I love this! Imo this is a great dupe for NARS Albatross if your looking for something a little cheaper. The packaging of this is great - I think its really sleek and I prefer having this in my bag rather than other highlighters because they always seem to come in big chunky packaging. It has a small mirror in the lid and doesn't come with any sort of cheap, wierd applicators. I apply this after my blush on my cheeks and down my nose to give me a nice glow. I think it looks really glittery in the packaging - like chunky glittery. But its more of a really subtle shimmer. However, I hate the 'formula' or whatever you'd prefer to call it. Its quite messy and when I try to put it on my brush, alot of the time it picks up too much and gets everywhere! But for the price, I'd live with it. I wouldn't re-purchase because I really do prefere my NARS Albatross, but its a great dupe for someone looking for one.
For reference, my skin tone ranges from an NW15 to an NC20 depending on the time of year. Right now, I'm NW15. I have normal skin, but my nose sometimes gets oily. I'm not prone to breakouts. Slightly confused by this foundation. Some days it makes my skin look amazing, lasts all day, goes on and blends beautifully and doesn't break me out at all. Other days it makes my skin look like an orange peel, melts off my face and gets patchy, its a pain to put on and is hard to blend and then makes me break out. However, that doesnt happen often. But non the less, it still happens. Would repurchase this, but would probably only wear when I have a TON of time to put my makeup on - it needs alot of blending and so on to get it to make my skin look flawless, but slightly natural.
Hmmm, I assume that maybe I got a bad one? It's sticky, needs reapplying constantly and has a funny smell and taste. Colour doesn't really show up either. I assume I got a bad one like I said. Hmm....
Seems to be alot of 'long' reviews. I'm gonna keep this simple. Gives good length, good volume, doesn't flake and doesn't smudge. However, imo it doesn't curl or hold my lashes curl and feels quite heavy on the lashes. The mascara has to be applyed when the primer is tacky/damp to avoid stiff lashes or flakes.
I don't usually wear bronzers, but I thought I'd give this a go. I'm actually pleasantly suprised - this gives a lovey natural sunkissed look. I actually bought this because I was told by the Lady at the MAC counter told me it was a little more sheer than some of MAC's other bronzers such as the Refined Golden Bronzer and I figured this would be perfect seen as though alot of bronzers tend to make my face look dirty. I love how I can apply this all over my face without going orange or looking like my face is dirty. I mainly use this for contouring - especially my nose and jaw, but I sometimes apply a little before putting on my blush to define my cheeks a little. If you prefer a naturally bronzed look, I don't think you can go wrong with this. I'm currently an NW15 and this looks great on me and I've gotten alot of compliments. I think this is more for people with fair skin as I've tried this one my friends with darker skintones and no matter how we applied it and how heavily or lightly we applied it, it it either didn't show up at all or left them looking orange. This is a nice golden brown colour, but do beware, if you apply it too heavily, you WILL go slightly orange. I love the packaging for this - it's great to just carry arround in your bag and can just be brought out anywear. The product itself is also great because I've found some bronzers that smell absolutely vile, and this doesn't actually smell of anything to me at all. Staying power is also great - I've gone, if I remember correctly, about eighteen hours without having to re-apply. It actually blends beautifully too and feels like nothing on the skin unlike some bronzers with make me feel like I'm caked in makeup. I would buy this again because I think it's a great product for contouring and it's not expensive at all either which is great! I probably wouldn't use this in place of my blush because I'm just not all that into bronzers, but I think this would definitely suit alot of fair skinned people as a bronzer.
Lipstick -Clinique - Almost Lipstick - Black Honey

