Cleansers -Burt's Bees - Orange Essence Facial Cleanser

I really wanted to like this product, because I LOVE the Marshmallow Vanishing Cream, and I usually like citrus scents. Not this time. The cleanser has a strange consistency (I'm sorry, but it looks a lot like ear wax)and it left my combo skin feeling very coated. The scent is overpowering and the metal tube is inconvenient. I think there are better cleansing products out there, and I will definitely not re-purchase.
This is my all-time favorite fragrance. It is fresh and clean, and it never fails to bring out the nicest compliments in people! I use other fragrances, but I always come back to this. A good deal for the money ($20.00), because as a member, you get 10-30% off. They recently changed the bottle--very pretty. A great everyday fragrance.
Gels/Soaps -Philosophy - Strawberry Milkshake 3 in 1

This is a nice product. It has a very sweet, strawberry-like scent. If you use a mesh puff, you get a lot of lather with very little product. But if you have anything other than babyfine hair, it probably will not work as a conditioner.

This is a delicious, heavenly scent. Unfortunately it has absolutely NO staying power on me! I'm lucky if I get a couple of hours out of it. The bottle is adorable; I also have the whipped body souffle which is wonderful, too. That seems to last a little bit longer. This is a really nice spring fragrance. Very flirty! Update (4/26/04)--This scent lasts a LOT longer when you use it with the whipped body souffle as a base.

Does anyone else think this smells like vanilla-infused cigarette ashes? Seriously.
I had the same reaction as Dee8; it made me sneeze the second I put it on, but after that it was really pleasant. It is a very soft spring/summer fragrance. I would purchase it again, as long as I have a box of tissues handy.
Okay--after reading all (and I do mean ALL) the reviews of this fragrance, I just had to try it for myself. This is the strangest scent I have ever worn. I detect a soft, powdery smell and a whiff of sweet tobacco, but is very pleasant. I am not sensing any of the anise-licorice thing, which is probably why I like it, as those two scents are not my favorite. This is either a "really like" or "really don't like" fragrance. I would recommend sampling it a day or two before purchasing. I did a "spritz-and-run" at ULTA today, and I will probably purchase it soon. P.S. Exactly what IS a tonka bean??
I LOVE the Glassy Gloss in Sun Glaze; it is the perfect peachy-nude neutral, and the price is right. I have a tube just about everywhere (purse, desk drawer, glove box). I like the scent, and though it is a bit sticky, it lasts longer than most glosses that are much more expensive. I've seen only four colors (plus Clear) so far. Hope they add more.
Lip Gloss -Hard Candy - Key to My Heart Lipgloss in Fresh

I saw this and had to have it because it was SO cute--what a waste! The cube broke in less than a week, and the gloss was SO sticky (I found my gloss-covered index finger difficult to clean--quite gross). The colors were pretty, but nothing special, and I definitely would not purchase this again.
I knew this scent was a winner when my three year old son told me I smelled "delicious." I find the scent sweet, not cloying, and it lasts all day (I can smell it when I step into the shower the next morning!) My husband said I smelled like Hershey Park, but is that such a bad thing?? After reading the reviews on this site, I just purchased Avon's Hollywood Pink by Mark (can't wait to get it). I am still trying to purchase a gift set of Aquolina's Pink Sugar, but it is (temporarily) out of stock. Serendipitous IS serendipitous! Such FUN for 25 bucks!!
