Polishes -Sally Hansen - Insta-Dri in Lightening

This is a pretty, golden-yellow color, BUT....this is one of the absolute WORST nail polishes in general, (packaging & formula), that I've ever used. I usually have good luck with Sally Hansen products, but this one was a complete fail. I really expected more from this brand because I consider Sally Hansen products to be one of the best drugstore nail polish brands. This is a really thick & gloopy nail polish, but that's honestly not what bothered me about this nail polish. The MOST irritating thing about this is the packaging!! The brush this comes with is horrible! I think the brush is the reason why this goes on so thick & gloopy. The brush is way too wide, & not precise enough. By no means am I a professional nail polisher, (I'm usually not so great at polishing my nails), but this brush definitely made it even more apparent. I ended up just throwing this away. I obviously, will never buy this again....& I don't recommend it. My favorite yellow is called "Lemonade" by Orly. It is more of a pastel yellow, rather than golden (like this one), but I like it better & the formula is a lot better.

I love the color & formula of this nail polish! It is a pastel yellow, needs 2 coats, shiny/glossy WITHOUT a top coat, & is just a beautiful color, overall. I didn't have any problems with this nail polish formula, & I will definitely be buying this again!

Liquid -NARS - Sheer Glow Foundation

Next to my Christian Dior foundation, "Forever"....this is my other HG foundation of all time! I LOVE this foundation. This is so light I forget Iam even wearing foundation, makes my face look poreless/flawless, no breakouts, light-medium coverage (which is fine for me, since I have a clear complexion anyways. If you need full coverage, I would suggest another foundation or using concealer underneath.), my face never gets oily or cakey with this foundation, & this foundation stays put ALL DAY! Also, this doesn't oxidize or turn my face orange. This is expensive, but well worth every penny! I will definitely continue to buy this! Very pleased. Also, Iam happy I didn't buy the sheer matte version because this one actually looks matte on me with a little bit of a glow, so the matte version would've probably looked too dry. (In case you are in between deciding on which version to purchase).

This is hands down, one of the BEST foundations I've ever bought. I think I've found my HG. This foundation does not oxidize or turn me orange, I found a perfect color match, no breakouts, this goes on so smooth, covers ALL flaws; yet looks natural, does not make my face cakey, gives me a poreless/flawless complexion, stays put ALL DAY & does NOT ever make my face oily. I don't even need to use powder, at all! This foundation is so light, I forget Iam wearing foundation. This is literally, my perfect foundation. I also love the fact this this is a foundation with a pump & this smells amazing (& I have never said/thought that about any other foundation before). This foundation is expensive, but worth every penny! I will definitely continue to buy this! As you can probably tell, Iam VERY pleased with my purchase. I highly recommend.

Concealers -NARS - Radiant Creamy Concealer

I don't usually use concealer, but I decided to try this one for whenever I need to cover up a blemish. This concealer is very smooth, creamy, & blends in pretty well. I got this in the color, "Custard." It suits me perfectly & doesn't look orange or chalky. On the directions, it tells you that you can use this over foundation, or under. I recommend using this before you apply your foundation because it can look kind of off if you use it on top. This isn't what I would consider a full coverage concealer, this is probably medium coverage. It is buildable though. This doesn't crease on me, either. It is pretty expensive; $26 to be exact. I love the packaging as well. Overall, this is a pretty good concealer; but Iam not sure if I would buy this one again. I feel like there are cheaper concealers you can buy that work just as well, if not better than this one. Basically, this is nothing to go crazy over.

I barely put that much of this stuff in my hair, & this made my hair so greasy. I've tried using this different ways, & still the same result. My hair rarely gets greasy, it takes a lot. I've used less & less of this product, & it still always leaves my hair greasy. Iam going to return this & get my $20 back. I really wanted to like this, but I just can't. This just doesn't work for me. I can't recommend for anyone to buy this.

Fragrances -Dolce & Gabbana - Desire The One

I love the original D&C perfume, "The One." (Which I also have). I recently bought Desire in the full size that came in a gift set. It smells way different than "The One." Desire is more fruity, caramel, & floral, whereas "The One" is more vanilla mixed with floral. Desire has great staying power, it can be very strong if you spray too much, but is overall a great perfume. This one is the most expensive out of the whole collection. My full size bottle was $112 for 2.5 oz. For the price, I believe this should come with more perfume. Overall, this is a great scent. Still not sure whether I like "The One" or "Desire" better, because they are so different. I will just alternate lol.

