Treatments (Eye) -Marcelle - Hydra-C ComplexE Eye Contour Gel-Cream

This is a great eye cream for younger girls who want to take care of their eyes but don't need an eye cream designed for wrinkles or anything yet. The packaging is great- the pump dispenses very nicely and it is easy to get only the amount of product you want out of it, even a tiny drop! Also, my makeup applies wonderfully over this eye cream. For $18, I would definitely recommend and repurchase this eye cream!
I love love love this blush, especially in the fall and winter time. It gives you a very youthful and healthy look, like you've just been for a walk outside. I love the pigmentation, texture, lasting power, and colour of this blush. I would definitely recommend this blush to anyone that is willing to pay the hefty price. I would repurchase this blush, but I can't see myself running out of this product any time soon since you need so little due to the amazing pigmentation!
Eye Shadow -Wet 'n' Wild - ColorIcon Palette in #249 Vanity [DISCONTINUED]

I absolutely love this eyeshadow palette! It has all of the shades you would need for a subtle or very dramatic eye look. The shadows are very pigmented and wear very well with any sort of primer, and the colours suit my hazel eyes very well. I would definitely recommend you picking up this palette, especially since it is quite cheap.
I absolutely love this blush, it gives a very natural flush to the cheeks and is perfect for every day use, especially in the fall. I love the pigmentation (not too sheer, but not so pigmented that you need to be overly careful when applying it). Overall I think it is an amazing neutral blush that would suit many people. I will definitely repurchase when I run out!
I absolutely love this blush, it is one of my favourites! It compliments my skin tone very well, and I love the fact that there is no shimmer or sparkles in it. It is nicely pigmented (not sheer, but not so pigmented that you have to be overly careful when applying it). I think that the colour would work on a lot of skin tones, and it looks good with a lot of different makeup looks. Overall I would highly recommend this blush, and I will repurchase as soon as I run out!
I absolutely love this eyeshadow! It is very pigmented and smooth, and has a beautiful brown/silver finish that compliments my hazel eyes very well. I really like the packaging: it is very small and compact and easy for travelling or just not taking up too much room in your makeup collection. I will definitely repurchase this eyeshadow when it is used up, but I don't think that will be any time soon, as you really don't need much of this product due to the amazing pigmentation!
Moisturizers -Unlisted Brand - Extra Virgin Olive Oil
CamR 1/31/2012 7:02:00 PM
I absolutely love using extra virgin olive oil as a facial moisturizer. I have quite bad acne, and I have found that my skin looks less red and inflamed when I use this, and I even feel like it helps my pimples to subside quicker! I will definitely continue to use this product and I absolutely recommend trying it out, especially since you probably already have some at home!
I have been using this products for the past year and a half. I absolutely love this foundation, as it is the only foundation that gives me the coverage and lasting power I need. It is easy to buff into the skin with a Sigma F80 or ELF powder brush, and it leaves a very nice natural finish that's in between dewy and matte. There is a great colour selection as well. The only reasons that I am giving this a 4 instead of a 5 is because it is very expensive, and because the past few months I have found it to be drying out my skin. But other than that I love it, and I will continue to use it it the spring and summer months when my skin is less dry.
So, I've been using revlon ColorStay foundation in the colours Buff and Ivory (mixed together) for a good 6 months now and I still am on the fence about whether I actually like the foundation or not! I'll run you through what I like and don't like about it. Pros: -good coverage (i still need concealer under my eyes and over some acne scarring, but it's pretty full coverage) -lasts reasonably on my skin Cons: -bad colour selection (I have to use a mix of 2 shades because Ivory is VERY pink/grey toned and very unatural, and the next colourdarker called Buff is way too dark for me) -transfers VERY easily onto clothing etc -looks cakey very easliy -doens't last as long as I would like -is quite expensive for a drugstore foundation ($19 CDN?!?!?!) -packaging doesn't come with a pump -the finish is very matte and unnatural looking Pretty much the cons outweight the pros, but I need good coverage, and I can't find another drugstore foundation that has as good coverage, so I guess I'm stuck with this for a while!
Cleansers -Unlisted Brand - Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

I love using Virgin Coconut Oil as a makeup remover, but I always follow up with a normal cleanser. This is the only makeup remover that I have used so far that has been able to take off my Estee Lauder Double Wear in 1 go, so naturally I love it! When I use this as a moisturizer in the morning before my founation (and let it sink in for about 10 mins) my foundation applies so smoothly and evenly, and my skin looks so much better! The only downside is that you have to store it in the refrigerator, so making daily trips down to the kitchen to moisturize/remove makeup has to become part of your routine, but honestly it's no biggie. Love this stuff, can't imagine not having it any more! Edit: I much prefer olive oil as a moisturizer because it is lighter and has helped reduce the redness and the acne on my face. I am lowering this to a 4 because of that.
Cleansers -Olay - Hydrate And Cleanse Microbead Cleansing Serum

This is a pretty good cleanser. It cleaned well without leaving my skin tight and itchy and dry, however it doesn't remove makeup that well, and sometimes I feel like it doesn't completely rinse off. The beads are kind of pointless, but I didn't buy this as an exfoliator, so I am not disappointed. I have very sensitive skin, and this did not irritate my skin at all, so I would recommend this for most skin types, just not oily.
I guess I'll get straight down to business: Pros - doesn't break out my sensitive and acne prone skin - provides SPF 15 - was a pretty good powder over all Cons: - needed to reapply twice a day - didn't provide as much coverage as I would like Overrall I would say this is a pretty good powder when used over a tinted moistuizer or something if you have blemishes (by itself it won't cover that much) and it's a good investment if you have seriously reactive skin like mine and don't want to break out by using cheaper products.
Shampoo -Live Clean - (Green Earth) Invigorating Shampoo

I have finally found my HG shampoo!! I have had the hardest time finding a shampoo that cleaned my oily roots but didn't dry out the rest of my hair, and this does it perfectly!! I've just finished my first bottle, and I am definitely repurchasing! Bonus: the packaging is great, and it's 98% plant based, vegan, and has no harsh chemicals, and smells amazing, who could ask for more?!
