Primer/ Corrector -Yves Saint Laurent - Matt Touch - Touche Mate - Oil-Free Primer

I was in love with Givenchy Mister Mat...... until I discovered this. Now I'm crazy over this. It has terrific staying power. My face stays matte for hours and hours. Even when I start to shine, I dont get that "oil slick" look. It goes on really smooth and mattes down to a powdery finish. I wish it had SPF but since it doesn't, I use my sunblock prior to applying the Matt Touch.
I should have listened to the other reviewers. I followed the directions to a tee. My hair felt so dry and brittle. And not only that, my husband thought I was burning something when I used it. This is an expensive product. For the price I expected a lot more. I gave it 2 lippies because of the great advertising.
I really like the malibu multiple. I only use it for eyes and cheeks though. I never use it as a gloss. Its a make up kit all by itself. Its a beautiful natural rosy color on my skin and it adds a nice glow to my face when my is showing signs of tiredness.
Cleansers -AMBI - Even Clear Skincare Foaming Cleanser

This is the absolute BEST cleanser for women of color with oily skin or acne scars. I have been using this since it was first introduced. There was a small period of time when I couldnt find it and my skin definitely suffered. I could totally tell the difference. When I found it again I bought 4.
I'm on the fence with this mascara. It does lengthen a little but there are others that lengthen better. It doesnt do much by the way of thickening. I think for the price, it should work better.
I really like this gloss. Its a really sheer nude and great for everyday use. It looks and feels really smooth when its on. My only complaint is that it wears off really easily. I have to re-apply often. This is a great everyday gloss. For evening I would layer it over a nude toned lipstick for more staying power.
I'm giving this 5 lippies because it did lengthen my lashes and I like it when a product does what it advertises. It didnt make them look like false lashes or anything, it did a decent job of lengthening. I still have to use another mascara to build some volume. Overall a good mascara to splurge on.
Primer/ Corrector -Peter Thomas Roth - Max Anti-Shine Mattifying Gel

This is a really good mattifyer. I have super oily skin so I'm always on the look out for something to keep the oilies away. This keeps me I mix it with my sunblock ( as I do with all my mattifyers that dont have SPF) and it lasts for approx. 5 hours. after that I'm blotting. But like I said previously, I'm super oily so 5 hours for me is great.
Mascara -Unlisted Brand - Ready To Wear - Lash Extensions

I'm a total beleiver. Ready to Wear lash extensions is the best. When I got it reminded me of Longicils Lash Extensions in the bottle. I thought it would be the same. But it wasnt. It wasnt messy for me use. I know a lot of people say they have issues with fibers falling but I didnt have that problem. I love the lush, long full look I have after using RTW. It's definitely worth the purchase.
Palm Beach is great. It looks dark very brown in the tube but it goes on really sheer and looks very sutle. And it spreads so smoothly. Its an absolutely gorgeous color .....and I love that it can be used on the eyes and the cheeks. They say it can be used on the lips also, but I didnt care for it on the lips.
Primer/ Corrector -Skindinavia - Makeup Finishing Spray

I really like Makeup Finishing Spray. I'm suprised. I tried the Model in a Bottle before and I wasnt super impressed....so I was kind of biased about finishing sprays in general. I bought this based on the reviews here. It does work. I love it when a product performs like it advertises.
Moisturizers -Cosmedicine - Medi-Matte Oil Control Lotion

I was totally impressed when the SA put oil on her hand and this stuff soaked it up! I thought to myself THIS IS IT! An end to my forever search for something to control this super oily skin. No such luck. This stuff is like paste when it goes on and I had to use a different mattifyer after about 2 hours. I'm giving it 3 lippies because it does have SPF in it and it did keep me matte for about 2 hours AND I really liked the oil trick. :)
Treatments -MD Skincare by Dr. Dennis Gross - Alpha Beta Daily Face Peel

I have been using Alpha-Beta Home Peel off and on for about 3 years. Its very expensive but sooooo worth every dime. I had slight acne scars and some hyperpigmentation that I was using prescription meds to correct.I was getting decent results from the scripts but the Alpha - Beta Home Peel took it the rest of the way. My skin became so clear and blemish free I stoped wearing foundation. The acne scars and the hyperpigment went completely away.Currently I dont purchase it as often as I used to ( is IS pricy and my skin has remained clear ) but when my skin needs a "boost" I purchase it and just do brown bag lunches to make up the expense.
I think that magazines throw this out there as award winning just because its been around for a while. Theres nothing really so great about it. Its watery. I didnt get any lengthening or volume. Not sure what all the hype is about. I gave it 2 lippies because ...well , it IS award winning.
I always have high hopes when I purchase a new primer. I would recommend this to someone who has combo skin but for someone that has oily or very oily skin keep looking.
