I'm pretty lazy when it comes to doing my own nails but my sister's a nail tech and she uses these on me and I am ALWAYS pleased!! In fact, I went out and bought her close to 15 for her bday I was so happy with the brand. It dries quickly, has great color and the color isn't lacking in luster when used, the price is wonderful (Paying under $3.00 a bottle at Walgreens) etc... I think they're def worth investing in for a low price with great quality!! Plus they have so many options it's crazy and it's like going to the candy store for anybody who loves to use nail polish or knows somebody who does. :) Ah, another bonus, it can be used with other prepping coats and tops coats w/out having any issues. I adore that fact!
Treatments -Burt's Bees - Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream

This is my FAVORITE cuticle cream!! I love the quality, scent and price... This product stays in my purse and goes all over the place with me. Such a great thing for when my nails are professionally done, helps preserve the nail longer and that is great on the wallet. On my natural nail it keeps them hydrated and they look pink and healthy!! I usually use enough that I can work it up my fingers and slightly over my hands and then I follow with lotion and never feel sticky. Great gift for somebody too!
Needed a concealer for under my eyes to conceal minor dark circles and liked the price I saw on this so I thought, "Why not?" (Paid under $7.00 at Ulta and Walmart both) I'm glad I bought this! It's so easy to apply and doesn't crease as long as I don't go, "concealer crazy" haha can you say hello tired when applying makeup? ;) Anyway, I LOVE this product and will continue to buy it as long as they make it! I use it for under my eyes, in my lids and around my nose area and it works with both drugstore makeup and high end professional grade. So to say the least, I'm a happy camper! Just remember to start off with a little and build from there, blend well which isn't hard with this product at all. And always use a "patting" motion, never drag your fingers along the delicate eye area. (Just might not work for those who have super intensive dark circles)
Cleansers -Juice Beauty - Blemish Clearing Cleanser
AestyPase26 11/14/2012 7:52:00 PM
So far the best blemish clearing cleanser that DIDN'T dehydrate my skin!! I love this cleanser and I wish I had the money to buy it right now but I can't swing $22.00 for a bottle. I've used this day and night and this was amazing!! My sister is a fan of this as well :) I will most likely buy again once I can afford it... But this so far is the BEST acne clearing cleanser I've ever used. I needed one for hormonal pregnancy issues and my sister for stress/asthma breakouts. So amazing, I would just caution dry skin types as it may just be a little too much. Combo, oily and even sensitive skin types should be fine. Esp if you want clearer skin!
Did not like this product for several reasons... This made me break out and it was WAY too watery. I won't purchase again, in fact I returned my bottle.
Wonderful for hydrating the skin and the scent is yummy! I can only use this during colder months due to it being a heavier moisturizer. Thus my saying only use the dot method when applying and warm in your hands before use. Too much product and your skin may feel overwhelmed. And speaking of oily, oily skin types may not like this, same with highly blemished skin. If you prefer an SPF moisturizer vs a powder during the day this is a great night time moisturizer! I have a client using this during the winter right now and I'll be introducing this to another in the near future. :)
I've been using this for a year now and been milking the product seeing as it's $45.00. However, I find that if you use it properly you'll only need to buy it once or twice a year and that means a couple drops at a time NOT a dropper full! This is a bonus product because it is safe enough to use under your eyes, I've used this under my eyes since I bought it and even more so when the awful morning sickness started at the start of this pregnancy. Talk about a life saver! Helped ease puffiness and sooth tired eyes. I will buy again! Esp since my bottle has lasted me an entire year and I'm still using it, even tho it's near the end. haha
Nice-ish, I personally think there are better toners for cheaper. No issues with use but just not worth the price.
I have several clients on this and I have used it myself... Such a gentle cleanser! You can use this daily and I don't say that lightly because I'm an Aesthetician so I'm always cautious how many times you use an exfoliant during the week. This is great for clearing skin and prepping it for a serum and moisturizer. I loved using it when I was giving it a test run! Felt very massage like when I did those soft circular motions on my face. I've had one client who used it after her chem peel I gave her, another used it to prep for her wedding and still uses it to this day, one needed a cleanser to help balance her skin of dry patches and help clear blemishes. All 3 are equally pleased! Just placed a 2nd bottle in one of their hands a few days ago. She was giddy :)
Cleansers -Juice Beauty - JUICE BEAUTY CLEANSING MILK

Very gentle and perfect for the person who needs a hydrating cleaner that won't cause irritation! (Unless you have an allergy to raspberries) It's even good for some blemished skin types, bonus there. :) Priced at $22.00 off their website I think it's great for those who know to use 1 pump per use. (Anymore than that and you'll be wasting product) It says it removes makeup but I found I needed a makeup remover prior to use. After that it's great! Just remember to use a toner w/cotton round afterwards to collect anything that may have been missed.
