfait is a YLBB shimmer/sparkle color and the pink truffle is a slightly darker YLBB without any shimmer. Both have shine of a gloss. I ended up sanitizing these before using them b/c I could tell one of them had been swatched in the store. They are moisturizing but do not have the rich moisturization of the sheen supremes. They also don't give you much product which was obvious when I swiveled up the lipsticks while sanitizing them. Overall, great job Revlon, they are kinda expensive ($7.50 for 0.09 oz product), and good colors. I see myself buying more of these!

It took a couple weeks for me to get into this product. It just didn't look like something that should be put on your lips.. I don't know why.. maybe the color? maybe the eucalyptus scent? But.. since I've been using it for awhile now, it hydrates my lips really well and leaves a nice pinky glow to my lips. I love that it has argan oil in it! It looks great as a blush too... I just wish it wasn't as big of a tube as it is.. cause I'd love to carry this in my small day bag.....

I've been waiting to buy this blush since it came out, but couldn't justify the purchase since I have a ton of blushes, and similar shades... I got it recently in the F&F sale at sephora, and I am underwhelmed. A dupe for this product is Milanis luminous blush, which I think has better pigmentation.. sad to say. It also has a fragrance to it that I don't care for, but is somewhat pleasant. I will return it.. it is not worth the hype... milani's blushes are around $5 while this is over 20 bucks.

I haven't seen many reviews on this so I thought I'd start one. I bought this after seeing Koren's you tube video where he raves about this tooth whitener that does not cause sensitivity. I bought it b/c I have horrible sensitivity with crest white strips, and I wanted to whiten my teeth. They use viocin and carbamide peroxide instead of traditional whiteners which cause sensitivity. I got the combo pack with the toothpaste which was 30 something bucks with shipping. I used it yesterday, starting out at a 6 on the shade guide and finished with streaky front teeth! I kid you not they looked like white stained waves on my front teeth! Anyway, you get the molds and you heat them up in hot water, then mold them to your mouth, apply a white gel to the tray, leave on an hr and then rinse and apply a purple gel for 15 min. I was horrified to find the streaky whiteness despite overall it looking whiter, and I applied it again this time applying it to my teeth so it would be even and then putting the trays in for another 30 min and reapplied the purple gel for 15 min after that. It was STILL streaky. So, I then tried to forget about it and it has now evened out more, and is not as noticeable. I had some sensitivity to hot, cold, and brushing my teeth but it might have been because I did this twice in one day due to the streaking. Be careful how you apply the gel (I think direct application to the whole tooth surface is better than the tray) but it will whiten.. with less sensitivity than others. I am hesitant to retry right now but maybe in a couple months. If you want to try it, try looking up koren's video on youtube. The promo code for the website is in the description!

Scrubs -Neutrogena - Oil-Free Acne Wash pink grapefruit foaming scrub

I was reading reviews on this product and then I realized the bumps I have on my forehead are probably from using this product. I'm usually a Neutrogena fan, but after using this cleanser for several weeks, I have small bumps on my forehead and inbetween my eyes. No breakouts. I stopped and went back to my more expensive cleanser and they went away.... sorry Neutrogena. Won't repurchase...

Foundations -Maybelline - New Instant Age Rewind

I'm surprised how well this concealer covers my undereye circles.. some of my high end concealers don't fair as well and are twice the cost! It doesn't completely cover them up but it is a decent concealer! I'm NC25-30 and I picked medium which actually is a good match.

Polishes -Essie - Topless & Barefoot

My fingernails look strange and dead with this polish. If this is the color of being topless and barefoot, I do not want to be naked! I am working my way into nude nailpolish but this just doesnt do it for me. There is a lot of hype with this polish and I don't know why. The color is REALLY streaky with the application (you need to apply a really thick coat and then several more to get it even). Other essie polishes don't do that. I would not repurchase...

Ok, they must have reformulated this and repackaged it because my bottle is slim and doesn't look like the picture listed here. I put this on when my nailpolish was still wet 4 days ago.. no chip. at. all. And I am rough with and wash my hands often..I work 13 hr days in the medical field. fyi-I wear my plain wedding band at work because I dont want to get my engagement ring and more delicate band dirty.. Just make sure you use it while your nails are still wet.. and get the slim tall new bottle.. I would repurchase........

I have this and the kiss of moisture one...they are both great! This has a weird floral smell.. I kind of wish it smelled like honey instead.. anyway... I would repurchase..
