Ok, so this product is full of hype that it does not really live up to. However, the one thing this does do, for me at least, is temporarily brighten my complexion. This has become my go-to when I need to look fresh and awake in a pinch before going out. I have also discovered through trial and error that I don't really need to spread this on thick, let it dry or peel it off to get this benefit. I apply a thin layer to a slightly dampened face, leave it on for 5 minutes, then remove with a warm cloth. Works like a charm, every time. I will most likely keep this in the arsenal.
Lotions/ Creams -Vaseline - Vaseline Intensive Rescue Moisture Locking Lotion

I'm very surprised at the high reviews for this. I'm guessing most users have normal skin, and in that case, it probably does a decent job. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who has very dry skin on their body, like me. I can get away with this lotion in warmer months, but in cooler weather, forget it. My skin's response pretty much is, "are you kidding me?" Albeit pricier, I prefer Curel's Sensitive Skin Remedy.
Mascara -Christian Dior - Diorshow Extase Flash Plumping Mascara
2000wattsmile 11/15/2012 6:56:00 PM
Just when I thought I could not love a mascara more than Dior's Black Out, I tried Extase. Then I tried them together. Extase with Black Out layered on top = over the top, thick black lashes. My dynamic duo when I want my eyes to do the all the talking.
Treatments -Bare Escentuals - Active Cell Renewal Night Serum
2000wattsmile 11/15/2012 6:50:00 PM
After using this every single night for a month solid, I have seen no results. A disappointing waste of money, especially since vitamin C is one of the ingredients and my skin usually responds well to it. Guess this isn't potent enough to be effective for me. Moving on...
How sexy is this fragrance?!? WOW, is all I can say. I am thinking of buying DH a bottle that we can share--it's THAT good. Warm, spicy, delicious and different--a sweet, tobacco-like scent. A woman could easily wear this, and I certainly plan to.
Shampoo -TiGi - Bed Head Styleshots Epic Volume Shampoo
2000wattsmile 11/12/2012 7:22:00 PM
I have the conditioner. While it does deliver on volume, I can't say I care for the scent. As another poster mentioned, it's sickly sweet like strawberry bubble gum. And it's quite tenacious--I can smell it all day. No re-purchase for me.
Wow..this is a great mascara. It creates lovely, thick, black, separated lashes. The brush is genius--it grabs every lash--top and bottom. If only it came in waterproof! Then, it would be perfect. Still, I love it and will re-purchase until they stop making it.
Shampoo -Modern Organic Products (MOP) - Lemongrass Volume shampoo
2000wattsmile 4/30/2012 9:11:00 PM
I didn't think I would like this because volumizing shampoos never seem to live up to their claims, but this one does. This made my hair full and bouncy and it was half the original price at TJ Maxx. Score!
I'm really surprised at the low ratings for this, but I guess it really comes down to hair type. I chose this over Drench because my hair is chemically treated, which this is formulated for. It detangles extremely well and it smells great. I'm very pleased with this and would re-purchase.
Although I have read nothing but good things about Boscia products, this was my first one, so I was wary. So far, I'm really pleased with this cleanser. It comes in a sleek, black, 5 oz. bottle with a pump. The cleanser itself is also a grayish black gel (the charcoal is what gives it this color). The cleanser has a slight warming effect upon contact with moist skin, which feels great. I've noticed that my complexion is a bit brighter over the past two weeks that I've used it. Definitely a re-purchase.
Fragrances -Unlisted Brand - Justin Bieber Someday
2000wattsmile 1/7/2012 3:53:00 PM
Surprisingly, I like this, but I think it's because it smells a lot like B&BW's Dark Kiss to me. That being said, I wouldn't purchase.
Fragrances -Dolce & Gabbana - Fragrance Anthology L'Imperatrice
2000wattsmile 1/5/2012 5:53:00 PM
I really like this fragrance, but not just because it's lovely. I like it because it reminds me of something I can't quite put my finger on--no, not another fragrance. A fruity drink or candy from my childhood, perhaps? I know it sounds weird, but it's the smell of a memory of something I can't place. It haunts me, and I love that.
Cleansers -Murad - Environmental Shield Essential-C Cleanser
2000wattsmile 12/24/2011 10:17:00 AM
Meh. Didn't dry out my skin, but overpriced and does nothing it claims.
Put me in the HATE IT camp. This is one of the most sickening fragrances I have ever encountered. I don't like this on myself or others. I once sat beside a woman at a hibachi grill restaurant who was wearing this and it was so overpowering I couldn't enjoy my meal--I had to move to another table. No.
Eyeliner -L'Oreal - Extra-Intense Liquid Pencil Eyeliner
2000wattsmile 12/13/2011 4:24:00 PM
This is a good pencil for the price. The words extra-intense drew me to the product, however, this really does wear like liquid liner, which I don't really care for. Looks pretty good when I smudge it, but without using that technique, it produces hard lines.