The only complaint I have about this perfume is that it doesn't last that long. Other than that, I absoloutley LOVE the way this perfume smells. Keep in mind, perfumes smell differently on each person. My body chemistry happens to go great with this scent. I get compliments all the time. This is fun, fresh, fruity mixed with floral, & sophisticated/mature all at the same time. I would definitely buy this again once I run out. Like I said before, the only con is that the scent doesn't last long. I hope Gucci fixes that soon because for the price & the name, this shouldn't be an issue customers are having. Other than that, great perfume. Since everyone has a different body chemistry, test it out first.

This mask works great & smells amazing! This mask is not as thick as most mud/clay masks. I love the smell of the orange, it is very relaxing. This did not irritate my eyes or skin, cleaned out my pores, reduces the size of blemishes, no redness, easy to use, gave me a brighter complexion, & shrinks pores. I wish the bottle was bigger. I will definitely buy this again.

I love this perfume. I received a sample of this perfume from Sephora. I loved it so much, that I went back & bought a bottle! The scent is not too sweet, & very warm. I can see why people may like this better as a winter scent. I can see myself using this all year round. Not every fragrance smells the same on everyone. This perfume just happens to work well with my body chemistry. It is a very strong scent, so 1-2 sprays is all you really need with this. I also love the name of this perfume, because I believe this is "the one" for me. I love the bottle....BUT this perfume is ridiculously expensive. For the full size, it's $103. I believe for how expensive this perfume is, it should come with more perfume. That is really the only true "con" I can think of. Other than that, I would recommend you try a sample of this out first before you buy it since IT IS so expensive.

Bronzers -NARS - Laguna

Wow. This is a product that Iam definitely not in the majority with (this & Orgasm). What I like about this bronzer is that it's brown, not orange & that it's not too glittery. That's where the good qualities stop. It didn't look natural on my skin, it actually made my face look dirty. This does streak easily, so you have to make sure you blend this very well. I like the packaging, & the fact that this comes with a lot of bronzer. This is expensive, I think it's around $36 or something like that. I ended up returning this & I would not buy this again. I think this is hyped up to be more than it really is. I will stick to my Bobbi Brown bronzer, which works much better.

This is hands down, one of the best moisturizers I've ever used. I have used many different high end to low end moisturizers, & this one is definitely in the top 3. This moisturizer does smell like baby powder, but you get used to it & the smell goes away right after it absorbs into your skin. This moisturizer gives me a healthy glow, clearer complexion, reduces redness, no irritation, no breakouts, safe around eyes, safe for sensitive skin, absorbs really fast without leaving any residue, stickyness, or oil behind, very moisturizing, good price, good quality, & good amount of product. I also love the cute jar this comes in. Definite re-purchase & I highly reccommend.

Self Tanners -St.Tropez - Self Tan Dark Bronzing Mousse

I have the original bronzing mousse, which I previously used. The original works well, but doesn't get my skin as dark, as fast as this version does. This version gets my skin the perfect amount of tan the first time around. With the original, I have to use it like 4 times until it starts to come close to the color the dark version gets me. I will continue to buy this one instead of the original. Also, you MUST use the mitt to get the best look & to not dirty your hands. The only complaint I have is that this version comes with less, but it costs the same price, or maybe even a little more (I can't remember). I guess since this one gives the desired look with less uses, it would last around the same amount of time...but still. I feel like Iam getting ripped off. This stuff is not cheap, at all. But, it is a healthy alternative to getting that nice tan without laying in the sun all day. The best part about this mousse is that it leaves my skin brown, NOT orange. It looks very real. People couldn't tell that it was a fake tan. This is by far, the best self tanner I've came across. I highly reccommend if you want a natural, realistic tan that is healthy. Make sure that you spend the extra $5 to buy the applicator mitt to apply this!! It will save you time & no hassle of having a mess!

This is the perfect neon blue color ever! It takes 2-3 coats to look opaque. Very shiny & glossy polish. I will definitely buy again! The only thing I don't like is the packaging. The bottle should be bigger & come with more product for the price ($9.50). The brush is kind of cheap & crappy. I would've expected a better, more precise brush for the quality & price of this nail polish. Other than the packaging, the color is BEAUTIFUL.

Polishes -OPI - Anti-Bleak

I usually do not buy OPI nail polishes because it chips really fast. This color is from the Mariah Carey Collection & when I saw this color, I just had to have it! This color goes on very smoothly & it only took 2 coats to get it perfect. It dried pretty fast too! I agree with the previous reviewer that this looks almost just like Casino Royale, except this color is a little lighter & has a little touch of a red undertone, whereas Casino Royale has more of a purple undertone. Great color & I've gotten so many compliments on this color. I will definitely buy this again if I could find it after this, (since it's part of the limited edition Mariah Carey Collection).
