First Revlon product I tried and loving it Price: $8.93 CAD Pkg: square tube, translucent quilted lid w/clear top Colour: dusty rose w/brown undertones Finish: balm-y crème-shine Pigmentation: medium at one swipe; buildable Colour me quite impressed. This shade is a few shades darker than my natural lip colour so it was a safe bet. It's moisturizing but I still like to have a clear lip balm under it cuz otherwise my lips get tingly A basic colour that'll flatter every skin tone from the fairest of them all to the darkest ;D

The Revlon Lip Butters are seriously the best lipstick I've ever used! Price: $8.93 CAD (@Walmart) Pkg: square tube, translucent quilted lid w/clear top Colour: tangerine-orange Finish: balm-y crème-shine Pigmentation: light at one swipe; buildable Texture: buttery smooth I freakin love this colour esp now that it's spring (supposed to be anyway). Since it's a sheer orange/tangerine, it doesn't overwhelm the entire face. I like it over lip balm cuz it makes my lips tingly A fun bright colour that I'll buy again and again :)

A nice medium plum colour Price: $20.16 CAD Pkg: clear snap-close lid Colour: med-ton plummy violet Finish: golden shimmer w/pinky sheen Pigmentation: medium to full Texture: creamy It's actually my sister's but I like to borrow it whenever I feel like wearing neutral vilet. And it's really flattering for brown and green eyes :)

I know it's a e/s brush, but it also works as a concealer brush Price: ~$4 CAD Shape: fluffy, tapered shell Texture: soft but firm Since it has a firmness to it, I like to use it as my concealer brush. It doesn't pick up much e/s for me. So I dab on concealer using the tapered point on acne spot and blend out the edges of the concealer only.

EcoTools is my fave brush brand. Affordable yet durable. Price: ~$4 CAD Shape: super-thin w/steep angle Texture: soft and firm I love this cuz it's wonderful for drawing super thin lines. A great tip: use the top tip just for the outermost edge to get the thinnest line possible. And for the base of the wing, point the top toward your brow and push the liner along the lashline. Doesn't shed or feel rough on my sensitive skin Def will repurchase.

I wanted a bold colour and it was on sale at London drugs... Price: $5.58 CAD Pkg: clear-top lid Colour: (Berry Fantasy) plummy berry-like fuchsia Finish: crème w/sheen Pigmentation: medium I love how smoothly it goes on my lips. The sheen it gives off is natural and very flattering. Wears for a decent amount of time too. I will def try the other colours. Perhaps a red?

I've been wanting to try another Hard Candy e/s and this caught my eye Price: $5.44 USD Pkg: dome-shaped; 4.5g Colour: light peachy bronzy champagne | deep smokey bronze Pigmentation: full Finish: pearlescent w/sheen Texture: creamy There can be some fallout, esp w/the darker shade. I just love how these two shades complement each other. The peachy colour brightens up ur eyes while the darker shade defines ur crease. Perfect as lower lash liner too!

It's kinda the perfect bronze to sum it up. Price: $5.59 Pkg: bottle w/narrow neck Colour: deep bronzy brown Finish: metallicy and tons of shimmers Pigmentation: opaque Texture: creamy As per usual with any loose e/s fallouts are unavoidable. Just do ur face makeup afterwards. This with a sparkly (or matte if that's ur thing) black in the crease makes for a simple bronze smokey eye. And stays crease-free w/good primer underneath (MAC PP/Maybelline CT) Love the NYX UPM and will try others :)

A concealer that's relatively cheap and works great Price: $8.95 CAD Pkg: plastic jar Colour: (Beige) yellowish medium beige Pigmentation: full/opaque Texture: creamy This doesnt' crease on my undereye area after a full day. It also stays matte for the duration. I dab on concealer using the tapered point of EcoTools Eyeshadow Brush on acne spot and blend out the edges of the concealer only. Never blend out over the acne since it'll take away the concealer It performs as well as MAC Studio Finish if not better. And at 1/3 of the price, I'd rather rebuy this one. There's a good reason why I'm in love with NYX

I think the repurchase box should have a 'Hell Yeah' option Price: $2.14 Pkg: thin brush Colour: pale yellow gold Finish: uber metallic&reflective w/sparkles I'm pleasantly surprised that the sparkles did show up. Goes on streak-free and semi-opaque after 2 coats. Will buy again and try other colours as well. :D

I buy a new masca every other month cuz I wear contacts and know that bacteria tend to grow on the brush. It's def worth the extra few bucks. A lengthener, definer and volumizer all in one! Price: $10.07 CAD (London Drugs) Pkg: fat bristly brush Length: impressive Volume: buildable It gives me quite a lot of volume from the very first coat. Length and volume is easy to build, altho I recommend piling on the coats after each coat dries Too bad there's no waterproof version since it doesn't hold a curl super well

A wonderfully dark lip colour that will suit any skintone. Very neutral, surprisingly. Price: $5.59 CAD Pkg: black tube w/clear bottome Colour: dark dusty rose Finish: crème w/slight sheen Pigmentation: full The colour you see in the tube is the colour you get on your lips. With one swipe, no less! And it's so smooth and lovely with little smell. (kinda that "makeup" smell) Will def look into buying more of NYX lipsticks. And maybe their lip glosses too
