I LOVE this lip stick!! its the only lipstick that actually stays on and give a great nude affect! I have really dark pink lips and a lot of light lip stick barely shows up on me, A+++++ couldn't love it more!!

I really really wanted to like this lippie.. This was my second MAC lipstick that I decided to buy based on reviews, and eh, waste of money.
I have quite pigmented lips (they're a plummy red colour) and this goes on so smooth, but SO patchy. I've tried a lipliner underneath, a lip primer, base, everything, and I can't get it to look 'normal'. Cremesheens aren't exactly the best for me either. I have dry lips if I don't use lipbalm everyday and I actually find the texture far TOO creamy. They seem to slip everywhere and melt into the fine lines of my lips.
This lipstick would probably be HG for girls with lips that do not have much colour to them as it is very opaque, which is why I believe it deserves 2 lippies.
But if you have pigmented/dry lips, don't waste your money!

Took me a little while to figure out how to wear this and have it look nice. I definitely have to do quite a bit of prep; I exfoliate and load up on the lip balm the night before I know I want to wear this so my lips are really supple. My lips are quite pigmented already, so I use the foundation trick (I use Revlon colorstay) letting it set a little, then apply one or two swipes of lipstick. If I skip the foundation step, it's not pretty and I end up going back to redo. So it's a little work, but overall good results :)

I am not a big lipstick wearer, but I do love to collect them. This color is actually my favorite nude. It is a little like freckletone but less orange. I really like for school because it is natural and hydrates my lips.

I have to say that this is the perfect nude color for me. I've tried others like Myth (too pale), Gaga 2 (too beige), and several others but this one in my HG. I also love the Cremesheen lippies because they don't try out my lips, aren't dry in general (so I don't need a lip balm), and feels nice and creamy.
For reference i wear NW15-25 and sometimes NC15

I just got this today and love it!! I was looking for a nude lipstick that wouldn't look like a concealed and this one is perfect. It's a little sheer but that's what I like about it. This will definitely be my everyday nude lipstick!

I really wanted to love this but I can't. It's definitely very creamy so it's not too drying. My lips are pretty pigmented but it's not as pigmented as I wanted it to be. When applied to dried lips, it exaggerates any lip flakes and color doesn't stay. Then again, I really hope everyone knows it isn't the best idea to apply lipstick to dry lips anyway haha. Overall, not too bad. It'll probably work best with those who don't have very pigmented lips like I do. I also really love the scent, it's delicious!

This creme nude with pink undertones is a staple nude in my lipstick collection.
No shimmer or glitter, and glides on my lips like butter. Imparts some moisture and a subtle sheen, without being too opaque that you look breathless.
As all MAC lipsticks has a nice vanilla scent, although i have found that the cremesheen lipsticks tend to have a more plastic note to them?
I would buy this again, it is not chalky like Myth.

This is a great pinky nude. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars is because I find it a little too sheer.
Also, on my red pigmented lips, it comes out like a light bubblegum pink, and not a true nude. I have to layer it on heaps for it to become more nude and less light pink.
This isn't chalky or drying, but it will accentuate any flakiness on your lips.
I also haven't found the staying power to be that great, probably because of how creamy/sheer it is.
I thought this was my HG nude when I first bought it, but I think I need something less pinky and less sheer.

I wanted to find a perfect nude and I'm a fan of MAC's creme sheen lipsticks. I find their Satins drying and their mattes also too drying but the creme sheen's are great. The girl at the counter showed me both this and Myth. I have some of MACs more nude-pinks like Marquise D'Or and Rose a Romance but I wanted a true nude to layer over other shades. This is awesome. I layered this over a hot pink lip penncil as well as giving it a try over MAC's lip pencil Delish and both times, it looked great. I wouldn't wear it alone because it would be really hard to pull off without looking dead. I think the only time it could be worn alone is with a good pink-nude liner and a very smoky/heavy eye. Either way, it was moisturizing, it stayed on for hours and managed to survive me drinking a cup of tea and still stay on. I'm really glad I purchased this. My only problem with MAC is their very boring packaging but then again, I'm a sucker for pretty packaging like Too Faced.

