Polishes -China Glaze - Shower Together

This color is unique and looks better in the bottle than on my nails. It's a turquiose blue and my hubby loves it on me but I disagree. I think it looks a bit odd with my dark olive skin. Also, I find that the staying power with China Glaze creme polishes isn't as long as OPI but I love CG's variety of colors. I will continue to buy China Glazes because they offer such unique colors but I will pass on this color.

I love, love this color. It's a bright purple with periwinkle and pink glitter. It looks awesome in the bottle. This is long, long lasting on the nails. I find that polishes with glitter will last so much longer than the creamy polishes. Anyway, the only downside with this polish is that when applied, it's matte. I applied a top coat and that made it a bit shiny but not as shiny as I would like. It's still an awesome color and a definite repurchase.

Polishes -Urban Decay - nail enamel - perversion

I love this nail polish. It's the blackest of black and shiny - can get by with using only one coat because it's thick/creamy. Only downside is that it's not long lasting as I would like but a definite repurchase.

Primer/ Corrector -Smashbox - Photo Finish Light

I am disappointed with this primer. It did nothing for my extremely oily skin. I used the regular primer initially and it worked better than the light. After a few hours, the PF Light leaves an ashy look on my skin. Also, the makeup application was better w/ the original smashbox primer. Willl go back to using the original Smashbox primer.

Misc Beauty Tools -Clean & Clear - Oil Absorbing Sheets

These are awesome! I never go anywhere without these. I have extremely oily skin and these sheets are very absorbvent. They're simple to use, affordable and works very well. A staple for me.

Lipstick -MAC - Snob lipstick

Love the consistency of this lipstick but the color is a bit over the top for me. It's a pigmented mauve/lilac/pinkish color. The color reminds me a less expensive brand that Wet n Wild will carry. May look great on lighter complexions and does not suit my dark olive skin.

Lipstick -MAC - Faux (satin)

I love Mac's satin lipsticks. Great quality. The color is a bit too mauve for me and it's fairly pigmented and doesn't appear that nude on my lips - I'm dark olive. Love, love Mac's satin lipsticks but I will pass on this color in the future.

This is a great color. On my dark olive skin, it appears mauve/pinkish nude. It's quite pretty. I used this for years until I got on my concealer nude kick. I'm not into mauve colors now but it's a great color so I may repurchase in the future.

This is my HG! I love, love, love this product. I've been using this scrub for years and can't go for more than two days without using it. If I don't use it regularly, I break out. I suffer from mild acne and this helps tremendously. It exfoliates great and allows other products to penetrate better. I can't live without this product and the price is so reasonable. This is a quality product for acne prone skin and best of all, it works!

Treatments (Eye) -Lancome - High Resolution Eye - Refill 3X

I am very disappointed with this product. Instead of moisturizing my eye area, it seemed to have made my eye area drier. Since using this product, the crepiness is more noticeable. It's a new formulation and pricey. I definitely do not recommend this product!

Eye Shadow -Bare Escentuals - Tutorials Rocker Eye

This is a great product. I love bare escentuals eye shadows because they are not irritating. You can create dramatic smokey eyes with this kit. It comes with a brush but I haven't used it yet. In addition to using this as an eye shadow, I also use this as a eyeliner too. Remember that using this as a eyeliner does not have great staying power and it smears but initially looks great. My only criticism is that it contains a bit too much glitter.

Concealers -Physicians Formula - Wanderful Wand Brightening Cream Concealer in Yellow [DISCONTINUED]

This is a great concealer! I've used this for years to brighten and hide my undereye circles. It's light deflecting and it does just that. It's long lasting and a great product for the price. Will definitely repurchase.

Mascara -Lancome - Courbe Virtuose Mascara (Divine Lasting Curves)

This is a decent mascara that lengthens and provides volume. I find that I have problems with Lancome mascaras clumping. I haven't used this long enough to comment of whether it dries quickly in the tube. It's not my HG mascara but it's a decent mascara. I don't know if I would repurchase this mascara because I'm just not entirely impressed with Lancome's mascaras.

Eye Shadow -Physicians Formula - Baked Collection - Baked Sands

I really like this eyeshadow. Not as pigmented as Mac or Nyx but it's pigmented enough. These are neutral shades that are wearable every day. I love this especially because it's made for sensitive eyes, which I have. Great shadows for the price. Will repurchase. Update: I also purchased the Baked Sands in shimmer. There is a matte collection, which I bought years ago, and a shimmer collection which I bought recently (Sep 09). I prefer the matte collection because it's more pigmented than the shimmer Baked Sands. Both are good to have in your collection especially if you have sensitive eyes but the matte collection has better color payoff.

Eyeliner -NYX - Eyeliner pencil in White

This is not a bad eyeliner. I use it on my waterline. It's creamy initially but became hard to blend after a couple of months. Does not have long staying power. I really do prefer a flesh tone color because the white looks obvious on my skin tone. Would not repurchase.
