Lip Treatments -Chapstick - All Natural lip balm
rated 3 of 5
CitrusT 10/22/2009 4:58:00 AM

When I first used this, I didn't really like it. It has somewhat of a plain smell, waxy or buttery or something... It's an okay balm, and it doesn't make my lips feel super moisturizing, it doesn't dry them out either. It's just kind of blah, I guess. Nothing special at all. I mainly only use it when it's sitting near by and am too lazy to reach for another lip balm. I won't be buying it again.

Lip Treatments -Unlisted Brand - Perfect Organics Shea Butter Lip Balm - Citrus Orange
rated 5 of 5
CitrusT 10/22/2009 4:46:00 AM

Talk about fresh squeezed organes! This stuff smells amazing! I like this one much better than the vanilla twist. For some reason, the citrus organe helps with the blood circulation in my lips. It make my lips appear much more healthier. It's very moisturizing. This is one lip butter I can't say no to, and I always find myself coming back to this particular flavor.

Lip Treatments -Unlisted Brand - Perfect Organics - Shea Butter Lip Balm - Vanilla Twist
rated 4 of 5
CitrusT 10/22/2009 4:38:00 AM

Gosh I want to eat this everytime I open the jar. It smells like vanilla icing on a cake. It's a great moisturizer and does not irritate my lips at all. Because it's all natural, my lips are able to breath. As it sinks into my lips, my lips begin to look and feel a bit wrinkled, but that happens with all organic lip balms (containing oils) that I put on my lips. It keeps my lips from looking dry though. This is one of my favorite brands of lip butter.

Lip Treatments -Unlisted Brand - Vintage Sister lip balms
rated 4 of 5
CitrusT 10/22/2009 4:32:00 AM

I'm hooked on the 1970's, so I was looking around for lip balms that resembles the Village Lip Lickers, then I came across these. I have this in watermelon, strawberry and winter mint. These balms are very moisturizing. Surprisingly, these balms do a fantastic job at getting dead skin off lips when applied before bed, and whipped away in the morning, and the ingredients are all natural. I wish the scent in the blams were stronger and resembled the flavors much better. I will purchase more in different flavors, because these balms are great at moisturizing.

Lip Gloss -Essence of Beauty - lip butter
rated 3 of 5
CitrusT 10/20/2009 3:55:00 AM

I have this in peach apricot and lemon twist. They smell so good, especially the lemon twist one. I don't like the fact that the main ingredient is mineral oil. It doesn't sink into my lips like I'd prefer a lip butter to do. The smell and texture sort of reminds me of Naturistics glossy lip balm that comes in a clear jar, but smoother. I love the smell of these, so I will definitely keep these around and use them from time to time or just whip it out and take a sniff. I may or may not repurchase.

Lip Treatments -C.O. Bigelow - Rose Salve
rated 4 of 5
CitrusT 10/1/2009 2:06:00 AM

I've had this salve for like a year now but mainly use it during the cooler/colder months. It's basically petroleum with added ingrediants. I like the sweet rose scent and the way the salve sort of inhances my natural lip color. It did a good job at moisturizing my lips. I was surprised because usually blams that contains petroleum leave my lips dry underneath, but that wasn't the case with this one. I never tried the Smith's Rosebud original salve, so I can't compare it to that, but I have tried Smith's Rosebud Strawberry lip balm and bigelow salve is much better than that one. I also use it for dry spots on my hands. All in all it's something that is good to keep around, and it will last a very long time.

Fragrances -Unlisted Brand - Egyptian Musk perfume oil
rated 4 of 5
CitrusT 1/6/2009 1:35:00 AM

I too ordered my egyptian musk from the same ebay seller. I like the scent, which smells very similar to auric blends egyptian goddess. I had to take away a lippie, because I was barely able to smell this on me. With my body chemistry, the dry down is soapy, which isn't a bad thing at all. This is a good fragrance, but I like my egyptian goddess better. I will continue to explore the different egyptian musks.

Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Pop Culture Cooling Body Spritzer- Cool Melon
rated 4 of 5
CitrusT 12/22/2008 10:27:00 PM

I really like this watermelon fragrance. I've never worn anything watermelon, so I really didn't know what to expect. Honestly I thought it would be a bit on the kiddy side, but it wasn't. This splash smells exactly like this watermelon candy I use to eat as a child. The candy was shaped like a jelly bean, green on the outside and pink in the middle. The fragrance isn't too sweet , and the alcohol is not detectable. It's light and Refreshing. I have a feeling B&BW won't be selling this in the future. Too bad.

Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Pop Culture Cooling Body Spritzer- Coconut Crush
rated 2 of 5
CitrusT 12/22/2008 10:16:00 PM

This body splash has an okay coconut smell to it, but it smells more like some kind of hair product and is very much on the strong side. From the bottle it has some what of a strong alcohol smell. This is one of those sprays where I'd have to spray in the air and walk through it. I wish it had more of a natural warm coconut smell. I won't repurchase, but I will try B&BW other coconut body splashes.

Lip Gloss -Bath and Body Works - Liplicious Black Cherry
rated 5 of 5
CitrusT 9/6/2008 11:36:00 AM

The black cherry lip gloss is now one of my favorite of the liplicious. In the tube the gloss is a deep pinkish purple ( the exact same color of a black cherry) with silver sparkles. The color is quite sheer on me, it just enhances my natural lip color, adding just a little silver sparkles that's hardly noticeable. This gloss definitely has a good sweet taste to it, and I love the noticeable smell. It reminds me of a mixture between gummy bears, and cherry Jello. I know I'm going to use this whole tube of gloss up, so I better start stocking up.

Lip Treatments -Carmex - Cherry- Jar
rated 5 of 5
CitrusT 8/30/2008 11:55:00 PM

This carmex is great. I'm glad they finally came out with different flavors. I have this in the jar. I love the cherry smell, though it's a bit on the loud side. The texture feels slightly thinner than the original carmex. It doesn't have as much menthol as the original one, but I can still feel a slight tingle. It also has spf 15, which is a plus. I like how they stayed with the original yellow color. It still does a good job at healing chapped lips. I would love to try this in strawberry, when it comes out in the jar or tube.

I bought this because I love warm scented fragrances. I have no regrets. I really love this lotion! I love the mixture of the fruits and spices. What a great combination! I think I finally found a fragrance I can stick with. Now I have to buy the body splash as well. I will definitely repurchase this.

Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Warm Vanilla Sugar body splash
rated 5 of 5
CitrusT 8/30/2008 11:40:00 PM

I like this fragrance. I usually try to stay away from vanilla fragrances, and try different scents, but I can't help it. This is the best vanilla body splash I've ever used. It's warm and sophisticated, and not strong like most sprays out there. I have this in the 2 oz. bottle but I will certainly be purchasing this in the full full size bottle. This will be my new all time winter fragrance.

Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - American Girl strawberries & cream body splash
rated 5 of 5
CitrusT 8/30/2008 11:34:00 PM

I have this fragrance in the lotion, and fell in love with it, so I knew I had to try the body splash. At first I thought it may have a strong alcohol smell to it, but when I sprayed it on, there was no alcohol detected at all. It smells just as good as the lotion; warm & sweet. I know I will be getting a lot of compliments from this as well. The scent isn't as strong as the lotion. I hardly ever use a full 8oz bottle of body splash, but this I will definitely use all up, and repurchase more. Yum!!!

Skincare - Body -Bath and Body Works - American Girl Strawberries and Cream Body Lotion
rated 5 of 5
CitrusT 8/22/2008 2:48:00 PM

This lotion smells exactly like it's name; Strawberries & Cream. It definitely has a sweet edible smell. The scent is a bit on the loud side, which is fine with me, because it doesn't irritate my nose at all. In some lotions you can hardly detect a smell. What I love about this lotion is the fact that I can put this on in the morning and still smell it on me when I go to bed at night. I don't even feel the need to put on perfume with this on, and I always get compliments. It does a good job at leaving my skin moisturized while adding a natural glow. I really love this stuff and can't wait to try the body splash in this scent.