Okay so I assume that people who say this is more of a lip balm/lip gloss didn't take into consideration that the product is called 'Almost Lipstick', am I right? Don't complain, I'm pretty sure this is the whole point of the product! Besides, I think if this was really pigmented it would look very odd on the lips. This colour is more of a redish wine colour on me. It's gorgeous, but doesn't suit me unfortunately - it makes me look paler than I actually am imo and some of my friends have said the same. However, it's so moisturising! It's easy to apply too - it's very creamy. The staying power is also fantastic compared to some lipsticks that I have tried. No funny smell or tase either which is always a great thing for me. I would buy this lipstick again, but I would probably get it in a different colour.
This smells gorgeous! However, I hate the packaging - I can't carry it in my bag because other things on top of it press down on it making the perfume spray in my bag and it's quite bulky. The staying powder is actually awful too - sprayed it on myself before going to work, got to work twenty minutes later and it had gone! I actually just use this as a a room spray for my bedroom - it seems to last longer on my bed sheets and so on than it does on me.
I love this! Online I thought the colour looked like a slightly toned down barbie pink, but in reality it's a sort of creamy bright pink, in my opinion. Absolutely gorgeous! I thought it might look odd against my NW15 skin but it's actually gorgeous! Two coats gives bottle colour. Application is smooth with no streaks. Without a top coat I managed to go 5 days with no chips, with a top coat I got almost two weeks - but how easily it chips depends on what you do on a day to day basis, whether you apply a top coat and which topcoat you apply.
Moisturizers -The Body Shop - Aloe Vera Moisturizing Day Cream

I got this as an extra (along with the night cream) in a swap, and I love it. It works relly well and I will definitely buy again. However, it smells absolutely vile imo.
Great mascara! It lengthens and volumizes my lashes really well and doesn't smudge or anything. I'm actually still using a sample of this and when I finish it, I'll decide whether to go out and buy the full size one. The only problems I do have are that it's a pretty 'wet' mascara and it takes ages to dry on my lashes. I also have a love-hate relationship with this mascara - on the one hand, its fantastic: no smudging, great length, great volume. On the other hand, sometimes it clumps really bad. I'd say if you haven't tried this before, either swap for it or try and get your hands on a mini/sample sized one first!
This is a gorgeous pink colour with gold shimmers. It applies to easily and has fantastic staying power. It also doesn't have any funny taste or smell unlike alot of brands I have tried. This is such a universal colour, I think it would suit alot of skintones. I find this really pigmented, and it looks fantastic whether its just dabbed on or applied heavily. However, HG everyday lipstick material? Yes and no - although its an absolutely gorgeous colour, I think theres too much gold shimmer in it for my liking, but reguardless, I love this product.
Okay so, I absolute LOVE the smell of this soap! It's really sweet and it genuinelly reminds me of when I went to America last year and walked into probably the biggest candy store I've ever been to, which is the reason I bought it! But, it's makes my skin a little dry. Saying that, I think it lathers REALLY well and I actually prefer to use this on my legs once I've lathered it up to shave with rather using shaving foams, etc. Wouldn't buy again though.
Powders -Guerlain - Meteorites powder for the face in Mythic 01

Pro's: cute packaging, gives skin a nice glow. Con's: chalky, cannot be transported, balls break easily, over priced for what it does. I initially bought this thinking that it'd be great but it's actually not. It does give skin a nice glow but, it feels so chalky on my skin and it makes me feel akward when I smile because my skin seems to feel really tight when its on, maybe its just me though. Although it don't use it often, I do wish I could take this places with me because it would be a great thing to just carry around with me and use occasionally, but I can't because the balls break. Would not buy again. I gave this to my sister and she hasn't had any problems with it apart from the transportation of it, so I assume it's just my skin that it feels abit chalky on.
Pro's: pigmented. Con's: not a huge range of colours, smudge, crease, staying power isn't great. Okay, so there aren't a great range of colours and I do wish there were more. I actually own all the available colours, and I actually find that they're all the same: they smudge, they crease and they don't last long. However they are very pigmented.
Pro's: no funny smell or taste, good staying power, gorgeous colour, easy to apply, cheap. Con's: A little sheer. I think this is a gorgeous colour, but its kind of sheer. I need several layers to get good colour. I would not buy this again, but I do like the colour.
