It's amazing how a frangrance packaged in a bottle representing a signature symbol of rebellion and cool - a cigarette lighter - can be so boring. Oh the irony!
If ever there was a perfume that benefited most from marketing, it must be Eternity. All thoughs glossy black and white ads with beautiful people rolling around on the beach. Everyone had to have it! But wow was this dissapointing. My expectations of a clean and modern scent that matched the ad campaign were quickly snuffed out. This was incredibly pungent. It's unbelievable howt his is such a succesful perfume. I can't imagine anyone wearing it.

Perhaps not strictly a summer fragrance it is reminiscent of sand and sun and warm summer nights without that tacky and cheap "beachy" smell that so many summer perfumes duplicate year after year. It's warm and inviting rather than clean and fresh. Think romantic evening dinner by the ocean, rather than splashing around at the pool. As lovely as it is, I wore this fragrance for a while in the early 00s but now I've out grown it and it is perhaps a tad dated.
I expected a lot better, this is really generic and boring. I'll be honest and admit I'm often drawn to perfumes by the adverts and this perfume had was all over the place at its launch but it didn't warrant the expensive of a campaign.
I very sophiscated and flattering fagrance. I enjoyed using it but wasn't in love so won't be buying again.
It's an interesting fragrance, but lacks punch. It's not exactly what I expected. The image of Wall Street provocates something strong and masculine, this just doesn't do it for me. I must be going crazy as the dry down reminds me of Play-Do?? :)

One of the least pleasing perfumes I've ever come across. I don't like being childish in reviews but only one word sums this up...Bleugghh!
Powder -MAC - Mineralize Foundation / Loose - Light

This is one of those products that doesn't do anything wrong but isn't impressive either. As a finishing powder its covers okay and seems to make foundation last a while and didn't find there to be any caking. It doesn't look particularly beautiful though. It's completely useless as a foundation, giving only the bare minimum of coverage. I tried mixing it with cream to use as a liquid foundation but the effect was horribly aging. I disliked the smell of it, the talc fragrance made it seem cheap, like you were only using talcum powder with pigment mixed in. The packiging is useless, the sponge and tub are just plain rubbish. I don't know why they isist on putting mineral powders in the worst packiging ever. Overall I'd possibly try it again if I can't find powder that doesn't clog my pores or cake my makeup.
I really wanted to love this frangrance as I liked the idea of feeling like a "Versace woman":D. There isn't anything dissagreable about the frangrance, it's very clean and sexy. I just couldn't fall in love with it, and I really need to adore a fragrance to wear it everyday. I will keep it in my to buy list and try a full size at some point to know for sure if it's a pass.
I was glad to see one review here were someone said this smelled like an ash tray. At least I know I'm not crazy! This exactly describes this scent for me. I don't understand the positive reviews, perhaps it's another case of wrong body chemistry.
For Dior I expected much better quality. This is just forgettable and not very pleasant.

I got a sample of this in a magazine and fell in love, it made my skin so soft and smooth and foundation glided over my skin....But is it just me or do products seem better in sample packets? I'm always dissapointed when I pay out for the full size. And this was the same. It's really thick and difficult to spread over your face. It takes a lot of spreading and rubbing. Call me paranoid but being that harsh on your face can't be good for wrinkles and lines. It wasn't amazing but it also seemed to the job okay. I do love the jar it came in and will keep it for something else so there is at least one plus.
Far to cherry sweet and heady for me. I'm not keen on sweet fragrances so this is just wasted on me. Its easy to see why fragrances lovers would be enticed by it though.
I love this colour so much. It's as simple as that. Goes on a like a dream, zero fuss. I do worry if the colour, a brownish rose pink, is flattering on me. I am very fair cool toned. But as a few reviews here seem to think its fine for fair skin I'm not going to worry.
Hands down the best nail polish I have ever tried! Before I discovered Chanel Nail Color I wasn't much into varnish. Any brand I tried chipped so quickly I didn't see the point of all that work painting my nails for it to last 2 days. Chanel however goes on like a dream and requires little effort to get that professional manicure look. With base coat and top coat it lasts almost two weeks for me. It only starts to chip after maybe 10-11 days and its usualy minimal and not visible. Its price yes but when you consider how long it lasts in my opinion it works out the same price than if you bought OPI. The less time you have to spend doing your manicure and how much better it looks is really value for money.
