Again, I love the packaging and the dream liked feel puff it comes with. I have the #0 light pink. In term of loose powder, I like this one the best as the Laura Mercier translucent is way too pasty on me. The light pink colour really pick-up my complexion... very flattering indeed. I have to wonder about the lightest yellow tone in this range, maybe I'd just have to have both, huh?! Anyway, I'd definetelly repurchase and am now trying to find a case that could contain this powder without spilling... I'm fed-up with compact powder.. might just as well brought this one for touching up...hmmm
Crème -Stephane Marais - cream foundation [DISCONTINUED]

I love, love, love the packaging. Such a touch of personal greeting from the author is just great, not to mention a little story in the product description..cuutee overall! Ok, the cream foundation (mine is in no 00, yellow) has more pigment than any other foundatiion I've ever used. I liked the silky texture and semi-mette result it creates. After 5 hrs, my skin still looked good and fresh even though I have blotted my t-zone area. the coverage is natural, could be sheer beside the creamy texture but I like it immensely. Silicone based actually flattering my complexion, even without the pre-makeup based the sales girl suggested me put on before hand. And last but not least, the price is not so bad.. AUD 72 from mecca cosmetica. ====UPDATE 7/11/2005=== Been using this for 1 year now. Never have been more impressed with one. I recently stock-up because the whole SM is discontinued. The SA who helped me suggested me to blend this with my moisturuzer to create sheerer coverage and my he is so right. Now I don't even have to buy a separate tinted moisturizer because the result after I blend this with the moisturizer was so natural and glow-ie.
I'm surprised to find this product match my colouring WITHOUT trying it first (natural light ochre). I bought this product from Strawberrynet so the price was very Ok in my opinion (this cosmetic store really is great, not to mention I just need to pick my order from the internet). I think I like the texture of this compact alyhough I was hopping it doesn't turn up so mette (but not drying) and wish it's more liquidy. Overall it is one of the best foundation with SPF 15, medium coverage...run away redness for sure.

I have the Fusion (yellow-goldish) colour. I am supposed to like the coulur, but was surprised that it hardly shows on my eyelid. It gives a nice gold shimmer on my eyelid but lack the yellow tone (which is the tone that I hope to achive). I guees I can use it as a highlighter or a nice pale liner with darker colours such as khaki or green... but I definetely will not repurchase this range after this.
Skincare - Body -Lancome - Nutri Source Creme En Lait

Expensive lotion for the body but worth every single cent spent on the bottle. The white creamy lotion actually drench the skin with moisture and hollaa..not sticky at all. I love it on my hand too ..
To be frank, I've just tried this night cream tonight.. so I can't tell the future benefit for my skin YET. However, from this once trial I have to agree that it is one of the best moisturizer on the market. It is smooth to apply and it hydrate the skin instantly and thoroughly till the next morning. What I like best is the fragrance (refreshing and calming at the same time) and the silk texture that feel to wrap my skin in water. I wouldn't say it greasy but I know this is going to be my holygrail moisturizer in the fall-winter time. I wonder if the sister product (Hydra Zen) would do the same. `UPDATE` Been using this for 2 weeks now. I can't say enough positive results it has created to my skin and to my well being. It trully is the most remarkable night cream I have ever tried. I wonder if I could use this in the summer as I love it sooo much I don't know I can't be parted from this baby once the cold weather is over. I am finding myself looking forward to my night time shower just to feel the cream on my face ( the first 15 mins, is when I can trully feel the cooling sensation). In the morning..BLAHH I have a soft and well moisturised skin to wake up with.
I wont repurchase based on the stinging feeling after the first couple of usess. Lovely smell though it is I still prefer tonic douceur.
Except for the bulkier packaging, we (my mom and I) have been using this lotion on and off over the years. I have to say that it seems to do nothing and it is sold for sensitive skin users on the Lancome counter (ie.when the CONFORT range hadn't been launched). However I really think it does the good job on removing the cleansing residue and we found that t.douceur hydrates more than others on the market. some tips.... apply some on the cotton pads and compress them to your eyes when you feel tired or like pampering yourself. It is what the lancome consultants do on the facial session. And when my allergic reaction kicks in, I usually soothe the area with this lotion as well... YES! it is that good!!
Moisturizers -Olay - Total Effects Moisturizing UV Formula

I like this very much, however the fragrance is a little offensive. My husband hates the fragrance so much, he told me to stop using it. The contradiction is that it actually show results. I have firmer, smoother, resilent skin after just days of using it. I especially like it when I feel so tired to apply more than one cream on the face, after late nights... so this is doing fine really.. and it holds make-up too as the texture is non greasy.
Lipstick -Shiseido - Staying Power Moisturizing Lipstick
mypsalms 2/12/2004 6:57:00 AM
Five years ago I used SP 10 and SP 12 were my fave. The texture and staying power of the new SP are changed however, but I still think the Shiseido Staying Power lipstick is still the best for the name it carries. At least I still found my self re-apply once everytime after meal... and when I am feeling it dries the lips, I just apply balm or gloss on top. The new SP I have is 7 & 8... Love the pink in them!
I have been putting off buying this product for sometime before giveing in to temptation of having a smoother complexion. I am glad I did!- All thanks to the great reviews that are honest and reliable from MUA's member. Well,, now that I have been using it for a week, I really, honestly could see the result if gaves to my skin. My husband could find a change in his skin as well when he tried it on. A smooth complexion, no longer find roughness of dead skin, and smaller pores! The greatest thing of all, it is non-drying for my combo skin and my husband's dehydrated skin. The tips given in the pack is very usefull too... that is put less presure motion if your face started to tingly or getting red. I have no problem until the 5th day and I started to use light pressure the next time I used the mechine. I guess it is because the skin surface is getting thinner after 4 days of exfoliating... but my tonner calm it down. From now on I need only to maintain the result... no hard work!!
I have combination skin which is not prone to breakout but has been since my pregnancy (32 weeks). I tried 3 different moisturisers that suggested balancing hormonal skin from expensive to well,,,, sorbolene! So, when I step into the Jurlique store & met my old beauty consultant from Shiseido and she (bless her..) suggested this cream that is so economic (compared to other brands I was used to). The result I have been gaining is fenomenal to say the least. This cream does nothing special in the beginning of application BUT my skin never get blotchy, reddish, dull anymore since the day I used it. Most of the time I apply this as my niteCream, but when I have a 'feeling' that the day is going to be unbearable, I'd used it in the day time ... you know, just to prevent zits & friends. I really think that this cream is pure moisturiser and I can understand if some of the users'r expecting more based on all of the positive comments- but really it is "NOT" an anti-age, firmer, or anything like that;however it does what it says at the back of the tube. ONE more good thing is it helps minor burn on skin ...mind you, apply it soon after you get that splash from hot oil when frying fish!!! Not a feeling of sting after that - I experimented with that twice already. Great Stuff!!
Super Sexy, Head turner, CRISPPPP, and of course Glam!!! (enough say...)
I have a love hate relationship with this fragrance --more hate:( I kick myself many time for buying it and now hve to find a way to at least spraying it. Thing is, it was so prety when the sales lady spray it on a card. And, silly me, I fell in love on site WITHOUT trying it first on the skin. Well, it turns out to be too overwhealming on my skin. I've never feel fresh when wearing it, on the contrary, it always feel too warm and tight on me. Grrrhh...
I love #1 Dore. But the one that comes with the brush attached at the end. I found it very subtle for my light complexion and not like many bronzer which leave brownish-orangy streak behind, this one spread quiet evenly.
