I was really excited when i found that foundation on sale since i had heard some great reviews about it. When i tried it .... I felt really disappointed ... The packaging is very nice especially for a drugstore product, comes in a glass bottle with a pump and with a black lid on top feels very classy and substantial . Unfortunately i dont have any more possitive things to say about that foundation... Has a nice slippery creamy texture, glides on the skin effortless and blends very easily . The coverage is good, fot sure is not a full coverage foundation, but you can easily build it to a light-medium coverage . My main problem is that the consistency of this foundation is very oily. It doesnt feel particularly rich or greasy but it never dries or sets on the skin feels very unstable on the skin and highlights my pores and fine lines and keep in mind that my skin is more on the dry side . When i try to set it with powder the brush gets wet from the foundation and locks the surface of the powder .... Am i going to repurchase?? No ! For sure no ! I ll try to use it again during the winter months when my skin is even drier .

i had very bad luck with all the bioderma products . i bought this moisturizer believing that it would be a very rich,creamy moisturizing product and i was totally wrong this is a super lightweight lotion its not even a cream :( i have dry skin and as all the bioderma products i have tried this one as well is not moisturizing enough for my skin. Yes its very gentle, i think it calms my skin a little bit but I simply cant rely on this product to moisturize my skin every time i use it i feel my skin dry and tight its simply not enough i can only use it if i mix it in with a few drops of olive oil. Comes in a tube and you squeeze the product out. Its a quite watery odorless type of lotion . i would only recommend it to someone with quite oily skin

I have the mango and coconut version and smells wonderfully. I bought the biggest size its a huge bottle (31 fl) and comes with a pump witch i think its very practical and handy. The price is also very reasonable i think i paid $20 something for the huge bottle. The scent as i said is simply divine very fresh and quite strong but doesn't last more than a couple of hours. This lotion has a quite creamy texture but feels very light on the skin and leaves a powdery finish on the skin when its completely sinked in. it gets completely absorbed by the skin almost immediately and spreads on the skin effortless. The problem i had with this product is that its not moisturizing at all. My skin is dry and this lotion its too lightweight for me every time i use it i feel my skin so dry and tight. If you dont have dry skin then i highly recommend this lotion

nice eye shadow. has very nice, rich, buttery texture but goes on slightly powdery and dusty but just a little bit. The color is very rich and intense but somehow manages to look very classy and chic. Its a quite dark green color but for my nc 30 skin its not dark enough i stil have to use a little bit of black to darken it up for a dramatic smokey eye make up . Green its for sure NOT my color i prefer dark blues so i dont think i ll buy it again .

Cleansers -Bioderma - Sensibio DS Foaming Gel

this is a quite strong cleanser , every time i use it i feel my skin very tight and dry. Also i noticed that after i use it i can clearly see some minor irritation especially on my dry patches .Its an odorless and colorless gel type of cleanser, foams up nicely but the foam is thin and not as rich and creamy as i would like it to be. comes in a tube, the tube is nothing special and in my opinion looks a bit cheap and very plasticy

When I first saw this product i thought that it would be a life savior for me, how wrong was I . First of all this is not rich,as the name claims,at all. I have reasonably dry skin and i cant use this product its like nothing its very lightweight and its not not hydrating at all.As for the soothing and calming properties that this product promises that has again... NOTHING . I have nothing to say about this product it does nothing . no spf, no antioxidants,no calming or soothing properties its not hydrating at all .... I dont use it anymore on my face i just use it as a hand cream

Cleansers -Bioderma - Sensibio H2O (aka Crealine H20 Solution micellaire)

After all the hype around this product i decided to give it a try. I dont usually use cleansers like this i prefer oil or creamy cleansers but i thought to give it a try anyway. its indeed very gentle and non irritating. It looks like pure water has no smell or color. I dont find it to be strong enough to remove my heavy eye make up tends to smear it than removing it. Removes relatively well regular products but i find it quite hard to remove waterproof products like liner or mascara. Comes in a huge bottle but you really need to use a lot of product in order to remove your make up completely. Leaves your skin very fresh and soft doesn't leave any kind of residue behind feels like a toner really . Personally i wouldn't rely just on this to deep clean my face because simply it cant do that. I use it just to take the bulk of make up off and then i use my regular cleanser. If you are someone who doesn't wear tons of make up then this is for sure a very good option since its very gentle. personally i dont think i ll buy it again since i still have to use another cleanser this product seems to me like an extra step that i dont really need to take i just use a creamy cleanser twice and i m good to go.

