This is hands down the best toner out there for normal/combo skin. I have normal skin and it doesn't feel too abrasive and leaves my face feeling clean & fresh and does NOT dry out my skin. I know people who have both oily and dry skin and this toner works great on them as well. (Even though it's not alcohol-free.) I worked at a cosmetics shop and I always recommended the Rose Water Skin Tonic for people who haven't used toners in the past, because you almost can't go wrong with it.
Lotions/ Creams -Jaqua Girls - Luscious Lotion in TUSCAN ORANGE

Overall, the Jaqua Luscious Lotions are wonderful. The texture is REALLY silky and it's nice that it has aloe in it, however the Tuscan Orange scent, although it has mandarin, it smells vaguely like Pinesol. And Jaqua products, even they perform, are pricey too. If you like their lotions, your best bet is to spend money on a different scent. Really cute packaging though, even on the samples.
Gels/Soaps -Philosophy - Amazing Grace Bath, Shampoo & Shower Gel

I got a 2oz bottle of this for free with a Sephora order and have been pleasantly suprised with it. Although, I don't really trust it for a shampoo, it's wonderful as a body wash and makes my skin feel fresh and clean. The scent is a light fresh scent that smells slightly like baby powder. I would definatly buy a full size of this in the future.
Sonia Kashuk eyeshadows seem pretty nice, I have a lavender color, and it has nice staying power but seems somewhat muted to me. It's good for the price, though.
I love this stuff! I have a bronze/light copper shade with a slight shimmer to it (I'm not sure the exact name of it) and I use it as a bronzer. It works wonderfully for getting your look in sync because you can use it for highlighting all over your face and use it for eyeshadow as well. It's a great price, I believe I paid only $8 for it and has lasted for months.
The shade is beautiful - a pale pink color infused with tiny microsparkes that don't look too glittery. The only thing is, the sparkes sometimes fall into my eye and irritate it. But other than that, it's an excellent eyeshadow product
I have this in beige - which i found slightly too orange for my skin, but that's probably my own fault. The effectiveness of this product is good concidering it's only a drug store buy, the price is right, but for me it doesn't last very long and cakes up easily.
Palettes -Sugar Cosmetics - Credit Card glitter lip palette
Mere828 12/4/2003 6:14:00 PM
The lip palette is so irresistable and cute looking! That's why I originally bought it, but it turns out isn't worth the price - to me at least. The glosses are a nice quailty but there isn't much in there and is VERY expensive for what you get. Unless you're a big sucker for cute things or collect Sugar cosmetics, I wouldn't suggest buying this.
The Lola Lola eyeshadow is a pretty bronze color. For me, it didn't seem shimmery at all, which is what i expected, it's more on the matte-side, but still a beautiful color. And if you're worried about the price they DO give you a good amount. Overally, it's a quality eyeshadow, your average bronze, but wasn't WOW.
Highlighters -Revlon - Skinlights Face Illuminator Lotion [DISCONTINUED]

Overall, the skinlights illuminating lotion works well in giving a nice glow to the face. You do have to be careful putting on too much because it does get a tad oily.
