lovee itt! sad that we dont have VS in UK but i went to New York last week and there was a whole shelf of this scent plus the lotions so i dunno how its discontinued
Barry M is such a cult barand. its been around for AGES but only in the past couple years people have started to take notice. To be honest the only products of amazing quality is the dazzle dusts, lip paints and nail polish. I practically own every polish colour released (i check weekly at superdrug :D) and have collected quite a few DD. The nail paints are the hidden gems though. The colours they have cannot be found in any other brand and for the price, the quality is really good: non streaky, opaque finish and doesnt chip for at least 5-6 days. my fave shades are cobalt, racing green and shocking pink
Previously i had only owned TF lip injection and that sh** burned like hell and left my lips really sticky so i looked for an alternative. LF XL seemed to be one of those products that forums were raving about but they didnt seem to sell it in UK and damn, the price put me off! Recently i went to a sephora in Paris and picked one up (50euros!). I use it as a nightime and morning lip treatment and although i already have big full lips, i noticed how smooth my lips looked and more rounded the edges of my lips were. They do look a little plumper or maybe its the trick of my mind. It doesnt sting and doesnt turn your mouth bright red. one good thing about this is that i havnt used a lipbalm in 2 weeks! It moisturises like crazy :D i'm now ready to try the coloured versions!
I bought this bronzer about 5 years ago so ive had it for quite some time. In the first couple months, it would give me a pretty natural looking glow but now it seems to have developed a 'hard skin' on the surface which means hardly any colour comes off onto the brush. Ive tried sratching the surface but nothing. maybe cuz its old but i havnt even hit pan on it. you would need to swirl the brush hard to get a hint of colour. Im already looking for a repacement. FYI im NC30.
I have always wanted to try this mascara but the price kinda put me off. So I was glad I received this as a sample. The brush is ma-hoosive! As my lashes are kinda short, the brush just ends up colouring my eyelid in black mascara and barely applies the product to my actual lashes! The big brush also means its so hard to actually wiggle the mascara through. Think they should rethink the brush design. I dont know if it was because it's a sample that its probably not as good as the full size, but it did absolutely NOTHING for me. I think I may be the minority here but Benefit products in general never work and I have quite a few. The prices are sky-high and its just the pretty packaging that sucks us in. Its all a marketing con :(
ugh this is amazing! light to medium buildable coverage and shade 6 is an exact match so it looks natural on me. Worn with a primer underneath my skin looks so glowy and warm. I love how it doesn't look cakey and feels like you're not wearing anything at all...really light. i think i found my HG foundation!

hmmm ive had this for a while and hoped it would be so much better than UDPP coz that dried out like hell! but i found the consistency of this to be quite 'wet' and runny, the UDPP was a bit thicker and drier which I liked. I don't have oily lids but after a days wear, my e/s disappeared and my lids were oily-feeling. I dont know if it's just my tube but I'm going back to UDPP
This mascara is amazing! It really does give you a fluttery false lash effect. I heard it is similar to Cover Girl Lash Blast but we don't have CG here in the UK so I guess this is the next best thing. It makes my lashes SO looonggg and holds a curl oh-so well, plus it comes off very easily w/ makeup remover. I love the big tube and even more so the fat brush as I can see my lashes stretch as I apply it. I have finally found my HG mascara brand, Max Factor. I also tried Masterpiece and 2000 calorie and both gave amazing results. I use 2000 calorie then false lash at the tips (and vice versa) and my lashes look so sexy. I love it!!!
First let me tell you that I have straight medium length lashes and for years i have been looking for that perfect mascara as all the ones I've tried (and I've tried ALOT!) never seem to give me good length and keep the curl. Well, this one does! It makes my lashes look super long, thickens it and holds a curl all day. I'm very impressed. There's no need to be buying high-end mascaras as I think overall Max Factor is is the number 1 is drugstore mascaras. I normally use this first and when it's dry, apply Max Factor False Lash at the tips only and wow my lashes look so looonngggg!
I originally bought this as a contouring colour but now I use it as a blush also (duh!). It's so gorgeous when you're going for that pretty, natural glowy look as it looks like a bronzer on me (NC30) and my face looks like I had been tanning in the sun. It may not look appealing in the pot but damn, this is some underrated blush! Its amazing!
Scrubs -Origins - Never A Dull Moment Skin Brightening Facial Polisher

This stuff is A-MA-ZING!!! let me tell you guys, if you were to see my skin now, you'd have never guessed i suffer from mild eczema and sometimes chronic dry red patch around my mouth area. This scrub has made it completely disappear. The first time i tried this, i paired it with origins Checks and Balances cleanser (see review) as a trial test. In the mornings I would only splash my face with water and massage NADM working it into the dryer areas then rinse off with water again. At night I would only use Checks & Balances. After a few days I noticed my skin was way brighter, and I had such an even skintone it looked like I was wearing foundation. Then for some reason I stopped this routine for a year cuz I ran out of C&B. During this time my skin went back to dullness and the red mouth patch reappeared. The other day I started the routine again and...what do you know? my skin cleared up and looks so flawless I can just literally wear eyeliner and my face looks made up. oh, did I mention it makes your skin SO soft! Not many products work for my dry/sensitive/eczema skin which is why I cant reccomend this enough! BTW there is a TON of product in a jar so it will last you a very long time.
I'm not very good at describing ingredients or what notes are in perfumes, but i do know that this is such a sexy girly smell. Sweet dn sugary. I was given a bunch of samples of this when I visited a counter and only ever tested it on my wrist then one day at a bustop I smelled the girl next to me wearing this and realise how much it smelt nice. When I wore this to work yesterday my friend said 'you're wearing miss dior cherie!' and said she can smell me from afar. Definately go get this if you want to feel sexy and it lasts long. There's still a strong scent on my shirt.
When I saw this colour in a swatch, it didnt look too appealing, but decided to get it anyway because I dont have a colour like it in my collection. In the bottle it looks gorgeous but on the nail it looks even more gorgeous. I dont think Ive seen a brand do this colour yet. In normal light, it looks almost a black with olive-green shimmer and in sunlight you can really see the green-ness. Its also really shiny w/out using a topcoat. A must for everyones collection and very classy.
This lipstick is gorgeousss! It's a peachy-pink which is beautiful with a smokey eye. The actual lipstick is so pretty and shimmery but not disgustingly glittery on the lips, although its expensive in England £17.50,,i would soo buy it again <3
Palettes -BeneFit Cosmetics - The Realness of Concealness Fake It Palette

I was actually excited when I bought this product because the packaging was so cute. But i guess thats the only good thing about this. I've always wanted to try all 5 products and just as well I bought this cuz apart from the high beam and concealor, the rest is just kinda useless. The lip plump just turns your lips a nude colour and doesnt plump it, the ooh la lift does nothing and the lemonaid and boing dry out really quickly so you need to rub hard to get some product on your fingers. Plus the vials are SO TINY for ALOT of money!
