I bought this product thinking it would add just a hint of shimmer right under my brows. It looked gaudy and fake & the color was just strange. I ended up giving it to my daughter for dress up play.

I have mixed feelings about this product. It has a nice emollient feel and it doesn't break me out, but for some reason it occasionally makes my face sting and I do not like the jar that it comes in. Won't repurchase.

It irritated my face. It definitely does not leave a matte finish. It isn't photostable so you need to reapply it frequently.

Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash mascara in brown/black

Not at all impressed. It smears, doesn't build decent length or thickness and there were flakes of it under my eyes by mid-day. There are many mascaras out there that are way better than this one. However, there are also many that are worse. I guess it just bugs me that this mascara is so often on the "Best Of" lists in fashion magazines when it is less than mediocre.

Mascara -Maybelline - Lash Discovery Mascara

The tiny brush works rather well for coating even tiny lashes. It builds length and thickness decently without clumping and it doesn't smear. It isn't very dramatic and it leaves lashes feeling a bit stiff, but it provides a clean, natural look. Good for everyday use.

Loose Powders -L'Oreal - Translucide

Beautiful, smooth finish! It gives my skin a polished look without looking powdery or cakey. It isn't shimmery, but it does seem to have a bit of a luminous effect. It looks very natural. This is my favorite powder!
