I have used this in combination with starting a new exercise routine and have been putting in on pretty much every morning for the past four weeks. It hasn't gotten rid of my cellulite but I'm not expecting it to. However, it has firmed up the skin where I've been applying it and it's just made my legs look so toned and firm now! I'll definately be buying more, I don't use that much since I only use it on the top half of my legs and bottom. I think it's great. Now I just need to do more exercise : P

This is a great product (perhaps the best out there) to instantly smooth your thighs and give them a more toned appearance. Will it get rid of cellulite? No, it can´t. Nothing topical can. Will it make you look like you have firmer skin? Yes, it will, temporarily. Another great side-effect I noticed was my skin was incredibly soft from using this product. I apply it most days of the week, after axercising and showering. With these kind of results, I´ll keep using until something else better comes along.

Way to go Nivea. There are a lot of firming lotions out there promising to get rid of cellulite but I'd say from my experience this one does work best. It showed some immediate results for me. ( btw I'm 21, active and just some cellulite) It looks like almost every woman will get cellulite no matter how you do it... we are just made biologically to have them =(. This gel works more like a moisturizer.. very sticky and strongly frangranced like perfume....I spread it on and do the "massaging" technique as instructed. Overnight it plumps up the skin somehow but unfortunately will go away just as fast when you stop using it. Quite expensive to be using it continuously and religiously for short term results. I personally would not buy it again but its a cool product to try out.

I don't have a lot of cellulite and I am young so with a little diet, exercice and the right lotion, it does not take a lot of work for me to get rid of the appearance of cellulite. Still, I was not totally convinced by Goodbye cellulite, although every girlfriend i know was crazy about it.
The effects are immediate (firming that is) but not permanent (ok we know that) but the lotion smells very strongly and it is sticky on the skin. Plus when you're looking for a anti-cellulite + a moisturizer, this product is not that good. You have to choose if your skin is dry.
Last thing: it is recommended that you use it twice-a-day, which is a lot when you have a busy schedule......I know I know, if you want results there is no easy way, but still i am not that convinced. I think i'll just learn to deal with cellulite from now on....!

OK Count me among the believers here; I think if this stuff is gonna work it does something right away or nothing at all, because within two days I'm seeing fabulous results. I know it will take more time to get the best appearance, but the skin in the cellulite area is tighter, the dimpled areas look far smoother, and even the problem area on my tummy just above the navel (where I need the most help) is tightening up. The skin feels like it's brand new and if you look at it closely there's some sort of difference in the appearance. Not sure the patches are doing too much but I'm only using them on my tummy in that trouble spot, and I've only used two, but I see less wrinkles so the skin must be tightening up. I'm sticking with it because if it's this good now, I can't wait to see it 4 weeks from now...and I WILL be buying this again, as well as recommending it...to my little sister!!! :-)

Disappointed! I purchased this because of the reviews on this board and have been very disappointed. I used it for 8 - 9 weeks, even with patches for a few weeks, and have not seen anything noticeable!! I guess I will always be cursed with my Mom's doughy and dimpled thighs!

After seeing this product tested on Tyra Banks show, I had to try it myself. There is no miracle out there just yet, but this does show a lot of promise. You really need to give it 4 weeks to see if it's working for you, and of course combine it with the strips. I used it religiously before I went to Maui, and I have to say it works pretty good. I'm sure if I would have worked out and dieted like I need to it would be that much better. I say use it once a day at least and use the Good-bye strips every few days for a month, then make your decision.

I bought this product after reading the reviews here and I was expecting miracles. I am 21, slim and fairly active, but have some cellulite on my butt and back of my legs. I applied this everday for about two weeks, sometimes twice a day, and NOTHING! I don't notice a difference at all. It smells good, but that's about it. I don't think there is anything that will help cellulie. It's just a fact of life. I'm disappointed in this product. I guess most of the positive reviews on here are from people trying to hype the product's sales.

Although I do not have very much cellulite (i dont know if its just noticable to me or not) i can see the beginning of it and do not want to wait until it is out of control, so I started using this a few weeks ago, once a day. I have lately been using it twice daily because I will be going on vacation soon, and desire quicker results. This stuff smells aweseom, makes skin smooth, and has visible diminished the look of celluite on my thighs. I will probably continue using this to prevent any more cellulite from coming; i do recomend this product since I have found it worth while and the price isnt as high as some of the other products by expensive makeup companies.

