Liquid -Becca - Luminous Skin Color sheer foundation
PinkBliss 9/10/2007 12:48:00 PM
Becca LSC is my HG tinted moisturizer, I absolutely adore it. I've used Stila before, and am using LM Oil-free at the moment (sephora had been sold out of my color when i ran out, and I hadn't known that it was pulling out of stores, so i was waiting for them to re-stock). The LM is alright, but I was really excited when I found out that Sephora had put Becca on 75% sale. I ordered 2 bottles of Toast, which should last me a long time. I'm glad I found out about the sale thanks to MUA, because I was just about to pull the trigger and just order it from NM.com, full price ($40). This TM just looks incredibly natural on me, especially when used with their powder (loose or pressed both work well on me). I have combination skin, and I try to blot my face during the day so it isn't so shiny. Becca keeps my skin look like its glowing, even when i'm sweating. Such a natural finish, and the color is perfect on me year round, whether I'm tanner or paler, because it is so sheer, but still evens out my skin tone. I can use the LSC on its own whenever i have good skin days.

Eyeliner -MAC - Buried Treasure Powerpoint
PinkBliss 6/27/2006 3:04:00 PM
this is my HG eyeliner pencil. pretty much the only eyeliner i used for almost a year. now i've started branching out more, but i know Buried Treasure is one i can always depend on. i'm on my third pencil right now. that almost never happens with me and makeup. adds great definition around my eyes. i think its a simple but unique color, a deep shimmery brown-black. goes with everything. my favorite pairing is with Stila Kitten.

Eyeliner -MAC - Fluidline - Nightfish from Lure Collection
PinkBliss 6/27/2006 2:59:00 PM
i really love this fluidline. i purchased this without too many expectations. i just knew i needed a nice basic eyeliner. i usually use pencil eyeliner (MAC powerpoint in Buried Treasure is my HG e/l) but i wanted to branch out. i dont really like applying e/l with a brush, b/c i'm not very good at it. but once i got used to it, i LOVE the look of nightfish around my very dark brown eyes. it also looks great with almost every shade of eyeshadow. even though i still love Buried Treasure (which i've bought and used up around 3 of), i've been reachign for Nightfish whenever i'm not in a hurry to get ready in the morning. really defines my eyes and looks great. i think i may want to go get a backup, at the rate taht i'm using it

PinkBliss 12/21/2004 11:40:00 AM
i thought i'd found my holy grail bronzer in MAC refined golden, but i wanted a non-shimmery bronzer. love love love LOVE hoola! i've been using it nonstop since i bought it. havnt even touched my MAC lately. i wore it one day and my friend told me i looked tan. =) i'm a Stila 40 watts, MAC C3, this looks perfect on me as long as you blend really well.

Eye Shadow -Stila - Kitten
PinkBliss 12/21/2004 11:38:00 AM
i had kitten forever in my Stila 8-pan but never really used it. then i got it in the holiday e/s palette and i use it EVERYDAY. no kidding. its the one shadow in the palette that i've used constantly. i've used it everyday for a while and theres still a ton left. and this is the tiny palette sized one too. when i run out i'll definately run out and by another kitten e/s because the one i did have shattered when i dropped my 8-pan. =T it gives me a pretty shimmery wash of color. i use it when i just want to brighten up my eyes and dont know what other color to put on.

Eye Shadow -Revlon - Eye Glide - Jade
PinkBliss 8/13/2003 2:39:00 PM
i LOVE this eyeshadow. i'm usually a powder e/s type of girl, but this eyeglide matched the color of my prom dress exactly, so i wanted it! it gives my eyes a really nice glimmer, and its easy to apply. i usualy apply a bit on my eyelid with the applicator, then smudge it with my finger. really glowy and shimmery and looks GORGEOUS at night or under low lights. sheer but u can still see the greenish gold color. usually use with BB Sepia e/l or MAC Green pigment used wet to line.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Pigment in Melon
PinkBliss 6/30/2003 1:15:00 PM
i am in love with this pigment. such a lovely color, a peachy goldish color on me. i've been wearing it everyday over Bare Canvas paint and Cocoa Beach pigment used wet as a liner. i recently got portraiture paint, and it looks good over that as well. i've also used it with Maroon pigment wet to line, and it looked good as well. i dont think i'll ever use up the whole container, its HUGE. when i use this product, i open up the container, lift the plastic covering lid or whatnot, and dab my brush on the plastic. i've found this to be the most efficient way of using the pigments (not that i need to be frugal, but i dont like the way the pigment flies around if i dip my brush in directly)

Eye Shadow -MAC - Tan Ray Paint
PinkBliss 6/30/2003 1:12:00 PM
not my favorite of the MAC paints. its a very plain light brown on me. i tried wearing it all over my lid and it made me look dirty. it looked "okay" smudged along my lashline, but not a standout paint at all.

Bronzers -MAC - Refined Golden
PinkBliss 6/30/2003 1:10:00 PM
i was never a big fan of bronzers before (never felt like i needed it), but i once picked up maybelline's bronzer and then got hooked. i knew i had to try this one when it came out with Tan Ray. i wasnt sure which one to get, (refined golden or refined beyond bronze), but the SA recommended this one for me. i LOVE IT! it gives me a great healthy glow. i wore it to a graduation party in daylight and my boyfriend said i looked "radiant". anything that made him say that gets 5 lipsticks from me =) the texture is divine and it blends really well. not too obvious glitter either, very subtle glow. UPDATE: i CANNOT live without this bronzer. i absolutely love it. i can go out wearing just this and it just makes me look FABULOUS.

Palettes -Stila - Legally Blonde Elle Woods Look #1 (Warm)
PinkBliss 6/30/2003 1:08:00 PM
i'm a major fan of Legally Blonde, so i KNEW i had to get this set when it came out. i waited to see the colors in person before i bought them, b/c i wasnt sure, but once i saw them, i definately was sure i wanted both! i actually bought the cool set first, but the warm set haunted me in my dreams (j/k) so i knew i had to order it from sephora.com. i dont usually wear pinky e/s, but these e/s are quite natural looking and pretty. when i wear all the shades with the liner, it kind of reminds me of neopolitan ice cream (with the vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate). soft pretty look. lipglaze is pretty as well, and it does show up on me

Eyeliner -MAC - Sunbrown Glitter Eyeliner (TanRay)
PinkBliss 6/17/2003 10:39:00 PM
love this! first thing that i purchased from MAC Tan Ray (went back for more later). my boyfriend was like... "its so... sparkley". i'm like "duh? ;D" very sparkley but not in some crazy color. will go with a lot of my bronzy looks. stays on forever and doesnt get everywhere. wish MAC had more colors, b/c i missed them when the previous ones came out.

Cleansers -MAC - Makeup Remover Wipes
PinkBliss 6/17/2003 10:35:00 PM
the best thing i've found to remove my waterproof mascara, mac powerpoint pencils, and other things that i usually struggle with. a bit expensive, but they really work! dont mind spending money for quality and ease of makeup removal.
