Hair Color -Clairol - Natural Instincts Hair Color

So my natural hair colour is soft black w/some red pigments. It's been ginger (Féria in Tortoise whatever), medium brown, and was warm dark brown that looked orangey brown in the sun. I have thick wavy chest-length hair w/lots of layers. Price: $6.69 CAD Pkg: enough for my long, thick hair Colour: (24 Clove) dark cool brown Formula: doesn't drip, icky green Demi permanent dyes deposit pigments in ur hair, so they're not damaging&supposedly don't show roots. After the Féria disaster (GINGER!!!? WTF!) I decided to go w/this. I've heard that demi doesn't light hair colour(no bleach/ammonia)but whateva Cool Medium Brown 24 Clove ruled out the reddish tint in my hair. The conditioner really softens my hair and smells wonderful :D Will try Light Cool Brown next week or so (to see how well this lightens)

Had this when it first came out. Not the best cream e/s out there (ever heard of MAC Paint Pots and Maybelline Color Tattoos?) Price: ~$8 CAD Pkg: e/s breaks off easily Colour: beigey brown and bronze Pigmentation: medium Texture: creamy Has zero staying power even w/UDPP. Doubt it'll last with MAC PP or Maybelline CT

I had this when it first came out. Not the best IMHO Price: ~$8 CAD Pkg: the shadow breaks off easily Colour: icy silver and greyish lavender Pigmentation: medium Texture: creamy While the colours are awesome, it has zero staying power even when I used UDPP in Sin (which I hated)

I've been using TreSemme Heat Protection but I wanted a change. And boy am I glad I did! It's around $5 CAD It smells so fruity&sweet and does half the work for ya. Spray it, flat iron ur hair and voilà! Glossy straight hair perfection. My hair stays straight-ish even after sleeping. Doesn't flip out in the morning cuz it has a tendency to do that. And def protects ur hair from heat. No burnt hair smell I'd rec this to anyone :D

My hair colour was medium golden brown from Nice n Easy's Dark Golden Brown 120A. Before that it had been ginger from Feria. Hair dyes seem to fade a lot on me so I had to dye my hair again :( I got this in Cappucino (dark Golden Brown) and so far I'm lovin it! The formula doesn't drip at all and a little sticky but it's alright. Like any other darkening dyes, it will leave a purplish brown stain on ur skin! Application was a breeze and the conditioner does soften my hair a lot My hair is now a gorgeous dark brown with hints of gold and golden brown in natural sunlight **UPDATE After a few weeks it looks a litttle orangey in the sunlight. At least it's still dark brown.

I wasn't planning on buying this based on the poor reviews. But it was cheap so... Price: $6.68 CAD Price: glass bottle; no pump Finish: natural sheen Pigmentation: light, buildable Texture: runny Oil-Control: decent It's an ok fdn. But it turns into an oil-slick after a few hours even with powder Wouldn't rec for people w/severe acne since it doesn't cover much. Just evens out redness and complexion. While it's buildable,you'll get around medium at best. It has a slight cologne-y scent to it. Hasn't bothered my super sensitive skin.

Just a sample and lovin' it Colour: (dry) cobalt blue | (wet) navy w/hint of violet Finish: frost Pigmentation: medium to full Texture: creamy It's the perfect shade for a blue smokey eye. Esp if the base colour u want is a bright&dark one. The colour payoff is fantastic over Maybelline CT in Tenacious Teal A dupe for this is NYX Chrome e/s in Space. Slightly lighter w/o the violet tint but pretty damn close :)

Best liquid e/l out there Price: ~$6 CAD Pkg: felt tip applicator Colour: intense jet black Finish: matte Pigmentation: opaque It stays on my very oily lids for all day. But it smudges a bit on the lower lash line after a few hrs. Pigmentation is on par w/L'Oreal Lineur Intense in Carbon Black too

Best part is, absolutely 100% ZERO smudging on my lower lash line!!! Eggplant is a shade that darkens my lash line in a natural way so I love it.

I went to London Drugs looking for the Nude Tude palette. Sadly, either it's not available in Canada or @LD Price: ~$16 CAD Colour: light copper Finish: iridescent shimmer/sparkle Pigmentation: opaque Texture: creamy When u layer this over burgundy/reddish colour (Maybelline CT in Pomergranate Punk) u get an intense coppery orange shade. It perks up my near-black brown eyes. Will try out other Sexpots ;)
