This is the best scrub I have tried. Good for exfoliating face and body before applying fake tan.
These are the best pore cleansing strips I have tried. A good product, but don't expect miracles from it- they only remove a limited amount of dirt/oil/blackheads, certainly not as much as the adverts imply.
Deffinately lives up to the hype! So glad I purchased. Does not 'pinch' like cheaper eyelash curlers can.
I've heard so much about Lancome mascaras being the best on the market, so I decided to try this one. Very disappointing; it flaked really badly after only a short while of applying it.
Disappointing, after reading rave reviews in magazines. I tried this in 'Flush 40' and it hardly shows up at all, even on my very fair skin. And I usually like a subtle, natural look. It feels sticky and actually quite greasy on my skin. Quite expensive too, for what you get. However, this may be better in a slightly darker color, so I suppose my 2 lippies reflect my review of this particular shade.
I received this free for completing an online survey, in 'No.2 Ivory Beige' and was pleasantly surprised, as most freebie cosmetics/samples tend to be too dark for my uber-fair skin. It's described on the tube as "Anti-fatigue and Illuminating Concealer- Smoothing Effect". It is similar to YSL Touche Eclat, but has slightly more coverage, i.e. it has slightly more concealing properties and slightly less highlighting/light-reflecting properties than YSL TE. The slight yellow undertone works well too. At such good value (less than half the price of YSL TE) I will deffinately be repurchasing.
Shampoo -John Frieda - Sheer Blonde Highlighting Shampoo

My HG shampoo! It really does brighten up my colour-treated blonde hair, as it promises. Abit pricey but worth it.
I'm affraid I have to agree with many other reviewers- this stuff is VILE! It's far too thick in texture to apply to the delicate eye area. You'll end up with wrinkles and sagging of the eyelids in no time, from all the pulling and tugging you have to do to rub it in! Also it is just TOO yellow in color- it leaves your eyelids looking, well, like you've got yellow eyeshadow on!- instead of just neutralizing the purpleness, as this 'primer' is supposed to do. Feeling very miffed that I've wasted my money on this awful stuff!
A very nice product that gives a lovely natural flush to the cheeks. However, it can be quite difficult to apply (you have to blend it very quickly and you can easily use too much), plus it leaves you with stained fingertips.
Highlighters -Yves Saint Laurent - Touche Eclat No 1

One of the few products that live up to the hype. A truly magic wand.
Over-hyped, over-priced, really quite painful to apply, and makes my lips look red raw and slightly swollen (note my use of this word as opposed to 'plumped'). Abit like how your lips look and feel after eating a very hot spicy meal. Not a good look on my very pale skin- I look anaemic! Very disappointing indeed.

This gives me a lovely sun-kissed healthy glow; just the right amount of color for my very fair skin. It does not feel greasy, and blends well, i.e. it does not turn out patchy like fake tan often does on my face. And it's a great price too.
Very over-rated. Makes my face look greasy and shiny. Did not notice much of a tightening effect at all.
