Bought this because it was on sale at CVS and gave out extra care bucks. It is okay. It smells like soap. I could assume a guy could use this without thinking it smelled too feminine. It is too creamy to really lather on a washcloth (which is what I prefer at the moment). I think I have to use a lot more of this body wash than others to feel clean. I have also noticed little red bumps on my skin that I never have before. It isn't a rash, but blemish like. My skin is getting dry because of the weather, and this wash has not helped with any added moisture at all. I would not recommend it and I will not be repurchasing.
BB Cream -Garnier - BB Cream Miracle Skin Perfector - Light/Medium

Wow, why all the people judging others on their dislike of this product?? maybe they arent snobs.. maybe the 2 shade ranges dont work for their skin and therefore causing negative reviews and strange staying power. calling something a "bb" cream also means it should work as one, and maybe other brands work better for them. I am extremely fair skinned, something for "light to medium" is usually too dark for me because medium shades are 6 shades too dark.. lumping light to medium is about the same thing to me as light to dark.. maybe it would work better if they had light, medium, dark and deep.
sadly, they must have changed the formula. I bought this when it first hit my target store, about 2 years ago and used up the entire tube.. i was literally scraping the sides.. Luckily, it's still being sold at Target and I picked one up.. The packaging, while very similar is different. The original packaging has a velvet feel to the tube and top, while the newer one I purchased is very smooth. The consistency is different as well. The new one is more liquidy and creases even seconds after application, before I can even get a shadow on top. The older version was more mousselike. While it does still work for a few hours, my shadows always end up creasing with this newer version. and YES, i am sure its the $1 one and not the $3 mineral version of both tubes I have.
Like many others, I did not like the original.. but tried this on a whim cause walmart had it on sale and i had a coupon.. making this under $3. I had been on a mascara kick during that time, but wanted to go back to the Maybelline Colossal - yellow tube.. but it was a few dollars more, and liked the look of the brush on the Great Lash Big, so decided to give it a try.. Wow.. this is "almost" as great as the colossal but cheaper.. i dont wear makeup everyday, so I am sure that my mascara would "go bad" before it runs out.. so i dont like paying too much for something i will only use a few times a month.. its really a good, decent, everyday mascara.. esp those on a budget or not willing to shell out big bucks for something you need to replace every 3 months. It makes your lashes black, longer, and also adds just enough volume for an everyday look.. if you like "glam" eyelashes, you might need a few coats of this, or just try something else.. but for me, it works great!
Bought this with a coupon and it was only around $2.. I thought the lightest color looked a shade or 2 too dark, but I always get a "tad" darker in the summer, so I bought it anyways.. tried it and went back to a revlon foundation.. a few weeks ago I decided to pull this one back out and I have no idea why i didnt like it the first time around! I wish it was in a pump or tube, but packaging aside.. i have been wearing this everytime I do my makeup (2 or 3 x a week) The formula is thin, but it dries very quickly! I recommend dabbing a bit on your forehead - blend.. then your cheek - blend.. and so on.. do not dab this all over if you arent fast at putting on foundation. You can apply with fingertips or a brush, but its a bit more tricky with a brush and I dont feel like it ever "settles" into my skin that way.. overall, the color is a bit dark, but I dont apply very much to my jawline, so can blend it out until it matches my skin.. it lasts all day and it hasnt broken me out that I can tell.
this was an alright product. I really like it on one hand.. its got soft coverage.. but its messy.. i like the cooling effect, but would not wear this everyday. I have used this 2x now.. each a different shade of auburn/brown.. I really like it.. it doesnt drip and the smell is not as overwhelming as loreal preference (which is so strong, it almost makes you sick). I think the color looks natural - almost like i didnt dye it at all.. which is what i wanted. Color does fade, but nicely and very naturally. will def. be using this brand more often.
I have 2 colors.. one purple and one green.. the green is lovely and have no complaints.. while the other is horrible.. chipping the first day of wear.. totally flat in color and looked more like a stain then a polish. I will buy again, but i know now that this is a hit or miss.
