This smells very fruity and creamy. It dries to a vanilla scent, which I adore. It's not a heavy, overpowering fragrance, yet not a light one. Very nice for spring time. Would repurchase surely.
This is actually a treatment, not moisturizer. I have a very oily T-zone and normal cheeks. I tried PanOxyl & it worked fine for my oilier areas but it horribly dried my cheeks. Sebium AKN works all over my face with zero dryness or flakiness. The pimples just disappear within 3 or 4 days. My face finally cleared up after years of dullness. I wouldn't recommend using this under make-up if you'll be applying a lot cuz the makeup will kind of stick on those areas. I apply it before I go to bed after cleansing with Sebium H2O.
Very sensual fragrance that lasts long. I just wish it were less bulky, I find it hard to carry around. EDIT: I don't know...but this is starting to smell nauseating to me...and more like a fragrance of someone of an older age. Won't repurchase.
I find this fragrance lovely. It does have a sharp smell when first applied, but just give it a minute and it'll smell very beautiful. I have tried many fragrances before, but when I first tried this one I got comments from a huge number of people, friends as well as strangers - they all loved it! It isn't my fav, though, cuz I always detect a note that personally I don't like.
Styling Products -Unlisted Brand - Zero Frizz - Corrective Hair Serum

This serum is extremely thick and heavy and can easily start looking greasy. It weighs down my already weighed down fine hair. It does tame the frizzies but it surely doesn't make my hair feel soft or bouncy. I recently tried Somang's Keratin Hair Coating Essence which is an extremely lightweight serum that makes my hair so bouncy and entirely frizz free, without the ridiculous amount of build up that zero frizz gave me! After using this serum it is totally okay if I throw out every other hair lotion or potion that I have. Seriously, it is that good. Won't repurchase *This product is also listed under Styling Products => Schwarzkopf => Zero Frizz Corrective Hair Serum
Lotions/ Creams -Nivea - Nivea Soft Moisturizing Creme

Cheap. Unhygienic tub. Fine for the body...but it is just so horrible for the face. My ratings are based on the fact that this cream is meant for the body, not the face. However, even as a skin cream it kind of sits out there, not the best. As a face cream, it just created a greasy layer and within a week my face looked tired, dull, greasy and broke out like crazy. I have combination skin and have been using Olay's Complete for sensitive skin. I was in a rush and couldn't find it so I bought Nivea Soft...a mistake not to be repeated. Won't repurchase.
I started using this powder a couple months ago and here's what it does for me -It gives me a soft ethereal airbrushed look -The coverage is fantastic for me I even stopped using foundation -Very blendable. No matter how much I apply it still looks like its not there. Never cakes. I use a face brush to apply it but the puff that comes with it is just as good. So go with whatever you prefer -My face breaks out from almost anything, it did not break out with this powder -It is messy, but it's a loose powder so I don't expect it to be neat -I keep the mesh sifter on top of the plastic sifter which makes the amount picked up by my brush evened-out. So don't throw the mesh sifter, it'll save you time and product amount used per application! My only problem is that it's so bulky I can't travel around with it so I use an empty face creme container for that. It is expensive, but I don't care cuz it does such an amazing job. Will repurchase definitely.
This gel is super amazing. I use it as a base for my eye makeup & it creates a wonderfully smooth base that has stopped my makeup from creasing and makes my eyes look so relaxed and awake. Just make sure it dries well before you start putting your makeup. The package is hygienic and to seal the deal the price is so cheap for the amount you get! A must have!
Lip Gloss -Bourjois - 3D Effect - Les Nudes - 33 Brun Poetic

This is a very light rosy-brown with a golden shimmer and a sweet faint smell. Applied alone it looks a little pale, but paired with a light pink or peachy lipstick it looks very soft and sensuous. I also find it lasts a lot longer than other lip glosses, even after a drink or two. Definitely will repurchase!
This is an amazing brush that no woman should go without! I use it to apply, layer and blend eye shadows, concealers and powder. The quality is perfect, no fall out bristles. The brush is soft on the skin, yet firm. I've tried several different brushes that looked the same but no brush can apply and layer and blend as perfectly as the 242 does!
I have this in rich black. High price for very little product. For some reason the brush would always break its way through my lashes and apply color on my eyelid itself, which I have to wipe with a Q-tip - very boring and time consuming. It doesn't give me any volume or curl, just some color and nice lash separation, kinda like fans them out. When layered it made my lashes look longer, which their Stretch mascara can instantly and effortlessly do. Won't repurchase. UPDATE: Found out I'm allergic to all MF mascaras.
I have this in Cocoa Mandorla, which is a cocoa brown that can be applied sheerly for a light color or layered for a deeper cocoa brown. This pencil does make my lipstick last longer, but just not that much longer, I've tried Oriflame's Visions lip liners and they make my lipstick last much longer than this one. For the price, however, I think its perfectly fine. Won't repurchase though.
I have this one in black. Long lasting, blends nicely with brows. The pencil cap actually has a very good quality brow brush. I prefer brow powders, though, so I won't be buying that again.
Eye Shadow -Maybelline - ExpertWear Eye Shadow- Turquoise Jewel
almond_leaves 1/26/2008 5:25:00 PM
Color is a beautiful shimmery turquoise, kinda like a very deep sea-green. Can be layered for a more intense look. The sponge tip applicator holds a lot of product and I end up with uneven layers, so I prefer to use my MAC 242 shader brush instead. Packaging is slim. Price is very cheap. The downside with this eyeshadow is that it fades almost 10 minutes after application. So I literally have to reapply twice before I even get to leave the house, to make sure it will still be slightly there for a night out. Which is why I won't repurchase.
Pressed Powders -Bourjois - Pastel Teint Essentiel - Vanille
almond_leaves 1/26/2008 5:19:00 PM
I use this over Bourjois Matt Lovely foundation in Rose Clair and they match nicely despite the foundation being pinkish and the powder being yellowish. I apply this using a powder brush. The sponge that comes with it isn't so bad, though. Great lasting power, I hardly need to reapply. It wasn't good at setting my concealer round my eyes, instead it mixed and creased with it. Am not sure if the powder is bad or the concealer, though. Packaging is good whenever I'm on the run. Has a lovely sweet scent, but it is strong so you might wanna consider that if you get nauseous. If not for switching to NARS loose powder, I would surely repurchase. UPDATE: This powder cakes no matter how lightly applied, and this particular shade turns orange. I'm finding the scent too strong for my liking. Won't repurchase.
