This product for me made my skin very oily/shinny. For the first couple hours it looks great the coverage is okay but gets very oily. If you have oily skin (like me) this probably wouldnt be a good choice.

I love love love LOVE this foundation...it matches my skin perfectly!
Although, I'm sad that there is no pump, it makes up in the formula, which is AMAZING!! I only need light coverage(for blemishes and pimple scars) so thats probably why this works for me so well...It really does feel light and silky on my skin and it last about all day for me!!
WARNING: If you need full coverage do not get this!
So, if your doubting this product, I say go for it! :)

I normally buy MAC Satinfinish but I decided to save some money and give this foundation a shot.I'm not a fan of not having a pump, but it's not too hard to pour the right amount. I'm an NW25, and I purchased buff. It's a little too light on me, but I wear bronzer over it anyway. Overall, it's alright. Not too heavy and looks pretty decent.

After trying Nars sheer glow, I have to say I like the neutrogena better. Here's why: Nars was alittle harder to blend, more expensive and very yellow on me. The Neutrogena was much easier to blend, very glowy effect and cheap! I could not justify spending around $50 on a foundation that didn't really impress me. I have dry patches of skin, and the neutrogena didn't emphasize them, although i do exfoliate every day. This is a great foundation for dry skin. Doesn't feel like your wearing a mask. Highly recommended. Gave it a 4 overall because even with a primer, it didn't last all day. But neither did the Nars.

The only thing i can say that i didn't like about this product is that the shades are odd. They're GREEN. Now, I don't know about the rest of you, but I'M NOT GREEN and i don't know of anyone that IS. Other than that, it lasts all day and it gives good enough coverage which is why i gave it a 4. I also wasn't too happy about the fact that it was $11.. it just seemed a bit pricey for a drugstore foundation. (I bought this in the shades natural beige and honey beige)

I really like how this foundation looks when I first apply it in the morning. It gives a really nice glow. I usually accentuate it with soft and gentle MSF from MAC and my skin looks flawless when I leave the house. However, I feel as though throughout the day it begins to settle into fine lines. I have skin that generally tends to be on the dry side and this foundation definitely draws attention to dry patches. I also feel as though it may be causing some mild breakouts that are below the surface of my skin. I may try something else out to determine if it is in fact the cause.

Wasn't a fan of this stuff. Heard all the hype and reviews of how it's a good, natural looking, dewy foundation. It just looked extremely cakey on me and unnatural.

I haven't tried a liquid foundation in a decade and wanted something to give me great coverage, but not aggravate my oily skin. Pros: great coverage for redness/ pimples, matched my skin perfect. Cons: goes into my pores instead of covering them, makeup is visible on my face like I'm wearing a mask (very unnatural), my face is an oil slick! I usually have to blot the oil from my skin a couple times a day, but this is ridiculous! When I blot, I think more makeup is on the blotting sheet than I put on my face in the first place! It has no staying power for me. I really wanted to like this, but I'm returning it after just two days of trial and error.
Edited to bring it down to one lippy... what was I thinking giving it two just because it matched my skin tone? I wore it twice and should've returned it after the first day went so horribly.

I have combination oily skin and my skintone is medium neutral undertone. I heard such great things about this foundation so I purchased it. I got shade 60 which is a good match for me. I feel like it last pretty long even with my combo/oily skin. I use a stippling brush to apply it. I find that a traditional foundation brush applies it too thickly. I really like this product. My only real issue is that it doesn't have a pump or a squeeze tube type of opening.

Love how this makes my skin look! I am MAC NC20 and buff is a perfect match for me. Its a lightweight feeling and I don't feel or look cakey at all. This may be cliche, but my skin looks healthy! And FLAWLESS :)

CONS - Only one I can think of is the packaging. I hate it, it gets messy when I get some product out. I wish it had a pump!!!!!

Overall, this foundation does the job of evening out my skin tone, but other than that it started to break my skin out and my face would be either really shiny or foundation less by the end of the day. This product isn't the best nor is it the worst.

I may be the odd one here but this was NOT a good product at all. This looked very sticky in a bad way. I bought this because I love Nars and as everyone knows, this is supposed to be a dupe. After not liking this I went ahead and splurged and bought the Nars. Let me tell you there is a reason one is around $11 and the Nars is $42. This is not a dupe. Maybe it is my skin? I have dry/normal skin. Nars gives a glow, this gives a cakey sticky look with NO coverage what so ever. Save your money if you are buying this as a Nars dupe. Get he Nars!

