You can tell this stuff is going to be awesome just by looking at the ingredients. Very nourishing for my dry/bleached/dyed hair. It works the first time you use it. The conditioner is just as great, but kudos on making a really wonderful shampoo.

Cleansers -Mario Badescu - Enzyme Cleansing Gel

My skin is around NC20, normal/dehydrated and a little sensitive that can be prone to a clog or two, no major breakouts or black heads. This is a great cleanser. It is gentle, yet removes sunscreen and the rest of the makeup, including mascara. You may need to work it into the skin for a little bit longer than other cleansers but it gets the job done. Skin is left clean and soft. super soft. I like to leave this on for a few minutes before washing off. ps. SO loves this too. I can always tell the difference when he's been using it. It improves his blackheads a lot, also his skin looks more brighter and softer. Would I re-purchase? Yes indeedy.

FINALLY a mascara that delivers, I seriously thought the day would never come! I will be stocking up, which is something I have never done with mascara, its that good. My only con is...I wish it was more black. And its rather pricey here in Australia, but what isn't?

Cleansers -Aveeno - Ultra-Calming Foaming Cleanser

I am one of those people that run's a mile from foamy cleansers. My skin is normal, but it's also sensitive. I wear sunscreen/mu so it's super important for me to take it all of at the end of the day. What this cleanser does is, it take ALL of ss/fdn/tonnes of mascara, without drying it out whatsoever. I am really impressed. Skin feels clean and soft. Would I buy it again? yes, absolutely.

Cleansers -Cetaphil - Daily Facial Cleanser (Normal to Oily Skin)
rated 1 of 5

Overrated product. On my skin it feels like slime and it smells terrible. I don't consider myself an overly sensitive nose but this smells awful. This will NOT remove any makeup. Dries out my skin and leaves it feeling...strange..coated.

IN THE BIN IT GOES! I would NEVER recomend this for sensitive skin. This stuff is very heavily scented. It irritated my sensitive skin within seconds, angry red blotches all over my nose and cheeks. What the hell is in this stuff? I'm really dissapointed the ingredients arent on the box. BOO!

Eyeliner -MAC - Chromagraphic Pencil NC15/NW20
rated 5 of 5
nancy_deathbeast 5/28/2010 9:51:00 PM

I bought this pencil (NC15/NW20) without hesitation and I am SO glad I got it. Its a perfect waterline colour to open up my green eyes. Its creamy, pigmented, glides on really easily and stays put for a looong time. Even when it fades a bit it still looks so natural. Really glad to read down below that this will be permanent at pro stores because I will most def. be buying it again. The only thing that bothers me a bit is the price, for me its a bit too pricy for a pencil. AUD$32 or so i beleive. To me thats a crazy amount for a pencil, but...it's worth it. Overall Rating 5/5

Moisturizers -Kiehls - Ultra Facial Moisturizer with SPF 15
rated 1 of 5

I have normal skin and this did NOTHING to hydrate it even a little bit. In fact it made my skin really tight almost instantly. no thanks! The protection is pretty rubbish too,for my taste anyway. There are SO many better products out there than this, like their Panthenol moisturizer. Mind you it doesnt have spf,but I dont care about moisturizers with spf,I preffer ss. But Panthenol is gorgeous for night time use. I do like the packaging tho,so overall I'm giving it 1 lippie.

Masks -Unlisted Brand - Aspirin Mask
rated 5 of 5

***This is a review for honey and uncoated aspirin mask*** This is the first time I have used this. I will use it again and update. About my skin: I am PPP sensitive/reactive skin. Its normal(doesnt get oily) but is prone to getting a bit dry in places. I'm not very acne prone. _______ I was SO hesitant to put this combo on my very sensitive skin.but I had couple of post acne red marks(which is weird coz I never had acne there),so I thought I'd give it a go.And I just really wanted to try it. I mixed two uncoated aspirin tablets (300mg) that I got from Sainsbury's with couple of drops of HOT water. This melted them very quickly. I squirted some Sainsbury's organic honey, probably about 2-3 teaspoons. I didnt measure, just squirted it in,but I did want to have more honey than aspirin. I mixed it all around with a bobby pin, yep. It all mixed really nicely. First I took my makeup of with Simple facewipes (HG wipes, and the only thing I cleanse my face with) and usualy by the end of taking it all off my skin is left a bit red on my cheeks. It is pretty sensitve. I didn't smear the goop on my face because I could feel the aspirin granules, and didnt like the idea because my skin doesnt like scrubs. What I did do is dab the stuff along my jawline, cheeks, nose and forehead. It felt really nice, what I loved about is that within minutes ALL the redness was gone!wow! now thats pretty cool :D My face was left really nice and even looking. I had some friends over and they were very impressed how the mask looked on my skin, they said in certain light it looked I had really pretty glitter on. it was very cool looking. hooray for looking cool! lol Anyway! I left in on for about 1/2 hr or a bit longer. In this time, I kept looking into the mirror, and I havent noticed any irritation. I was just so impressed how calm and glowing my skin looked. To take it of, I sprayed my skin with bottled water(I poured it into a squirty bottle) and gently wiped it of,and TA DAAAH! still gorgeous even smooth skin. I am so so impressed and cant wait to do this again. Altho, I dont want to do it very often. Im gonna start with once a week and see how that goes. Let me say this again. I was VERY hesitant to try this, but really wanted to see what the fuss was about. I was kinda scared to try it because I just didnt want to deal with irritated skin, and mine is rather sensitive. I'm glad I did :) I will update next time I use it.

Cleansers -Simple - Cleansing Facial Wipes
rated 4 of 5
nancy_deathbeast 4/25/2009 12:55:00 PM

I have been using these for over a year,so that says how much I really like them. I have very sensitive/reactive skin and wear heavy duty sunscreen everyday. On top of all that I wear a bit of foundation, powder and a lot of mascara. These wipes take everything off without irritating my skin or my eyes wich a sensitive. This is a 10/10 product. It's cheap,it's easy to find (I get it from Boots,Superdrug or Sainsburys) and most importantly it works. One thing that I find a bit strange and annoying with these wipes is that the actual texture of wipes changes from packet to packet. One packet will have beautiful soft wipe and other times they seem a little bit..scratchy? definately not as soft which makes me a bit dissapointed. They still work fine just that the softness or the fabric isnt consistant. For this reason I am giving these a Overall Rating of 4. Price: Dirt cheap. These are under £3(I do love when they have 3 for 2 deals!) Packaging Quality: I like it,the only thing that I would love is if they had an actual lid like Boots No.7 Wipes. Im still giving it 5 lippies because they have never dried out on me,even the last wipe is nice and fresh/wet I will most definatelly be repurchasing these even when I go back to Australia.
