For a big name brand like Lancome you'd expect a whole lot more. I know lots of people love these but it has to be the most sticky lip gloss I have ever used tied with MAC lipglass. I dont know about other people but I hate sticky lip gloss that catches your hair and just feels like glue on your lips. I walk by the Lancome counter and love the fruity summer colors these come in and wonder if maybe the formula has gotten better year by year but everytime I try these they are just horrible. I understand some people like the lasting power and shine of the super sticky glosses but for me it just doesnt outweigh the uncomfortable feeling these have. I also wish they had more opaque color shades - every single one I have ever tried of these goes on pretty much clear and is just disappointing.
I love this product! I only found it recently in Sephora and its even better than DuWop's lip plumper. I know some people are bothered by the tingling that some plumpers have and this one has the most of any I've tried - it really stings but personally I like it because it at least makes my lips feel like they're bigger if not anything else. Im not sure really how much if any it actually works to increase size - certainly not dramatically but probably because of the crazy stinging it puffs them up for a while. Its also kinda minty and refreshing to put on, especially on hot summer days. I consider this a staple now.
I bought this for the first time last year after reading about it in magazines and I do quite like it enough to continue buying it. My lips are not too thin to begin with and so the little bit of plumping helps to make them just perfect on days where they feel deflated.
This is my all time favourite lipgloss. I use it all the time and constantly buy more because you can never have enough - it smells great its like dr.pepper without the calories, and has just a touch of color which is nice and I also mix it with other lipglosses etc.
