This is a BEAUTIFUL MAC pigment, I was completely surprised! I purchased a sample off of eBay because I wasn't sure if I'd like it, but I'm in love! I used it with subtle which made it more red, but when I asked my hubby what color he thought my eyeshadow was he said sometimes it looked red but then sometimes it looked blue or green lol he was totally confused! MAC Live Chat said to try it with Pastorale, AIr De Blu or Cornflower to bring out the other colors :) I used Buried Treasure for the liner. That one is supposed to be underground brown-black with gold but it just looked like regular plain old black on me. If I put a light dusting of the blue brown over it then it looks pretty cool.
This is my favorite MAC liner. The color is the same shade as my lips so its perfect to use with any color of lipglass. I would purchase over and over and over :)
I gave this one a 4 because while its pretty its not as versitile as what I was told. I had originally bought it to use with the Plushglass Ample Pink (not for me, makes the color WAY too purple) and for Viva Glam Little VI (which I haven't tried yet). I was upset that it made the Ample Pink look so purple when I specifically said that is what I didn't want.... I hope it doesn't do the same to the VI. I was going to return it but I tried it with a lighter pink shade (I have no idea of the name, its a full size sample of Rev. Turkish Delight, but that was the working name and I have no idea what name they actually used when it came out) and it actually looks REALLY pretty, it made it slightly mauvish. I also didn't like that its not very smooth. It pulls at the lips and makes it hard to line them. I wouldn't buy it again simply because I don't think I'll use it much. I usually use subculture because it matches my lips.
I'm actually pleased with this pigment. I was hesitant to buy because of the reviews so I just bought a sample to test it and I love it. I used it with the other Strange Hybrid pigment, Provence, and it gave me a nice day look. I thought it went on smoothly and I used Earthline eyeliner with it and thought it looked great :) I will see how much I use it and if I run out I will definately buy a full jar.... that is if its still available lol
I can't believe how much I LOVE this color! I have looked at it time and time again and finally I tested it on my hand and thought wow this is REALLY pretty. It looks even more amazing on. I will buy this OVER and OVER :)
Hello! I think this pigment is gorgeous! I only gave it a 4 because you can't use it ALL the time. I like to use it lightly in the crease with vanilla. It looks really nice for day :) I darken the application for nighttime use but its a keeper either way!
Aside from the fact that I'm completely obsessed with MAC pigments this is my absolute favorite. I bought a sample of it on ebay recently and absolutely love it. I read that the FS jars on there were going for $45, I actually just today bought a FS on there for $19.99 and $4 priority shipping. Keep watching! The girl I bought from has sold several at that price but they must go fast! There is also one for a BIN of $28. Its definately worth it. I used it yesterday with coco beach in the crease and it looked so pretty.
This shade is gorgeous! I was told to use it with the Golden Olive pigment and it looks fabulous! I have darker brown eyes with a little bit of green and gold in them (when the light hits) and this makes them look amazing.
I love this color on, but don't think I could pull it off for daytime. I Don't go out much because I have a new baby at home, but the shade is absolutely gorgeous on. I only gave it a 4 for that purpose, but it is super pretty. i have brown hair with caramel highlights and brown eyes with a medium toned skin. The shade looks great!
Hello! I just got to try the Golden Olive Pigment off of a friend and let's just say that I AM IN LOVE. The pigment jars are kind of big and she said they last forever, that you really couldn't possibly use all of one, so I went online and bought 9 sample colors of Golden Olive, Dark Soul, Sunnydaze, Coppersparkle, Steel Blue, Softwash Grey, Sunpepper, Naked, and Chocolate Brown. I figure if I love one enough then I can buy a full size. I then went to MAC online live chat and a rep recommended the eyeliner "Rosemary & Thyme" for the Golden Olive Pigment and "Earthline" for the Sunnydaze. She said they are gorgeous. Can't wait to try! I also got blending brush 219 and the brush cleaner since I have so many different pigments to try out ;) I love how you can make the colors of these pigments subtle or make them stand out or become a liner. Great shades and long lasting. Does anyone else have great color recommendations for me to try out? Post here or feel free to message me!
OMG I love this pigment! I have never tried pigments before but I fell in love after I tried this one. I went online and ordered 8 more colors lol. The green is GORGEOUS with my brown eyes. I'm so impressed. Glides on well and stays put! Its a new addiction!
This is the PERFECT summer fragrance. I was given a sample spray of this at Sephora December of 2005 and couldn't stop smelling it the whole way around the store. Of course I bought it before I left! I get compliments all the time on it. Definately a keeper!
This is my signature fragrance, I love it! Its expensive but lasts awhile because you don't need to use much of it. Its a pretty scent and stays on. I love that its not overbearing! I will definately buy and buy and buy and hopefully they'll never discontinue!
I bought this gloss in "Girls On Film" and was totally impressed. I gave it a 4 though, because it doesn't last super long. Its VERY easy to reapply though, so all is forgiven ;) I will definately buy it in the other shades.
I really liked this product, however I hated that the palette would get so messy. It was my first and will be my only palette purchase ever. The colors were cute and I loved the liner, but I'm super picky about messy things, so this one just isn't for me. I didn't even use half of it before I threw it out so its not worth the money at all.
