Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Cherry Blossom Body Splash
SteffStarrr 4/21/2009 5:26:00 PM
When I first found out about B&BW, this was the first thing I bought. It's a really sweet and strong scent that smells very true to the flower. I used to wear this all the time, but now it's just an okay scent to me. It's a little too overpowering, but it does smell nice.
Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Body Splash in Plumeria

This is a really interesting scent. When I first smell it, it smells bad, but after a second or two, I can smell a beautiful and unique floral fragrance. I think this is either a love it or hate it scent, but I really like it. I have to wear it on certain days or else it feels weird though.
Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Pleasures Body Splash in Peony
SteffStarrr 4/21/2009 5:22:00 PM
When I think of peonies, they usually give me a headache and the smell is not appealing at all. However this body splash is so delicate and smells like a very sweet floral. I love wearing this because it's light and whenever I smell it, it reminds me of spring. :) This is the first peony product I've liked
Lotions/ Creams -Bath and Body Works - Dancing Waters Body Cream
SteffStarrr 4/21/2009 5:17:00 PM
I bought this at the semi-annual sale over the summer, and I LOVE this! I usually get sick of scents by the time I'm done with the bottle, but this is the perfect mix of fresh and floral for me. To me, it smells like a delicate but light scent. I have dry skin and this moisurizes extremely well. This is my favorite B&BW cream so far :)
Conditioner -ABBA - Nourishing Leave-on conditioner
SteffStarrr 4/21/2009 5:13:00 PM
I first used this when I bought it in a salon, but I saw it at Marshalls and TJ Maxx last year. It's a good leave-on conditioner, but there have been better ones. This is the first one that I ever used, and it does a good job of keeping my hair moisturized but not greasy. I've recently found other conditioners that do a better job, but I really like the texture of this :)
This lipstick is terrible! I have full lips that are dry and the color was great but even after exfoiliating and putting lip balm on, it accentuated every dry spot I had. I just threw this out because it doesn't work on me at all.
Skincare - Face -Clinique - Acne Solutions Line (all products)
SteffStarrr 3/29/2009 2:55:00 PM
This line is HG for me! I have terrible acne that is extremely prone to scarring. I used to not be able to go a day without using concealer and foundation to cover them up, but no anymore! I've used their original 3-step skin care, Neutrogena, Clean and Clear, and Biore and nothing has cleared up my acne as well as this one. Within a few days my scars had lightened up and my acne was disappearing. I've been using this for a little over a month and my skin is the best it's ever been. I had no purging at all, and I have no need to wear foundation anymore. After using the cleanser, my face feels clean and sometimes tight, but never uncomfortably dry. The toner works wonders for me as well. I haven't used the moisturizer because I've heard it's not as good so I'm just using the dramatically different moisturizing gel. I will definitely repurchase!
For a washable mascara, this is amazing! Every single non waterproof mascara I've ever tried has smudged so horribly on me, but this one has the lasting power of all my waterproof mascaras. I have straight asian lashes that need wp mascara to hold a curl, but curls my lashes slightly without using an eyelash curler at all. It's the same price as most drugstore mascaras, I would definitely repurchase.
Mascara -Almay - One Coat Nourishing-Thickening Waterproof
SteffStarrr 2/22/2009 2:26:00 PM
As other reviewers have mentioned..this is the first waterproof I've tried that has made me lose my curl. Using one coat lightly defines and slightly lengthens my lashes, but after that it clumps horribly and makes me look like I have spider lashes. My lashes do feel soft, but they look horrible; they're uneven and not smooth at all. Upon taking this off, I think I have actually lost lashes from wearing this mascara. I wanted to like this product so much, but it turned out to be one of the worst mascaras I've tried. :/
I LOVE this perfume. Based on the description, it's not something I would ever buy, but I always get compliments when I wear this, and everyone says it suits me a lot. My boyfriend loves this on me as well. It's a very warm scent that I usually wear more during the winter. It lasts a very long time on me and never gives me a headache. This is my HG for now!
This is a decent foundation, and I love the texture of it. However, I can't tell if this broke my out or if I broke out from stress (I bought and first used this when exams started and I'm still recovering from the acne). I might try this again when my skin is consistently doing better. The coverage is great at first, but fades much quicker than other foundations I've tried. I've found two shades that have matched me..pure beige and the darkest light shade (3.5 i think). I love the silky feel of this foundation and one pump is enough to cover my face. However, my face gets oily much quicker and it fades by the end of the day. I will repurchase if I find that it does not break me out. UPDATE: I tried this over spring break over the course of 4 consecutive days and have found that it doesn't break me out. Light 4 (nude) is a perfect match for me, and it still fades quicker, and makes me a little more oily, but I really like this foundation :) It covers well too
This was the first mascara I ever used a few years ago when I didn't know much about makeup and I thought it was a decent mascara. Then I received in a GWP a couple years ago and hated it because it didn't hold a curl. Now I have a few for GWP's and I love them. They don't hold a curl, but they look great when layered over my other mascaras. On lazy days when I don't want to curl my lashes and dry them out with wp formulas, i use this and it lengthens and volumizes without clumping, and it also keeps my lashes soft. It hardly smudges, but it comes off very easily with water. I don't think I'll ever use up my GWP sizes, but if I did, I would not buy because I wouldn't be able to use up a full tube before it dried out. However, overall it's a great natural mascara.
I don't know what I was thinking this when I bought it (and then bought it again after I finished the first tube). I should have known better than to buy a waterproof mascara that wouldn't hold a curl. I have stick straight asian lashes, and a curl will not hold unless I use waterproof. At first, I used this to layer over another waterproof mascara, and it's decent for that purpose, but horrible on its own. If I want a quick look where I don't curl my lashes, I use this sometimes because it's VERY natural (not a false lash effect at all) since it lengthens and volumizes decently. I also like that it doesn't smudge too easily, but still comes off with no effort. I will not repurchase.
I love the intensity of this black on my waterline, however it smudged horribly on me. At first I thought I was using too much so I tried using less, but I still had horrible smudges about 3 hours later. I was using the "eastern method" of closing your eyes and dragging it through, but I've found that dabbing it VERY lightly on my waterline reduces smudging. I don't use this often because it takes longer to put on than regular eyeliner, but the end effect is nice. I don't think I'll ever finish this, but even if I did, it's not worth it to repurchase.
Mascara -Maybelline - Define a lash volume WATERPROOF
SteffStarrr 2/3/2009 6:05:00 PM
I don't know if I got a bad tube, but this was very dry and clumpy on me. I got this after I finished the original define a lash hoping this would give me a little bit of volume. However, everytime I use this, it's always clumpy and it looks horrible unless I run a lash comb through my lashes. It didn't lengthen nearly as much as the original, it didn't hold a curl as well, and it definitely did not define my lashes. I will not repurchase, I'm going back to the original.
