Conditioner -Clairol - Herbal Essences Replenishing Conditioner for Colored Permed Dry Damaged Hair
Cherrybello 8/7/2011 1:46:00 PM
It teamed with the shampoo, leave my hair smelling wonderful and feeling silky. I sometimes use it before hair mask or just on its own... its pretty moisturising, the end of my hair never looks dead before my next shampoo. Along with the shampoo, I have gone through bottles and bottles of them, and I am going to be upset and mass stockpile if they are gonna discontinue this.

Shampoo -Clairol - Herbal Essences replenishing shampoo for colored/ dry/ damages hair
Cherrybello 8/7/2011 1:41:00 PM
I have gone through bottles and bottles of this! It is my favourite shampoo out of my rotation list because its silicon free and leaves my scalp clean. My hair is dry, chemically straightened to the edge of its life and coloured, so its perfect! The smell is wonderful, pink is my favourite colour, so it works for me :)

Polishes -OPI - Tickle my France-y
Cherrybello 8/7/2011 8:32:00 AM
I have heard so much about this shade, so even if I couldn't try it out beforehand, I ordered it online. It lives up to its reputation, excellent nude colour! Although I was afraid that the colour wouldn't suit me because the back of my hands are rather tanned compare to the rest of me as I drive everywhere, and the Sunshine State lives up to its name. The colour is rich, it looks sort of streaky in the first layer, but after the second layer the coverage is spotless. Although it chipped on the 3rd day, OPI has gained a new loyal fan...!!

Lotions/ Creams -L'Occitane - Cherry Blossom Hand Cream
Cherrybello 7/22/2011 3:55:00 PM
Because I loved the perfume from the L'Occitane Cherry line, I bought this to use along with my perfume. The scent is very similar with the perfume, but it doesn't linger. The moisturising effect is not so good, it leaves a slippery film on my hands, doesn't really do much for me.

Polishes -OPI - Teenage Dream (Katy Perry)
Cherrybello 7/21/2011 5:00:00 PM
This polish first caught my eye in the front page of MUA. It is my first OPI polish, I have heard lots of good things about them, but they are ridiculously priced in Australia ($19.95 a bottle from DJs, I don't know about nail salons because I have never been in one), I bought it on eBay, barely under $10 with shipping. I tried it on the day it arrived, and I am in love~ It is sooooo cute, it would be perfect for a night out with the girls! It drys relatively quickly with Sally Hansen's Insta-dry topcoat. Simply lovely. It also creates the most beautiful layers. The pain of removing it is to be expected of glitter polishes but who cares~ its too cute to get irritated at! I have ordered tickle my Franc-ey recently, really looking forward to trying it out.

Top/Base Coats -Sally Hansen - SalIy Hansen Insta-Dri Anti-Chip Top Coat
Cherrybello 6/27/2011 10:20:00 AM
Haven't found my ideal topcoat yet, but this will do in the mean time. I couldn't help but put a big blob of this on my nail at a time, which makes it difficult to dry as fast as it claims - which is my own fault. But I can't help it because it drys to fast sometimes I can't have an even finish. But once its on, it keeps the polish underneath in good nick for a while, depending on whats it was. Had to take off 1 lippie for the slight difficulty for an even finish...

Primer/ Corrector -Sana - Pore Putty
Cherrybello 6/27/2011 8:33:00 AM
This is a review for the blue version that comes in a tube. If you are looking for a product that controls oil, then step away, this is not for you. It is translucent and a bit on the dry side... spreads out evenly and does its job alright when it comes to concealing pores, my pores are fairly big, and pore putty hides it pretty well under most of my foundations. But I need to blot it often during the day because it does nothing for oil control. Once the oil starts seeping through my foundation turns into a mess. So... I can only give it a 3 even though it works so well... for a couple of hours...