I cannot figure out if this is irritating my eyes. It seems that the natural organic mascara could have been as I have used this along with another mascara with little problem. It is super longlasting and it goes on smoothly.. its very pigmented as well. The brush that comes with it was nice to begin with, but after a few washes, the brush has some bristles that are not conforming to the "sleek" design and jotting out in different directions - making a not so smooth, straight line.. i recommend getting another liner brush soon after purchasing if you dont already hv one. Overall, this is a nice product that I hope is not the cause of my eye puffiness and irritation. A little goes a long way and there has been no drying, even after several months of being opened.
Found this on clearance at cvs for $2.. thought id give it a try.. um, is this supposed to have "fibers" in it?? or are the brush bristles coming off?? I put this on my hand to find out what these things were, and i think they are the bristles.. they dont look like any fibers i have seen. Also, sooo much product comes out on the brush.. its like the stopper is worthless. I tried to scrape some off on the side of the tube opening, but this just made the bristles clump together and defeated the whole purpose. I decided to try this on my bare lashes before getting into the shower tonight - i did not want to wear this tomorrow and be aggravated that i did.. the application was a bit harder than normal.. i had to be very careful with the brush as to not clump my long lashes together. the formula is very thick and wet and even though it dried in an okay amount of time, my lashes "felt" wet and when i touched my eyes, my lashes clumped together at the base. This is certainly not the worst mascara I have ever used, but def. nothing near their volume express, which i love.. and should have bought. I will give it a go, but have no expectations on buying this again. it did darken and thicken my lashes some.. but the process of applying this is almost not worth it.
Like this mascara, been using nothing but this for about 2 months now. for some reason the longer i have it the more it transfers to my lids though.. also leaves an "oily" substance on my eyes/contacts even though no "black" mascara shows. It has to be some ingredient that is sliding off into my eyes. It does not irritate and does not always happen. For this reason I might not repurchase this right away, but would try another tube as maybe its just a "bad" tube - though nothing else seems wrong. liked this mascara right out of the packaging, which is weird, cause most mascaras need a few tries before it "dries" and is easier to use.. the longer i have this mascara the more i seem to want to try something else. Plus the oily feeling in my eyes on occassion is a big downfall.
Bought this a few times in 2 different shades - depending on if i have more red toned hair or more blond... great product, relatively cheap.. easy to find and use. I only use this, maybe 2x a week, as i dont wear makeup everyday and I seem to use it up faster than i would think.. so if you use this everyday, i could definitely see buying at least once a month, which could be a deterrent.. other than that there are at least 5 different shades and it is a great product.
Bought this when it first came out a while back.. i liked the texture- much better than the original apricot scrubs.. thought it exfoliated my skin pretty well, but every time i used it i would break out. I even stopped using this product and then tried again a few times just to see if it was this scrub and it was. wont be buying this again - though I wish it didnt break me out as the texture of this scrub is really nice.
Fragrances -Elizabeth Arden - With Love by Hilary Duff

I do not currently own this as I finished the bottle already.. I loved it. I wore it every weekend after I got it and the smallest bottle still lasted me a while. I love this scent. This is really in the top 5 fragrances/scents that I absolutely adore. I would never think that this would smell "old" enough for me and not be too teenager ish. I am almost 30 and dont want to smell like a cupcake anymore.. this is so nice.. sweet without being too nauseating.. warm without being a winter scent.. perfect and cheap!
Tried it a few times.. had to use my conditioner, which, to me defeated the purpose of this. I mean, this is supposed to be more natural and easy to travel with, but i still have to use another conditioner which is liquid.. the smell is nice..i feel like it might leave the small bits of "grass" or whatever it is in my hair.. I have wavy hair and this completely dries my locks out.. i will never purchase this again, glad i got it in a sample pack and didnt waste the full price on it.