This foundation worked fairly well for me. I have very fair skin and the lightest shade matched me perfectly, not too pink and not too yellow. The coverage this gives was fantastic for my needs; not too heavy, just enough to cover a few scars and redness, along with my dark circles. Not heavy enough to cover blemishes on it's own, but I didn't mind using concealer every now and then. It gave me a glowy, dewy finish after I applied it with my e.l.f powder brush. However, it wore down on me so easily, even after I powdered my whole face with bare minerals mineral veil which is my most powerful weapon of choice to combat my oily t-zone. I would say around five or six hours maximum would this foundation stay put.
I used this for a couple of months and tried different products to prevent the wear down from happening. No success. If I ever find a powder of primer that can keep it in place, it would definitely be my go to liquid foundation.
As for the claim that it heals your skin and rejuvenates it as you wear it, I believe it. I will say my complexion improved quite nicely after the first week or so. Just more glowy and healthy looking, even when I took the makeup off.
So sad it didn't work out for me.

After reading/hearing glorious reviews for this foundation, I decided to give it a try. I have been using it 3-5 days per week (I don't wear foundation every day) for probably a little over a month.
Overall, I like it pretty well. I found that using a foundation brush (I typically prefer to use my fingers) to buff it in yields the best results for me. The finish is a satin--overall it is buildable, yet breathable. I do have a tendency to get a super shiny nose, and this foundation did nothing to curb that. A setting powder on top did most of the trick and then the rest of the day I use blotting sheets whenever needed. I do think this foundation lasted a good 6-8 hours most days. I do wear a primer mixed in with my moisturizer underneath.
However. I can already tell you that this is not going to be a good foundation for me during the warmer months. Even though it is still technically winter, it has been over 80 degrees the past couple days where I live (Indy)...and this foundation melted right off of me in the sun/heat. I do tend to have much oilier skin in the warmer months and for the most part I never wear foundation in the summer, for this reason alone. I just wanted to make sure, though. : )
As for the claim that it gives you noticeably healthier skin even when you're not wearing it...meh. I don't really notice it at all.
But overall, I DO like this foundation and will continue to purchase it.

Overall, this is a very good lightweight foundation. The finish is not too shiny and lasts for the day as long as I use a finishing powder over the oily parts of my face and use a blot powder during the day.

I've been experimenting with foundations that give me lighter, more natural coverage than Studio Fix powder, but more coverage than a tinted moisturizer. I get the best results if I pour a little bit of foundation out on my hand, then use a flat top brush to dab it on and lightly blend.

The problems with this foundation are the limited colour selection and the packaging (heavy, bulky bottle and no pump). I have to mix Natural Beige (#60, close but somewhat too light) and Fresh Beige (#70, much too dark) to get a decent colour match. As a comparison, I'm C4 in Mac Studio Fix powder foundation.

I'm debating buying this foundation again since NARS Stromboli, while expensive, is an excellent colour match, has a similar finish, and would save me the trouble of mixing foundations when time is an issue or when I'm traveling.

Finally, Neutrogena should upgrade their website to give a lot more information about their foundation colours - every makeup company should have comprehensive product information, especially brands that do not supply samples or testers.

I personally love this foundation...it does give a fairly light/sheer coverage, but I usually do a powder over the foundation just to set it and get a little extra coverage. (I almost use the foundation as a primer, yet I still get fairly good coverage).I use the Jane Iredale pressed powder). The color that I chose matches my skin perfectly, and it doesnt feel like a heavy liquid foundation to me. If you are looking for a foundation that gives you a full coverage, you might not like this one, but I think its great, and it has not caused me any type of breakouts or skin irritation. I will definitely be re-purchasing this.

At first I really loved this foundation. Out of all the foundations I have tried, the way this feels and looks on my skin is the best. And I have really dry skin. However I give it a 3 and will not be buying again because it broke me out. Well, technically it didn't cause brand new acne but it made any break outs I had worse.

I love this foundation. I have acne prone skin is very oily and I live in Florida. I have been using this foundation for two years now and is amazing one flask last around five months. I apply the foundation with my finger it blends in well. The foundation doesn't feel heavy I don't even feel like I'm wearing it at all. It gives good coverage I have dark red-ish scars on my cheeks and covers it completely I feel like it does take two face washes to completely remove it. It has 20spf which I think is very important. Some people have mention that they didn't know I wore foundation at all. I do wish the the packaging had a pump because my flask gets dirty easily. other than that this foundation is amazing!

This foundation is great! It took me a few times to figure out how to apply this to my face without it feeling heavy on my face, but after that minor set back my face felt and looked great. Keep in mind the only thing I have to cover up is rosy red cheeks. If you use to much of this product it can feel extremely gross on your face. The packing doesn't have a pump so that's why I gave it a 3. I probably will repurchase this product again, but I won't be upset when I run out.

Wow! Nice creamy foundation with Med coverage. Doesn't settle into pores, is moisturzing and somewhat dewy.

Only thing I wish was that it had bit more coverage, but concealer will do and a pump.

I am a NW20 and purchased in Nude. Just right colorwise.

Update: returned, made me flaky.... hate that !!!!!
