Cleansers -Aveeno - Moisturizing Bar

I keep trying other soaps and cleansers but always come back to this one to fix the damage. This does not leave that soapy-dry-tight feeling that other soaps leave, just clean/soft skin. I use this one and the Aveeno clear complexion bar on days when I'm not too dry. Update 2/06: I've given up trying to find something that I like better, this is what I use morning and night to remove all my makeup and calm my skin. If you have dry skin then you need a good moisturizer but I find I need that with anything i've tried even the so-called super extra gentle cream cleansers which I find don't remove all the gunk anyway. Thankfully i've found my HG winter moisturizer in Eucerin Q10.

Moisturizers -Weleda - Skin Food

Lifesaver...this was so soothing, calming and moisturizing on my irritated red skin recently. It can be a bit greasy so I use it only at night. I'm amazed that this stuff actually clears up any emerging zits. And I actually love the citrusy/natural scent. This will definitely be a staple in my drawer. Update 1-31-06: Still what I reach for in an emergency for dry, flaky, irritated skin.

Toners -Unlisted Brand - Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar

I heard about using vinegar as a toner long before I heard about Braggs so I had been using regular old grocery store white vinegar with great results. But my interest was peaked thanks to MUA and I picked up some Braggs. For some reason the Braggs was too harsh and I didn't see the same results as with the grocery store brand.

Ish...can you say pepto-bismal pink! I was so surprised that it left a horrid chalky pink color on my lips, i tossed it right away. Didn't want to even apply it by accident. Loving the Sour Apple though.

Yummm - not overly vanilla or overly minty. The scent reminds me alot of velamints. I love this stuff and is a nice change from the same old same old minty paste.

Mascara -Aziza - lengthening mascara in black

This one works for me. Out of all the mascaras I have in my drawer I find myself reaching for this one more often. Doesn't clump and lasts all day without smearing/smudging. It's pretty wet though so it's a little tricky applying but I just wipe a bunch off on the tube and no problems. Gives long, defined lashes with a bit of fullness.

Masks -Unlisted Brand - Aspirin Mask

This is the only mask where I can actually see the results. It lessens the redness from zits and dries 'em out. I used our coffee bean grinder and ground up a bottle of uncoated aspirin, store in a container in the bathroom and when I want to use I mix a bit with a tad bit of water and a squirt of pure aloe vera gel which helps it not flake off so easily when it dries. I get smoother skin and less breakouts. Don't use more than a couple times a week though or it will dry you out.

I'm in love with this scent! It's warm yet tropical, very comforting during the dead of winter blahs. It's very moisturizing and the best thing about it is that it is not greasy at all, sinks in fast and the smell lingers throughout the day...love it. I got it on sale for 8 bucks at Target, wish I would've stocked up!

I actually steal this stuff from my mom when I visit cause I really can't stand BBW lately. But I do LOVE this scent. I used it when I was prego and now it always reminds me of that special time. I love how the bodywash scents the entire bathroom.

I like the smell and feel of Watkins Lemon Creme shea butter better. This is nice but not for the price, I'll stick with Watkins.

Styling Products -TRESemme - Tres Spray SUper Hold

Great hold, not tacky, doesn't weigh hair down and long lasting. I find I don't need to use as much because the hold is so great. Smell is not overwhelming. I was using Sebastian Shaper Plus and I always had to leave the room to breathe. I am much happier with TRESemme. This is the best hairspray i've used in a long time, lots of product at a great price. 10-06: Still using, still loving - great for adding body too.

Mascara -Neutrogena - Weightless Volume Mascara

The only mascara that doesn't end up under my eyes at the end of the day. I already have long black lashes so I just need a little something to hold a curl and define a little and this is it without the worry of racoon eyes. I love the feel, it's very soft not hard or clumpy like so many others I've tried. Not sure why I keep trying others when this works so well for me.

I love this stuff, great consistency, very moisturizing and doesn't leave my hands all greasy. I find it melts perfectly into the skin, haven't had the problem with "sticking." I have this in Mango and the scent is not overpowering, light and sweet. I prefer this over the B&BW which are too greasy for me.

Loose Powders -Sally Hansen - Sally Hansen/Cornsilk Healthy Beauty mattifying powder [DISCONTINUED]

Doesn't even come close to Coty loose powder. I was most dissapointed with the lack of coverage. Luckily I'm not out anything because Sally Hansen had a rebate for this product so basically got it for free.