This product is fantastic. I noticed the difference the first time I used it. It tightens everything up not just targets cellulite its great for reducing stretch marks also. I liked it so much I went out and bought a second bottle in the special offer at boots. i really reccommend it.

If you are looking for a miracle cure for your cellulite, there isn't one. Sure, we all know this, but then there is just that small glimmer of hope that something other than diet and exercise will magically give us the quick results we all desire. This is a product that appeals to that hope in all of us but the reality is that it just doesn't work.

No butts about, this stuff works! Now that I am in my forties, my bottom has decided to look like ten pounds of chewed bubble gum. Use this stuff twice a day, religiously, and there is a noticeable reduction of the appearance of cellulite. Best results are with 8 weeks of continuous usage. The dimples and cellulite bumps have been reduced by half. I use this in conjunction with Alpha Hydrox 10% glycolic acid for a smoother bottom line. I no longer fear my bikini! :)

I am not a "shill" but I do have to say this product has worked for me. I have a moderate amount of cellulite on the backs of my legs and butt. I have used this product for about 2 weeks now ... not religiously but whenever I remember - maybe once every 2 or 3 days.

I still have cellulite on my butt (especially when I tighten my glutes) and the backs of my legs but I do notice a visible improvement.

I would not hesitate to buy another bottle. It has worked for me.

I don't normally succumb to gimmicky type creams but I saw the results on the Trya show and the price was reasonable so I gave it a shot. Quite happy that I did!

I've been using this product for about 3 weeks, almost everynight after my shower. I'd like to think I see a bit of a difference in my legs, but I'm really not sure. I like the gel formula, and it smells all right. It drys quickly, and leaves my skin feeling nice. I'll continue to use this while the bottle last, and if I see further results I may buy more, but I'm not holding my breath.

I am so sorry for those who have not had luck with this product, because it actually works!!! I have never tried a cellulite cream before, as I found the whole concept gimmicky. But after reading these reviews, and the very reasonable price, I decided it was worth a shot. I have been using it 1-2 times a day for about 2 and a half weeks, and my legs without a doubt look firmer and less dimply. My mother even asked me last week if I had lost weight, because my legs looked a lot leaner. She had no idea I was even using this product!! She immediately ran out and bought some herself :) ABSOLUTELY a repurchase item. Do they give bulk discounts?? :)

Let me start by saying I am not paid by Nivea and I don't even use any other products of theirs. I haven't started dieting or exercising since I started using this. I'm 5'6" 120 lbs and have mild cellulite on my butt and thighs.

I have been using this 1-2 times a day for the last 4 weeks. I just finished my first bottle and bought a new one.

Price: $9.97
Texture: gel, absorbs fairly quickly, easy to rub in, doesn't fade a sunless tan like the Avon one I tried before.
Scent: A clean fragrance smell, kind of strong, but fades quickly on me.
Promise: It promised firmer skin in 2 weeks and less visible cellulite in 4 weeks.
Results: For the last 4 weeks I've stood staring at my rear view in a full length mirror with overhead lighting. This stuff actually works. I didn't have a lot of cellulite to begin with but I feel like there is a noticeable difference. My butt and thighs look a lot smoother and less dimpled. I will definately keep using this. It didn't work overnight for me, I have seen the most results in the last week. But I feel very comfortable in short shorts now and I didn't before. Yeah!! Definately worth a try. I don't think this would work if you have a lot of cellulite.

There is no question, as the previous reviewer suggested, that there are a lot of paid Nivea shills, also known as Search Engine Marketers, stuffing this board. Notice many of the reviews follow the same plot line? "It only took a week!" "Don't know if it would work if I wasn't also following a sensible diet and exercise plan -- guess what--I just started this week!" "The cream worked so well, I went out and bought the patches!"

I've been using the stuff for about two weeks. It's makes my skin nice and smooth, but that's about it. In fact, I prefer the Neutrogena cellulite cream, which is marginally more effective. If there were a quick fix for cellulite, there's no question we'd know all about it, and pharmaceutical companies and dermatologists would be making a fortune selling the stuff. But the efficacy of this cream is as dodgy as the existence of the Lochness monster.

I've been using this product for over a week and definitely see a difference. Now I don't have major cellulite, if I did I would not expect to get rid of it by simply slathering on some gel. Common sense tells me that diet & excersise are also huge factors. So between going to the gym, eating somewhat healthy and using this, my cellulite is not nearly as noticable.
