I found the hairs on this brush way too soft and flimsy to work as a blush brush. I guess it would work for super dark and pigmented blushes. It's also too small to work well as a powder brush. The hairs feel cheap so I guess you get what you paid for.

I have almond shaped Asian eyes and this pinches my lids so I can't get close to the root of my lashes. The results are not too exciting and only slightly better than if I didn't curl my lashes at all. I also find I have to press pretty hard because of the spring.

Mascara -Maybelline - Volum' Express The Colossal

I love this mascara! Makes my lashes look long and curly without using a eye lash curler. The results are very similar to Lash Blast but LB gives my lashes a tiny bit more volume. I'm never going back to spending a ton of money on expensive mascaras again!

Great product! Helps me control the acne that I usually get around my jaw line. Too bad it isn't very good at taking off my makeup.

I LOVE this mascara! Makes my wimpy Asian lashes look like I have false lashes on. Tons of volume without any smudging. I still think Dior Show works a bit better and gives my lashes a bit more length but for the price, I cannot complain. I will buy this again and again.

Very pretty summer color! Goes on clear/pale pink with tons of sparkles. Lasts just as long as the mac glosses but doesn't dry my lips out like mac. It has a hint of vanila and lemon flavor that doesn't bother me at all.

I have thin asian lashes and this is the only mascara I've used where someone actually asked whether I was wearing fake lashes because they were a mile long!! I also experienced no smudging with this. Such a great product! I just wish it didn't cost an arm and a leg...

I don't understand why this revives hair on the days you don't wash but it really does! I spary some on in the morning at the roots and my oilies are decreased significantly. It gives me instant volume. I spary some on the rest of my hair and it prevents flayways and moisturizes without weighing it down. Nioxin is a brand that produces the best hair products!

This is a great product. My hair looks healthier and shinier after just 1 use. I have thin fine hair and this doesn't weigh my hair down at all - makes it more bouncy and full. The only down side of this product is the application. I don't like waiting 5 minutes for this to work!

Sunscreen -Neutrogena - Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 55

This is my holy grail facial sunblock. I on retin-a so I need to use a good daily sunblock and it's so hard finding something that's sun stable and doesn't grease up my oily combo skin. I find this exactly the same in texture as the other dry-touch formulas - quick absorbing and non-oily. I use a foundation brush to put on my foundation and haven't experienced any of the pilling others complain about. I will never try any other facial sunblock again - this is the product for me.

Foundations -Maybelline - Dream Matte Mousse

I only tried this because it was free after rebate at Walgreens. I'm Asian NC 25 and choose Nube Light 4- it's a pefect match for me! I apply this sparingly with the lancome foundation brush and found the results very close my lancome teint idole ultra! It gives off a matte powdery finish that lasts for hours and hours.

I was in Japan when my lips were so dried and cracked that it was actually bleeding. The lip balm I had with me just wasn't doing anything. I went to the supermarket and was very suprised to see these glosses at the lip care section. From the way MUA described this, I thought these were lip glosses and not lip care. They came out to be about $6 USD - super expensive for the tiny tiny amount of product in these tubes. I choose the peach color and once on, it looked very glossy and shimmery. It's very sticky and similar to MAC lipglass and lasted forever! Within 2 days my lips was back to normal and I did not have any driness problems for the rest of the trip. I bought 3 more of these on my trip to Shanghai but they were not as good. I wish these were more readily available in the US!

Decent product for the price. Did a good job lengthening my lashes but gave it no volume. I usually put on just 2 coats of mascara but with this one I had to do 3 coats. I have oily skin and this was very smudge-proof.

I'm reviewing the old product with 5 active ingredients. I searched high and low for this after reading that this is a very sheer and light photostable formula suitable for oily skin. It feels light and watery going on my skin - almost gel-like. But it stings my eyes really bad! My eyes felt irritated all night even after I washed it off.

I have oily skin and this turn so matte and powdery that it was perfect for me. Went on kind of creamy and absorbed on contact. Also did not sting or seep into my eyes. But - this product is not photostable and I do not feel like reapplying all day.