Primer/ Corrector -Make Up For Ever - HD Microperfecting Primer in 0 Neutral

This doesn't have the traditional siliconey powdery finish that most primers have. This feels more like a lightweight lotion. Also i find it to be more hydrating than oil absorbing. I dont think it does much for my foundation application and wearability of it and i dont notice any dramatic difference on my face, my face make up looks pretty much the same with or without this primer . Feels hydrating and nourishing on the skin but thats pretty all it does, I m gonna continue using it because as I said feels nice on the skin but im not gonna repurchase i dont think its performance justifies its price

Cleansers -Caudalie - Gentle Cleanser

I ve read some pretty weird reviews here on this product and im surprised... even my dog can tell the difference between a foaming cleanser and a milk cleanser.... anyway ... This is a milk cleanser meaning you use it on dry skin you massage it on your skin and then you rinse it off. This doesn't have any cleansing agents in it the way it works is because it has an emollient consistency it melts the dirt or make up away from your face. These kind of cleansers are good for dry skins because they dont really "wash" the skin they just emulsify the dirt and make up on the skin and then when you rinse them off the dirt goes away.I prefer using milk cleansers i find them to be more gentle they dont stimulate the skin a lot and plus they remove make up so much better from a foaming cleanser. On the actual product now. I dont really like it for 2 reasons. first of all i dont mind when products have a scent but i really cant tolerate skin care products that smell like perfumes and this one smells almost exactly like calvin klains CK1 perfume..... i haven't noticed any kind of damage on my skin by the perfume but i really feel very uncomfortable massaging something on my face with such a strong scent in it. The second thing that i dont like about this product is the fact that is not rich enough. Its has a thin milky texture not a rich and creamy one, as a result of that, after a few seconds disappears from your skin and theres nothing left on your skin to massage it with, so you end up adding and adding more and more product . Its cleansing power is just ok I guess I would never use it on a full make up face i would probably need half a bottle of this to deep clean my face. I use it as my morning cleanser and i must say that leaves my skin very soft and not irritated or red at all. I always use a cloth for complete removal otherwise it leaves a film on my skin

I love the color but i really dislike the consistency of those lipsticks. The color is a quite standard beige nude shade that pretty much many other brands are making. Its not a really light type of nude its a nice natural beige color. Its nicely balanced has the right amount of brown and the right amount of pink in it I hate it when beige lipsticks have yellow undertones. Despite I like it as a shade I just dont wear it. this lipstick feels so thin on my lips and so unstable and goes on quite sheer that for me is a deal breaker I like my lipsticks to give me full opaque solid color I hate thin textures they do nothing for my lips and they dont last.

Liquid -Estee Lauder - Double Wear (old formula)

