I got this in cherry. Lovely sheer color. Classic cough syrup cherry flavor. Very soft, slightly waxy feel. But it doesnt last long and it transfers like nothing else. Guess thats why its cheap.

Mascara -L'Oreal - Waterproof Voluminous Carbon Black

I have to agree whole-heartedly with a lot of the other reviewers.. this is a good mascara, but it's NOT a waterproof mascara. Every new mascara I try (and I'm a mascara junkie) I give the wear-it-in-the-shower test and see how it fairs. Most drugstore waterproof mascaras fair pretty well, but not this one. Sadly, a good deal of the mascara washed off. Otherwise, it's a beautifully inky black and it gave me great volume and length. Would have been my favorite mascara!

Shampoo -Suave - Professionals Dry Shampoo Spray

I usually hate Suave products, but I thought to give this one a try after being really disappointed in Tresemme's dry shampoo. I was drawn to it because it says on the bottle that it is for fine and straight hair and of course, Sauve is cheap. I love this stuff. First off, it IS a dry shampoo. Therefore, yes, it does leave your hair a little duller than before (shine=oil, duh). And it initially has sort of a fruit punch smell- which goes away after a bit. But it totally takes away that horrible, oily un-washed look! Actually, I put it on all the time because my hair is naturally on the oily side (I have super straight hair) and this adds tons of volume and some texture right around 5pm when the morning mousse and blow dry starts to fizzle a bit on me. I have medium brown hair and I've found that it's very hard to overdue this stuff and give yourself "grey" residue as the Tresemme stuff did to me.

Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Fanatic Waterproof Mascara

This mascara is part of Covergirl's Queen Collection. I was really impressed with this mascara. It has really great lash definition and yet manages great volume as well. I hate it when mascaras clump all your lashes together. Doing an eye to eye comparison with the Lash Blast waterproof I have on hand, Lash Fanatic wins. However, there are DOWNSIDES... Taking it off is disturbing. You don't get a black smear. You get dozens of little black speck-like fiber thingys. They get everywhere! Also, your lashes will be heavy and stiff (although it's not the most stiff mascara I've ever tried), that's the price you pay for volume I guess. I would buy again, but I wouldn't wear this everyday since I would be concerned about the health of my lashes after repeatedly taking it off at night.

With this brush, you'd think you'd get some great definition, but not so. I had issues with clumping- it's hard to brush any clumps away with this tiny brush. But worse was the spider-leg effect! (no, the mascara wasn't old and dried out) Wish the spider-leg effect would go away because otherwise it offered great length. Oh, and no matter how good you think you are.. you will poke yourself in the eye and it WILL hurt.

Maybelline's Eye Studio gel liner is better. It stays longer. The brush is WAY better than the over sized, uneven bristled brush L'Oreal gives you.

Mascara -Maybelline - Illegal Length Fiber Extensions- Waterproof

This is just an okay mascara. The brush is a bit awkward to use because of these long, single spiky bristles that are randomly placed on the brush. It adds a bit less volume than Maybelline's Lash Stiletto. As for length, I'm not at all impressed. The so-called extensions sometimes end up as tiny little spikes that can weirdly point downward and look a lot like unwanted spider-ing.

This color was not "ravishing red". It has major 80s hot pink tones. Not nice coral, hot pink.

Eyeliner -Maybelline - Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner

I got this in Brown. It is an unusually light shade compared to most "brown" eyeliners. However, it lasts and lasts. It takes a lot of time to put this stuff on... two coats, easy to mess up lines, cleaning the brush, making sure I don't let the gel dry out... I prefer my Master Drama Eyeliner pencil for most days and that's why it gets 4 stars instead of 5.

First off, I had issues, along with other folks it seems, with the pencil not twisting up new product. After getting frustrated, I played with twisting it down and up again until I finally got lucky and it worked. The formula is super creamy, but it stays put. I tried smudging it without much success. Because it is soft, I noticed when putting it on my lash line, some of it got on my lashes, but I wear mascara so it didn't bother me much. I have it in bold brown. It's a darker brown than Maybelline's Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel liner in brown. Idk why they don't mention that the brown liner has a small amount of gold sparkles in it.

Blush -Tarte - Cheek Stain in Flush

I wanted to try this stain because I don't usually wear foundation on my face, so blush doesn't always stick around for very long. This cheek stain stayed a bit sticky, even hours after applying. I decided it wasn't worth it. And then to top it off, it started to irritate my face after a few days of putting it on in the morning.

Lips -Cover Girl - Outlast Lipstain - 435 Flirty Nude

I like my lips bare and so does my boyfriend. He hates lipstick kisses and all the lipsticks I've tried have a sorta-thick-matte feeling or a glossy feeling (and I've tried a few). This is a good solution for me. I have the nude color, but it still gives me the I-just-ate-a-cherry-Popsicle look. You have to apply quite a bit of it to give it staying power and thus it will be dramatic color. You have to allow it to fully dry and then put a chapstick over it. The staying power isn't fantastic. You won't get 24 hours of wear, but it's easy to re-apply. I did not have the issue of it coming off after drinking.

Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash Lots of Lashes

I'm not an original Great Lash user because I don't think it gives enough length and overall I think it's kinda an inferior mascara compared to the new stuff Maybelline has come out with. But the new brush intrigued me, so I bought this. First off, it was unusually clumpy. The brush's shape was ideal for one particular angle only. It was not fun trying to put it on my lower lashes. Disappointing.

This mascara looks the same on me as Maybelline's False Lash. Great! However unlike False Lash, the formula is a bit sticky.. and there was some flaking.. during the day two flakes fell uncomfortably actually into my eye. It has also become more and more spidery as the week progresses. Definately not going to buy again.

Lotions/ Creams -St. Ives - Naturally Indulgent Coconut Milk & Orchid Extract Lotion

I went looking for my St. Ives Whipped Silk lotion and couldn't find any, so I purchased this. It's heavier than the whipped silk, but lighter than St. Ive's oatmeal or vitamin E formulas. The scent is light, faintly tropical. It fades pretty quickly. I hate heavy greasy formulas, but my skin does get quite dry. I think this might just work as well in the winter on legs and arms, but not on my rough spots.
