Absolutely gorgeous milky pink that is perfect for spring / summer. Looks great on my NC20 skin and is perfectly opaque in 2 coats with no streaking issues so if you are looking for a sheer finish, this one is definitely not for you. I love this formula and the brush and would def repurchase.

Gorgeous color but VERY sheer. Even with 4 coats, not opaque. Not worth the effort.

Mascara -Essence - I Love Extreme - Volume Mascara

I have the one in the pink tube and bought this after hearing Emily from Beauty Broadcast rave about this on Youtube. I would only recommend you guys getting this if you want super thick, super long, separated, DRAMATIC lashes with no flaking, weird smell or hard to work with formula! I thought for about $5 bucks, what do I have to lose? I am so freaking wowed by this mascara!!! Seriously, I have been reaching for it everyday over my Cover Girl, L'Oreal and Maybelline ones because it quite frankly out performs them all, by a mile! Like I said, It separates, thickens, AND lenghthens! I am a die hard Voluminous user and have always gone back to it throughout the years, yes I've had flings with various so called miracle mascaras throughout the years (Lash Blast, Falsies, Clump Crusher, The Rocket) but none of them compare to this one and it's so inexpensive! The only way I could see anyone not liking this is if you like the low key, "natural" , not in your face lashes, otherwise please just go out and try this RIGHT NOW!

Makeup Brushes -Coastal Scents - 22 brush peice brush set

Edit 04/23/2013 - 2 of the handles of these brushes have started to "unglue" and are basically coming apart. This after using the set 3-4 times tops. I contacted CS and explained the situation and they basically said that due to the length of time from me purchasing (Oct 2012), there's nothing they can do. I understand their policy but after all the products I've purchased (which they can see through my order history), I was expecting a slightly better response. Would definitely NOT repurchase this set or anything else from them. You get what you pay for and for the price of this set, I would much rather buy Real Techniques or Ecotools or even 1 quality MAC brush. Overall not very impressed with these brushes. I was hoping to use this set exclusively for when I travel and was a bit disappointed when I started using these after reading all the rave reviews. The eye brushes are my main complaint as they are very flimsy, shed and are not "complete". Instead of having 3 angled liner/ brow brushes, they should have included more actual shadow brushes. Also, the round powder rush is too small and flimsy and doesn't pick up product. The larger "powder brush" was ok when I used it a few times to buff in my foundation but is now very lose and is basically coming apart. I guess you get what you pay for. Not happy with these and would not recommend other than to beginners or teenagers.

Mascara -Maybelline - The Rocket Volume Express

Mascara is so tough to review as whether or not we like a particular one is so individual. This one performed well and I liked the brush and formula and it did thicken and lengthen but IT WOULD NOT COME OFF! I usually run warm water over my fingertips and work my lashes between them to loosen and remove most of my mascara and then follow up with coconut oil or a makeup remover but seriously guys, this mascara took FOREVER to come off! I would not repurchase this as ease of removal is important to me, I don't want to have to work that hard and risk losing lashes for any mascara when there are so many of them.

Eye Shadow -Rimmel - Scandal Eyes- Bulletproof Beige

I have been using this over my UDPP every morning since buying it 2 weeks ago and I absolutely love what it does for my eyeshadows! I use this as a base for my eyeshadows as it's neutral and works well with all finishes and shades. First off, I actually like the fact that it applies rather sheer, that way you can apply a very thin layer of the product rather than have eyelids that scream shimmer. I put this right over my UDPP, first smudging it onto my ring finger and then gently blending all over my eyelid and it provides a wash of color, nothing crazy. What I have found is that it adds that extra brightness, vividness and dimension to my eyeshadows. It really helps my coastal scents shadows to stick and make them last until I remove my makeup at night. Would for sure repurchase and will be trying some of the other colors.

The rave reviews on this product truly, truly live up to their claims! I am NC 20 with very oily skin but my skin does get dryer in certain areas in the winter. I've been testing out this foundation for the past week or so and I can see how people with normal or dry skin could find this foundation too drying and patchy. However, for women like myself who have extremely oily skin, this foundation is truly fantastic! It does take a bit more work to blend this in and it does dry quickly, I've been using my mini EcoTools kabuki and it works very well at buffing it in. It leaves a matte, powdery consistency and I cannot wait to see how it holds up in the hot humid months of summer when my face gets especially oily. Love love love this!

I've had this on for 4 days and there is not a chip in sight which is unusual form no matter what base I use. It is an absolutely beautiful black with very fine blue and green shimmer and I can honestly say that I don't have any other in my collection similar to this. Yes it is sheer and did require 3 coats and was not easy to work with but if you can get it on right, it is gorgeous!

Love at first swipe! What I can say about this that hasn't already been said: I was on the fence with it for a long time. I thought it may be too cool for my fair, warm skin tone but gladly I was wrong! This leans towards a taupey plummy shade on me which I absolutely love. WnW Nutty is definitely NOT a dupe for me! Nutty is much cooler for me. Mine was very smooth and pigmented and it's a great lid or crease shade. I'm so happy I caved and bought this as it's quickly becoming a favorite!

After reading about this product and all the great reviews, I'm actually surprised that I'm not all that struck on it. I would rather a twist off cap rather than the current packaging for starters. The product itself smells really good, however the texture is very thin and greasy. It seems like I apply this and because its so thin, it fades away very quickly and doesn't really moisturize or protect. I love my Burts Bees much better.

I purchased this several years ago and remember not being all that thrilled with it. I thought maybe it was because it was summertime and the shade is more fall and wintery. I put it on again last night to give it another chance and it may just be that it doesn't agree with my skintone but it looks "off". The formula is smooth and opaque in 2 coats, I just do not like the shade and will be giving this one to my stepdaughter who is more cool toned.

I am a highlighter addict, I seriously have a problem with acquiring every highlighter anyone recommends. I must have a gazillion liquid, cream, powder highlighters. I do think they add a lot to any look and this one is no exception. I picked this one up because I tried out TheBalm's NudeTude palette and adore it and am a sucker for cute packaging. This highlighter really does live up to what everyone says - the shade is universal, the formula is smooth and very blendable and the product itself is highly pigmented so a little goes a long way. Trust me, I will never use this up! I usually press this onto the top of my cheekbones and move up to the side of my face to make the letter "C" and then blend it out. The compact itself is very cute with a big round mirror I love. All in all I'm very very impressed with TheBalm -can't wait to pick up more items from them!

I recently purchased this palette and must say I do prefer it over both my Naked palettes. It has a wonderful range of shades including several mattes. The pigmentation is fantastic, they blend like a dream and last all day. I love the packaging as it is sleek and very portable and the design is very cute. The only con is the strange yellow shade in the palette, I have no idea why they would include this one with so many other shades to chose from. All in all I love it, I paid $36 for it and it was worth every penny. Will be checking out more products from this company.

Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Blast Clump Crusher mascara

With the constant flow of new mascaras coming out, I rarely review them as I seldom feel they're anything special. This one is the exception, it seperates , volumises and lengthens and is very build able. The "very black" is just that and the curl keeps very well as the formula when dry is semi stiff but never flaky. I have no problem removing this at night which is very important to me. I would repurchase for sure.
