I'm always hesitant to buy primers because my skin is rather problematic, and for some reason I find that primer's cause me to break out. Anyway, I got a small sample of this at Sephora's and on a whim one morning I decided to give it a try. I must say I'm rather pleased. The texture is so light and creamy, but when you apply it to your face, it seems to literally disappear and it leaves your skin feeling very smooth. There is a slight fragrance, but I don't find it to be offending in the least. It does help minimize the appearance of pores, and I notice that my makeup looks fresher longer and last much longer. Excellent product and as soon as my sample is gone, I will go buy it.

This is absolute best primer I have ever come across. For me, it does double duty, just like it says on the package. Keeps my makeup on all day and somehow virtually makes my pores disappear. If I am in a rush and forget to start with this product, my whole routine would be shot. Seriously, I start over and make sure I use the Primed and Poreless.

This primer kinda reminds me of Clinique's pore minimizer except that it doesn't work as well in hiding pores. The texture is the same, velvety and smooth, and it also has the same beige-y flesh color. The consistency is not as thick and I think is why it doesn't conceal my pores as nicely as the pore minimizer, though it still does a decent job of concealing them... at least my pores are a little less noticeable with this on as opposed to not having any on. As for increasing the staying power of my foundation, I'd have to say that I dont notice any difference. I think it might keep my face a little more matte for a little longer though, but not by much. It does feel smooth and velvety when you put it on and it blends in with the skin nicely and invisibly, it just seems like I have to use alot of it to cover my whole face since 'a little goes a long way' doesn't seem to apply to this primer. So, I like using this mainly as a pore minimizer (and just put it on my t-zone and cheeks where I have large pores), and it seems to work pretty well in conjunction with Clinique's pore minimizer and MUFE's HD microfinishing powder to give an almost flawless look. Works ok as a pore minimizer, but don't think I'd be repurchasing this again when looking for a primer.

I was so disappointed by this! Boo hoo hoo! It felt really great on my hand, and it looked nice too with the light beige tint. And it's Too Faced, so I thought it had to be good. Maybe it IS good for oily people, unfortunately I'm not oily anymore. Maybe it's the routine I have now maybe it's hormones, I dunno, I'm just not oily anymore. But I still have the same humungous crater-sized pores I've always had as an oily girl, unfortunately THOSE didn't go away with the oil!! So that's why I got this primer, to make those cheddar cheese pores go away. But they didn't! I normally use MAC's primer, the pore erasing one whatever it's called, and it works stupendously. MAC's primer is cheaper too, but I thought if the TF one were miraculous it would be worth the extra €€€, However it isn't. It made me look dry-matte and cakey and it gave me a weird, unnatural waxy pink-toned sheen as well, it could've passed I suppose for a pretty pink blush tone but it just didn't look natural, because it had a waxy texture. I used the same foundation I always use, MAC's tinted moisturizer, which usually looks great. MAC's TM looks great with the MAC primer and it also looks great all by itself. But it looked crappy with this TF primer. Maybe I'll try this primer with other foundations and see if I get better results, but I don't have high hopes, because I usually have great looking skin with the MAC TM. = UPDATE = So, I tried it with my favourite MUFE foundation which always looks great. It did look better than with the MAC TM, didin't look matte-dry or cakey, I s'pose because the MUFE is naturally a dewey finish while the MAC naturally has a semi-matte finish. However it still had that weird, unnatural pinkish sheen. I figure it's probably the combination between the beige tint of the primer and the colour of the foundation. This would probably work for someone whose foundation colour doesn't clash with or form strange combinations with the colour of the primer, but I guess with the foundation shades I use it just doesn't work. I do have to add that in dim light, the pinkish sheen isn't noticeable and with the MUFE foundation I looked like I had absolutely flawless porcelain skin, so it might be worth using it in that kind of lighting. But that's about it.

I usually don't stick to primers because my skin isn't problematic and putting moisturizer on prior to makeup application does the same thing for me, but this was on sale at Sephora and the tube was too cute. I would actually buy this again full price though, because it makes my face as smooth as a baby's butt, and fills in pores quiteee nicely.

I must say, I'm very pleasantly surprised by this primer. I originally received a sample from a Sephora VIB bonus, and to be honest, I didn't even intend to use it. I enjoyed the lip and eye primers that came with the gift, but face primers are a bit intimidating - a bad one can both ruin your makeup application/staying power and cause irritation and/or acne on your skin. I was pretty hesitant to go there with this.
For some reason, I broke down and decided to try the Primed & Poreless on a day when I'd just planned to do chores around the house. I applied it after my morning skin routine, allowed it to sink in while I brushed my teeth... and returned to my vanity to find that I had soft, even-toned skin. I wouldn't quite say I could have done without foundation, but I was able to use a lot less. Makeup went on smoothly, staying power was fantastic, and I didn't need to blot as often.
I continued to use the P&P sample tube daily, hesitant to purchase a full-size one in the event I discovered it broke me out. I ended up buying the Shadow Insurance that comes with a free mini P&P, which I used when I finished up the first sample tube. As I approached the end of that tube and realized I was both blemish-free and dreading the thought of being without my P&P, I finally invested in the full-size tube. At $30 for 1 oz., it's a bit pricey, but still less expensive than the Smashbox primers (which I actually never liked much).
The packaging design is fantastic, as the tube allows you to take just a little bit at a time, though I do wish it were possible to see how much is left. This has definitely become a staple in my morning routine, and I'd hate to be without it.