Great peel for minor exfoliation and wonderful as an overnight spot treatment for any blemish! As an intensive peel, it won't take the place of one of those. Not strong enough. Depending on where you live it may slightly explode when delivered and if there's too much that's escaped the company is really good about replacing it. I've only needed it replaced once but have had some sticky stuff on the outside several times... They have 3 options now and I've used the sensitive formulation as well as the full strength. Have yet to try the acne based one, I have a feeling that'll be awesome for those hormonal times of the month. I love the full strength one better so far. I will keep this as a pampering treatment and do it several times a month once I'm done with this pregnancy!
I've been using this for 7+ months just like the blemish clearing serum from this line and I'm in love with this moisturizer!! I feel so clean when I use this and never sticky, I use this day and night currently because I have yet to find and SPF that doesn't make me breakout (Other than a powdered version)... I also switched to this product after I got pregnant and needed and oil free moisturizer. It's a great formula for adding a powdered foundation to create a tinted moisturizer btw! I label it as being a little on the expensive side because I need to use 4 pumps for my combo skin type twice a day. Whereas my sister who has oily skin only needs 2 pumps per use and her bottle lasts her what seems like a life time, she also uses it day an night. I always order off the JB website and get it within a week's time, super fast which helps if I've been lazy and suddenly need it. Dry skin types may not like this as it won't offer enough hydration.
This product I've been using for roughly 7+ months now and have nothing but wonderful thoughts on this item!! It has saved my poor pregnancy hormone based skin this entire pregnancy and I'm now in the 3rd tri. It's also saved my sister who has stress/asthma induced acne breakouts and she's college age so we know what that means... The price is steep only if you don't know how to use the product. You only need a few drops at a time, NOT a whole dropper full! It's just under $30.00 and I bought it from Juice Beauty's website and usually get it within a week's time. Which is great! It won't dry out your skin if used correctly, over use may cause irritation, but that's with any acne clearing product. All in all I'm in love with this serum!! Def worth a try, esp since you'll have it forever and should only need to buy it 1 to 2 times a year depending on if you use it day and night and I do use it day an night. I'm picky with product so this makes me smile, plus it's from a company that's mostly organic!
Cleansers -Burt's Bees - Sensitive Facial Cleanser with Cotton Extract
AestyPase26 11/14/2012 5:11:00 PM
This is a new Burt's Bees purchase I've made in the last 2 weeks or so and I picked it due to what wasn't found in to ingredient wise, plus the price was amazing. (Only $9.99 at Walgreens) I have pregnancy skin right now which means I'm either breaking out or fine. Def hormonal and I'm very much combo skin! I needed something hydrating but I also wanted to start off with something gentle before I bought their Acne cleanser (Which is next on my list). It's got a nice cream texture that doesn't foam and it leaves you feeling soft and refreshed! Yes, I'm showing signs of breakouts but it's a 50/50 with me because I started on a new face wash as well as their Citrus Scrub, plus my goofy hormones... I do plan on using this product more to find out what my skin does, sometimes it takes a month for your skin to adjust to a new product line. I won't buy anything that's not natural or organic so this is a big thing for me to try a new line vs what I have been using! I just needed something less expensive. I'm also an Aesthetician so product testing is always an excitement for me! Will try to get an update on here when I've used for longer than 2 weeks. :) ::Update:: I've been using this product for over a month now and I'm still very pleased with it! My hormonal acne isn't flaring up like I thought it might with the pregnancy. I plan on keeping this in my bathroom as it's a great winter cleanser!
I just bought this product almost a week ago and I am currently testing out it's daily use claim... I love the packaging, I love the smell and I love how concentrated it is! Only needing a small amount then adding some water is really nice, more bang for my buck (Even tho I spent under $10.00 for this at Target, in fact it was only $7.14). I am currently doing a pre-cleanse with their Burt's Bees sensitive face wash then using the scrub (Only at night). I'm also dealing with some pregnancy hormones, so I'm not sure if that's what's causing a slight shift of some breakouts with my skin or if it's kinda doubled because I started on 2 new products? I'm willing to keep using the scrub to find out... It truly does feel gentle and I adore how soft my skin feels after each use! I'll try to remember an update :) ::Update:: I have continued to use this nightly after the sensitive skin cleanser and LOVE how soft my skin feels after and the next morning when I cleanse again with the sensitive! I haven't even used half the jar yet and it's been over a month. Great buy!
