I really am impressed by this gloss, and I usually wear Nars Turkish delight. It is true that there seem to be a variance because when I went to select a tube there was one that was more pinkish and one more light nude color. I chose the pinkish. It had more "milkiness" than I expected which I like to tone down my red lips, feels moisturizing and non sticky and tastes/smells like caramel. I definitely will be using this for everyday and to top other lipsticks with if I need to tone down the color. For $6 at Target you can't beat that. I am really picky when it comes to lipsticks/gloss and I like this. You do need to exfoliate your lips though! Can accentuate dryness

Lips -Revlon - Colorburst Lip Butter in Sugar Frosting

I love this. I find myself reaching for my sugar frosting lip butter over my Nars lipstick because it feels so moisturizing and soothing on the lips. It is a light sheer pale pink that is great to just tone done my naturally red lips, and add some shine. It isnt clear, but its not pigmented milky pink either. I would say Its a good color for everyday wear to the office, or running around town. I probably wouldnt wear it out, as I like more pigment for going out - but I am loving it for casual everyday. I will repurchase again.

I received a sample of this scent, and found mysefl smelling my arm all day like a goof. I saw the price and thought "Um no" then a few months later tried it on again at Sephora, and once again was smelling my arm all day- so I am finally getting the 1.0 oz for Mother's Day. Super expensive, but smells so good. Vanilla, florals and just a sexy and addicting smell. I will probably only wear it out on date nights, or Ladies nights though bc of the price. Definitely a beautiful scent.

This is my HG perfume, and I am pretty picky when it comes to scents! I have worn it now for almost 10 years, and I have never grown tired of it. I wear it year around, to work, when I go out.. everywhere. Its light for spring and summer, but can still go into fall and cooler months. I get compliments, and even my husband loves it (and he doesnt like all scents). It is a light, sparkling scent, soft and fresh, slightly sweet. It is the perfect mix between light and romantic but not too florally or cloying. Just a beautiful scent!! I will buy this scent until I no longer can. A little pricey, but worth every penny. The first time I heard of it, a girl walked by and I had to stop her and ask what she was wearing.. I am glad I asked :)

Cleansers -Trader Joe's - Nourish All in One Facial Cleanser

Loving this face wash! I have been pleasantly suprised by this product. I have used more expensive face washes from Dermalogica, Epicuren, Lucrece, Philosophy etc and was getting tired of spending that money. I saw somewhere online that a dermatologist had formulated this cleanser and sold the same formula in his office for much more.. So I figured I would try it since it was so cheap! So far it has been great for my combination skin! It takes off my makeup and leaves my skin feeling clean without drying it out. It also hasn't broken me out (and I broke out from many other cleansers) I would highly recommend!! Try it !

Polishes -Essie - Adore-A-Ball

This is my HG nail polish for hands. It is the perfect clean and bright milky nude/pink color . If you want a natural but still pretty color, this is it. its not too sheer either. I have medium tan skin and this color just makes my nails look healthy, clean and its perfect. I have been repurchasing for a few years and will keep buying as long as they sell it! Essie polishes also last a good 5-6 days on my hands as well. Great polishes.

Eye Shadow -MAC - Cork

I love this color for everyday wear to work, and for weekends. It is a perfect light-medium natural looking matte brown. I have medium tan olive skin, so sometimes I add a little more dark brown in the crease if I feel like I need more definition. Perfect for blending with other colors as well. Would definitely repurchase.

Eyeliner -Revlon - ColorStay Liquid Liner

I am mixed on this eyeliner. I use the dark brown and the color is perfect and application is easy, however I use it to line my upper lid but not for my water line, as it smudges/runs not long after applying it and I have to keep cleaning the dark from under my eyes. So good for upper eyeliner but not lower in my opinion. The best eyeliner for not smudging that I have found is urban decays 24/7 pencil but its pricey.

Love this blush! As others have said, this is a bright and vibrant reddish pink color.. You have to use a delicate hand and sometimes I have to take a little off or blend it more to get it to blend and look more natural with my tan olive skin. However, the color is such a beautiful and fresh color I just love it. Looks great in photos as well with some light pink gloss. I love tarte Amazonian Clay colors! I have this and blissful and I still would love more!

Bronzers -Milani - Baked Bronzer in Soleil

I was really disappointed in this product, it was way too orange-ey for me. I have used Nars Laguna bronzer for years, and after reading all the great reviews about this bronzer was hoping I could use a less expensive product. I will say that the bronzer is very pigmented, which was good. Its just that the color did not look right, it wasnt a natural bronze/tan look at all, it had a fake orange color on my olive skin. Back to Nars I go.

Primer/ Corrector -Bare Escentuals - Prime Time

I received a sample size of the bare essentials prime time primer in a starter kit and wanted to love it, but it broke me out. I had cystic type acne when I have never had that before! I finally figured out after a few times of stopping use of this product that it was both the bare essentials foundation and also this primer that was breaking me out so badly. It also didn't make my makeup stay any longer than normal.. So if you already use a moisturizer under your application of bare essentials powder foundation .. I don't see the benefit of using this at all.

Lip Gloss -Chanel - Mica

I am really loving this chanel gloss in the Mica color. For me, it is not too pigmented but it still lightens my darker red lips and adds the prettiest shimmer. Even my husband commented that I looked pretty and he normally does not like any lip gloss because of the non kissing factor! Paired with soft pink blush and it really makes for the prettiest look. I would also layer this over a light pink lipstick as well. I love chanel glosses, and this is a very pretty color.

Lip Gloss -Chanel - Brilliance glossimer

I really wanted to like this color, Brilliance, because I love light pink glosses and it looked gorgeous in the tube. It's not terrible, its just that the color is a little too thick/frostingish to me. It's just not the most attractive look on lips in my opinion. I suppose it would be better for a smokey eye will going out on the town, but for me I haven't been reaching for it at work etc, and its a lot of money to pay for a color you are "Eh" about. I will use the tube and not repurchase. I love the feel of Chanel glosses though.

Mascara -Lancome - Hypnose Star

I received this mascara as a free sample and I was excited, however shortly after I begin using it, it started clumping all my lashes together and just looking like what another reviewer describes as tranny lashes! It's true! Although I did get a compliment from a coworker that my lashes were long, it did not look good up close in my opinion. I will stick with my all time favorite: Loreal Voluminous Waterproof!! Much less clumping!

Polishes -Revlon - Colorstay Nail color

I love the revlon color stay polish in the Pale cashmere color. It is the perfect clean and bright light pinky nude for me (olive skin) I find it applied great after 2 coats. The first coat is streaky but once you put on the 2nd coat it evens it out perfect. I used the old revlon color stay polish before when they had two bottles and also the new one with just one bottle. I love it, and I usually use Essies polish in adore a ball. It is the same quality in my opinion and $2.00 cheaper. Love