I have very pigmented lips and I find that this just does not look quite right. It is however one of the nicest nudes I have found and if you don't have very pigmented lips I sure it would look lovely. I also found that as my lips are very dry this lipstick accentuated that!

I do like this for evenings but not for day as it has a definate peach undertone. Good consistancy BUT no staying power as its cremesheen, unlike Myth.

Oh Creme d'Nude! I love you!!
I have very large, full lips, and love nude colors. This is perfect! It's the lipstick us nude junkies have always wanted Myth to be - super nude yet creamy and lush, not chalky, hard to apply, or drying. As much as I love - and suffer through - Myth, Creme d'Nude really is the winner between the two. It's very, very light, and seems to be quite neutral-toned, at least on me (NC20-25). It's moisturizing and makes lips look lovely instead of tortured like what Myth usually does to them. It slicks on so easily, and wears great.
Overall, this is a wonderful nude, and if you're a nude-lover like I am, you simply MUST have this in your arsenal! Absolutely perfect for pairing with a dark smokey eye as well.

I'm nearly ready to call this my hg nude lippie. Most nude lippies make me look dead. This has enough of a peachy/warm tone to not do that, plus its extra creamy (cremesheen) which I quite like. I'm a huge fan of the formula. Just got this color but so far I love it, I've topped with wildly lush (a warm nude gloss) to great effect. I'm in love! Not since I discovered 'shy girl' have I loved a lippie so! I have warm toned skin so maybe that's why I needed a warm nude? who knows? who cares? I love this color!

I love this lipstick, but it is so difficult to use! The color is beautiful and suits my skin very nicely (I am an NW 20-25). It has just the right amount of pink in it to keep it from looking like you put foundation on your lips. It's very creamy and smooth as well. One of my problems with this though is that it isn't quite pigmented enough. Even after layering it on, sometimes it just looks like a semi-opaque gloss. My other problem with this is that it is really, really easy for this to look awful. All it takes is one tiny flake on your lips. If your lips are really chapped or dry, forget this lipstick. I REALLY have to prep my lips to wear this -- I'm talking lip scrub, scrubbing my lips with a toothbrush, everything -- and sometimes even that doesn't work! Your lips have to be completely smooth or this will just look like some kind of nasty milky substance all over your lips.
Then, after a few hours of wear, this starts drying out my lips. It seems so silky and smooth, but it is definitely not moisturizing. That brings me back to the problem of flaky lips, and I have to wipe this off. On lucky days when this doesn't dry out my lips too much, I can get 4 hours of wear with this, which is disappointing because most MAC lipsticks I own give me around 5-6.
But all complaints aside, I love this color, and if my lips are in good enough condition to wear this, I love wearing it, especially with smoky eyes. I would buy this again because I love the color, I just wish the formula could somehow be better; I feel like if this was a Satin instead of a Cremesheen, it might be perfect.

This is one of MAC's more famous nude shades, so I was disappointed to find that this didn't suit my rather fair, NC15, skin and colouring at all! Admittedly, I usually go for the pinkier MAC nude shades, whereas this is quite clearly a orange based nude. I can image this would suit more tanned and golden skin tones (eg. the famous Jo Wood) but I would advise fairer and paler skin tones to beware this shade.

Creme d'Nude works very good with my coloring. I'm medium/olive w/ neutral tones and mauve pink lips. I really like this because it takes away the coolness of my natural lip color and give me a more neutral canvas. I love the texture of this l/s, it is creamy and moist. I own three nudes from MAC (CdN, Blankety & Honeylove). To compare, CdN is my favorite out of the three and leans more neutral. Blankety is my 2nd favorite but leans more warm on me. Honeylove is my least favorite, it accenuates the coolness in my natural lip color and turns a bit ashy on me. CdN works great paired w/ a smoky eye and topped w/ a nude sparkle gloss for night. I also like wearing CdN for daytime by swipping a layer on my lips then gently blotting the color w/ a tissue creating a slight hue of color. I really love the quality of MAC l/s and they are so affordable. Also, I love the scent of MAC l/s and they don't dry out my lips. I guess the only con would be the staying power. This l/s last about 3 hours on me before I need to re-apply.