I found the texture of this primer to be very artificial, and the color was a bit scary, as well as the smell. I much prefer Tarte's Clean Slate primer. It does the job and is mostly natural, and has no smell.

i had bought this product from ulta some time ago, used it, and loved it. i put it on my hand in the store to check it out and fell head over heels with how soft it made my skin feel. when i put it on my face it was even better. i can't remember how well it held up as a primer because i somehow (and i can't believe i did) forgot about this product after my tube ran out. i also don't have large pores so i can't say how "poreless" it really makes you look. after being reminded about this product, i am definitely going out to make a re-purchase soon.

This stuff is the best. I live in FL where it is hot and humid almost all year. It's almost impossible to get makeup to not melt within a few hours. I had about given up trying to wear foundation at all. Then I discovered this. It gives your skin a nice, smooth, matte yet dewy texture, like a canvas for your foundation. I usually let it "set" for a few minutes before applying Pur Mineral foundation. Flawless every time, lasts all day, never melts. I've tried cheapie (Maybelline, Revlon) primers and have been terribly disappointed. Yes, this is pricey ($30USD at Ulta) but quality doesn't come cheap. And for how it performs IMO is completely worth it. I think this should be a must-have for anyone living in a humid climate.

I have had mixed luck with Too Faced as a brand in general, but the Primed & Poreless facial primer and TFSI are awesome for me. Primed & Poreless is my favorite facial primer (close second: Tarte Clean Slate, but I like that P&P does have a slight beige tone; the Tarte is colorless).
It is full of silicone goodness, which works well for me, but if you are a cone-o-phobic, then this is probably not a good choice for you.
My only gripe is that I wish you got a little more in the package. I have had my tube of TFSI for a year and am just now finishing it, but I am on at least my 3rd tube of P&P in 8 months. My full face is a much bigger surface area than my eyelids, obvs, but somehow I think the price-per-oz ought to be better. I'll repurchase anyway (darn you, Too Faced!) but I will grumble self-righteously about it the whole time I'm at the register.

I love this primer! My skin looks really nice with this just over my moisturizer to the point I could leave the house. Does a good job covering pores and masking some fine lines without looking too matte (I think the L'Oreal primer is great to mask those as well but does look very matte and too heavy for the whole face.) I do like the little bit of tint that it has. Just looks healthy on my skin. The end result is a soft velvety very even tone of the skin (not shimmery of glowy though.) It makes you look like you have naturally good skin. I think it layers well under powders or foundation as well. Try it! Similar to per-fekt but cheaper.

I got this in a kit as a gift from Sephora. First time I've tried it made my face really shiny and slimy and made my make-up melt in the first 30 minutes. After a couple of hours made my face look like a disco ball. I thought I would give it another try today and the same thing happened. I threw it away.

I got this as a sample from Sephora. I use it as an eyeshadow primer and it does not work! My eyeshadow is all cakey and whatnot by the end of the day!
Never tried it for my face, so can't say how it works. Would rather try the Urban Decay primer instead.

This is one of the best primers I have ever tried. I have oily/blemish prone skin and this has not broke me out at all. I also have really sensitive skin and it hasn't irritated my skin either. It goes on in a nude shade but dries clear. It is so smooth and silky feeling. Some people have reviewed it saying it feels greasy, I think these people were using way to much of the product. I use the amount of the size of a pea, and that is more than enough for my entire face and even some of my neck. It adds a nice matte finish and when I wear this my foundation (I use BE mineral foundation) last all day, and I dont need as many touch ups. Overall I would probably buy this again. The only downfall is that its $30.00, but provided you are not using more than you need, I could probably make this last for at least 2 maybe even 3 months, so I think its worth the price! This is a really great product.

I recieved a generous sample of this from a TF representative at my local sephora. I had never really used a primer before but she had recommended it instead of using a setting spray, as I had been curious about UD all nighter spray. I tried this and it gave me a smooth base to makeup, make it last, and made the other products I put on my face look much more natural and not blotchy. If your questioning a primer and are looking at this one, I would say get it. If it doesnt work for you, return it but I find that it really does its job

I hate this primer! Actually made my makeup look worse.. found it harder to put my concealer on - I had to put alot more on than usual, made my face feel slimy. I have oily/acne-prone skin which might be the reason as to why i hate it and why it made my makeup look bad but was decieved into thinking it would be great for my skin by the name ''primed and PORELESS''. It might work for some skin types but deff didn't work for mine.

I have tried quite a few primers....MAC, Lara Mercier, Smashbox (Even the Monistat chafing gel) and this is my top pick, hands down for my oily skin.
I use a tiny bit, mostly over my oily areas, and it helps my foundation last. It's not a miracle product, but this under long-wearing foundation is a winning combination for me.
Trust me, it must be good if I'm shelling out $30 for this primer to put under my drugstore foundation. Primer seems to be very individual. MUA's reviews helped a lot, but I really had to kiss a lot of frogs to find my prince of primers.

I bought this from Sephora b/c i was looking for a primer to even out my skin tone, make my m/u last longer, and create an overall even, matte look. i put this on under my foundation/concealer. i like the texture of it and it does make your skin FEEL smooth; however, i did not notice any effects whatsoever on my look w/ makeup. i still had showing pores, unevenness, etc. it didnt do any harm but it didnt add anything to my routine either. for $30 this is not worth it. it really just does nothing.
i exchanged for the too faced primed and poreless powder which i am currently using, so far i am happy w/ this and definitely find it is much more effective. i will give it a few more days before i make my final decision and then review it. same price and seems much more effective.