i ve been using this foundation since 2006!! one of the best foundations out there. has medium to full coverage and natural matte finish but more on the matte side. Has a liquidy but creamy texture that spreads almost easily on the skin.Its lasting power is phenomenal it wont come off unless you want it to. Not only stays on the skin for a long period of time but stays on literally looking perfect and just like you have just applied it. no creases no oils coming through no setting on fine lines no nothing this foundation will stay on your face looking perfect all day long . Has really high coverage for a liquid foundation and when i say high believe me its high you can easily achieve full opaque solid coverage with this..i wouldn't recommend it to someone with dry skin or to someone who wants light natural coverage. This foundation performs its best on oily skins. If you like that porcelain doll look then this is the foundation for you. Personally i dont use it any more by its self cuz its a bit drying for my skin what i like to do is to mix it with another foundation usually with something like chanel pro or vita lumiere Applying this foundation can be tricky for sure its not something that you can use when you are in a hurry cuz it can easily look very caky. The way i use it is i apply it first with a typical foundation brush and then i go over it with a wet sponge and with light tapping motions i set it into place. The shades run a bit darker so try a lighter shade before you buy it.If you like high solid coverage, you dont care if your foundation looks visible and you want extra lasting power then this is something you should definitely check out. If you have dry skin,wrinkles if u want light natural coverage,if you want satiny finish and a foundation with moisturizing properties then stay away from it Although its a bit drying on my skin i cant imagine not having it in my kit its the only foundation i have ever found that gives such a perfect finish and has such a great staying power. Also my skin being so sensitive i ve never had any kind of problems with it .

Eye Shadow -Chanel - IRREELLE DUO 80 sunset gold

this is a duo eye shadow compact, has one gold shade in it and one black. The gold shade is a pure light yellow golden color very shimmery and quite chunky as well. Pigmentation wise for a light shade has very good pigmentation looks yellow on the skin and not just an off white . The black shade is a matte black color at least appears to be black in the packaging, on my lids looks like a very washed out dark grey color blends quite difficult and if i try to blend it a little bit more it almost disappears from my lids. In general this is a very mediocre product quality wise and pigmentation wise. I understand that chanel targets to a certain group of women who like more natural and more sophisticated kind of make up i guess, but in my opinion when someone buys a black shadow i dont think they go for a natural look . The way i see it When you have the nerve to charge that mach for an eye shadow at least make a superior one !

Looks quite orangey and bronzy in the packaging but when i apply it on my lids looks just like a regular warm brown color which for me is a good thing because i dont like orangey colors but if you are someone that wants that strong orangey bronzy color then for sure this eye shadows is not for you. On my lids at least this color appears to be a medium warm brown color with satin/shimmery finish. Quality wise this shadow applies very smoothly has good pigmentation and good staying power. The texture is very soft and buttery and quite thick u get full coverage from this. Im not gonna buy it again just because i dont feel that i have to spend that much to find a good eye shadow .

Nice color taupe/brown/grey with satin finish more on the neutral cool side. Nice texture very soft and buttery applies on the lids very smoothly and effortless and blends easily. The pigmentation is very good and the staying power very good as well. Works best if used alone as an one eye shadow look because its not too light so gives some dimension. Very good eye shadow but im not willing to pay $28-30 again many companies nowadays like inglot,mac,urban decay etc make very good quality eye shadows for half the price

I went on line to order my beloved oilatum natural repair face cream and they were out of stock so instead i ordered this one to give it a try. its a very simple basic cream contains just vaseline,mineral oil and glycerin exactly what i wanted ! if you are afraid of petrolatum and mineral oil you really need to stop reading vogue for your skin care and read this : "Topical application of petrolatum and mineral oil can help the skin’s outer layer recover from damage, reduce inflammation, and generally heal the skin (Source: Acta Dermato-Venereologica, November–December 2000, pages 412–415).Also "Cosmetics-grade mineral oil and petrolatum are considered the safest, most nonirritating moisturizing ingredients ever found (Sources: Cosmetics & Toiletries, January 2001, page 79; and Cosmetic Dermatology, September 2000, pages 44–46". its a very thick cream but feels very creamy and surpassingly enough almost refreshing on the skin. I use it every morning before i apply my make up and works very good its very moisturizing and helps my poor dehydrated skin to look fresher and calmer. Of course its a super heavy cream if you have oily skin stay away from it. Comes in a large tube and just costs a few $$ its fragrance free and i believe also paraben free which i like a lot. I also use it as a hand cream and also works very good. Absorbs reasonably fast and doesnt feel heavy on the skin.
