When I first bought this mascara, I was very disappointed. The formula was too thin to do anything to my eyelashes & the wand was way too big. However, after a few weeks this suddenly became my HG mascara. The formula thickened slightly, & it made the biggest difference. The application was fast & easy, but it also made my eyelashes sky high. I absolutely love this mascara!
I am absolutely IN LOVE with this product. I had been using M.A.C foundations & concealers for the longest time, & all they really did in the end was break me out. My dermatologist tried to get me to stop using oil based products, but I just couldnt. I finally spent my money on another foundation, $54, but it ended up being to dark for my skin! So I past that on to my grandmother, who happened to be that particular shade, & she gave me a foundation that was too light for her. I put it on & was so surprised...I never knew that foundation could look so natural in my life! Best of all, I couldn't tell I had any on! It feels so light but it covers my huge zits & scars from bad acne I had received from previous years. I can't say anything bad about this foundation except that I wish there was a pump instead of just a screw on lid. Other than that, this is AMAZING! The price is just right too :)
I really like this for a few reasons: 1. It smells fantastic 2. it helps make my skin less red 3. it's very refreshing 4. it gets rid of the powdery/cakey look I sometimes get 5. it can be used for foiling 6. it sets not only your foundation but even your eyeshadow I'll admit that it is pretty expensive, but I do really like this product & ill be buying when I run out again :)
ardell lashes are my favoritttee. i bought a pair of mac eyelashes but didnt like that they looked fake, (synthetic) & the ardell ones don't look fake to me at all.
I like these because they never fail to last me a while. I rarely need to touch up because the color doesn't fade on me. I would def buy this again :)
Eyeliner -MAC - Fluidline Eye-Liner Gel in Blacktrack

I ended up buying this, just because I was curious about it, & I ended up hating it. First off, i'm allergic to it, & got really bad pink eye which resulted in a bad trip to the hospital, which was very traumatizing. Second, even if I wasn't allergic to it, it smudged just as bad as my other liners, except it was harder to get off because it was waterproof. So, despite all of the good reviews, I did not like this at all....
makes a mess, & you have to use so much it would be cheaper to buy mac in the long run.
Eye Shadow -E.L.F. - brightening eyeshadow quad - drama

The black & white shadow in this are far too chalky for the eye area, but the two silvers are quite lovely. however, they make a mess everywhere due to the fact that they arent pressed very well, so its VERY easy for it to go everywhere. plus the fact that they dont last very long I SWEAR mac would be cheaper in the long run.
I had a weird experience with these shadows.... I bought butter pecan & mocha swirl, & only mocha swirl managed to blend easily. butter pecan went on my skin in chunks & simply would NOT blend. it also creases (obviously since its a cream), but if you use a high quality base it should work fine (UDDP, shadow insurance, mac paints or paint pots, etc) I do love the look mocha swirl gave me, but it can easily crease without a good base. I'll give mocha swirl 4 lippies but butter pecan 1.
Foundations -E.L.F. - All Over Cover Stick in Fair

has a strong tint of orange. it DOES give me a lot of coverage, but its far too oily & I would think that its best for drier skin types rather than oily. it may also break you out, but I guess for a dollar it can be worth trying out. it also lasts a while if you use it as a concealer, & its great for traveling too. ill go ahead & give it 4 lippies consideirng one of its cons had to do with my skin type.
doesn't PLUMP, but gives the appearance of fuller lips. it doesn't last very long though, & it tastes strongly of mint. even for a dollar I still wouldn't get it.
I love this because i can carry around the eyeshadow im using for that day to carry around if I feel i need to do touch ups (which i hardly need too anyway). my friends at school like when I carry it around because I can do their makeup (they have trouble applying it correctly) it's great for traveling or even storing coordinating shadows in general.
Fragrances are fragrances, & this one just didn't appeal to me.
I personally love this liner. it covers up my falsies fabulously, it gives me the wide eyed cat look, makes my lashes look thicker, etc. it hasn't smudged on me but it doesn't SLIGHTLYYY fade when i get home from school 7 hours after I get home, which really isn't bad at all.... I have a billion different liquid liner brands in my bathroom but i use this because it has excellent staying power & is very 'pigmented' (not sheer). I recommend this product to anyone who doesn't want to spend a lot on eyeliner.
Eye Shadow -Unlisted Brand - Medusa's Makeup - Eye Dusts

SUPER pigmented, plus it's mineral so it's very lightweight & doesnt fell like im wearing anything. only problem is it spills everywhere...so you need to get sifters. All of my eye dusts have spilled at least once. I half a little pile of yellow eyeshadow sitting on my counter right now but it's so pretty I can't clean it up o.o oh well.