Lip Treatments -The Body Shop - Born Lippy Lip Balm
Cherrybello 6/27/2011 8:15:00 AM
I don't know why there are so many negative reviews on this product. I was first given this as a gift years ago and loved it then. It was in a slightly bigger container, in orange flavour, and it worked great as lip gloss, it is so moisturising, I often put them on before bed to keep them from chapping overnight - worked as well as Vaseline, minus the runny texture that Vaseline has and it doesn't get in my mouth so I could taste it. I also use this before my lipstick and gloss, it helps with keeping my lips from peeling with lipsticks. I haven't actually ever purchased this product myself so far because I keep getting them for Christmas, but I would definitely buy them when I run out.

Lip Gloss -L'Oreal - Infallible Plumping 6 Hour Lipgloss
Cherrybello 6/21/2011 11:05:00 AM
I have bought two of these, in 106 and 206. I have been looking around for good lip gloss since my old favourite got discontinued. I used the 206 with Dior's lipstick, of course with my body shop lip balm underneath. I tried it on for 2 hours(its winter right now). They didn't dry out my lips like maybeline and maxfactor ones did, and my lips are very prone to peel within the hour if I didn't put on the right stuff. You feel a slight tingling in your lips right after you apply, it drys out a bit as time goes on, needs a little reapplying now and then if you want to keep the glossy shine. One lippie off for drying out.

Fragrances -L'Occitane - Cherry Blossom EDT
Cherrybello 5/15/2011 7:03:00 AM
I love this perfume! Got it for my birthday one year, as all my friends know I love cherry blossoms (can see that from my username... haha!) so she gave me this as a present. The opening tone is a bit too strong for me, but it fades out to be quite nice. I am going to try the green tea scent by L'Occitane next, its my next love in real life :D

Masks -Laneige - Water Sleeping Pack
Cherrybello 5/11/2011 4:57:00 AM
I have gone through about 5 tubs of this stuff, and got my mum into the craze! We both love this product! It never caused any break outs, and its very light. Sometimes I get so lazy I go to bed without essence or moisturiser, just this, and no dry skin next morning! I am very experimental, I might try other sleeping packs, but I'll definitely come back to this one once in a while....

Skincare - Face -Laneige - Water Bank Essence
Cherrybello 5/11/2011 4:48:00 AM
Lovely little glass bottle that fits into my toiletry bag and I can carry it on the plane. The consistency is between cream and gel, it absorbs very quickly, and its light. Some nights when I am too lazy or tired to go through the whole skincare routine, I put some of this on followed by the water sleeping pack. I would still wake up with nice smooth and hydrated skin. You don't need much of it to go on your whole face either, 1~2 pumps for me depending on the season. I love my laneige products, they have never caused any breakouts. Ordering my second bottle now!

Eyes -DHC - Eye Lash tonic
Cherrybello 5/10/2011 10:55:00 AM
It is not so bad though, there had been some improvements... but definately can't compare with L'Oreal lash renew serum. I love the brush! Slightly uncomfortable, yes, but I can be sure all lashes are coated with this one, no mess! But the colour changed from a semi-transparent amber yellow to whitish murky colour after a while, grossed me out... and I eventually threw it out...

Treatments (Eye) -L'Oreal - Lash Boosting Serum
Cherrybello 5/10/2011 10:50:00 AM
This has really made a difference! My eyelashes appear fuller, and slightly longer, the lower lashes slightly more visible now. I had to take off 1 lippie for the weird scent and the sponge wand that always made a mess of my lashes. It reminded me of something cold, slippery and yuck... I prefer the more mascara style brush the DHC serum came with, I am willing to put up with the slight discomfort of the stiff brush, at least I am sure every lash for coated without a slippery mess, and leaves a dry clump for me to clean up every morning...

Treatments -Biore - Pore Cleansing Strips - Nose
Cherrybello 5/10/2011 10:37:00 AM
I have been using these quite a bit recently... I got a St. Claire Sebum control treatment set, the mask doesn't work very well, but I have been combining the prep lotion with this nose strips. I would splash my face thoroughly with water after massaging in the lotion and washed it off, and then push the strip into my face until your fingers get sticky. Then I wait until its really dry, and peel it off. It looks real gross, but very satisfying! Don't forget to use copious amount of toner after! I would soak some thin cotton pads with toner and cover my T-zone, wait for a while and then peel it off, use the left over for the rest of my face. Pure bliss!
