I personally love this eyeliner. It glides on smooth and is plenty pigmented. It does smoky eyes in a snap. For the price it just can't be beat. I don't usually have smudging problems I am not an eye toucher when my m/u is on.

I don't know why these people hate this eyeliner soo much!!! It was only a dollar and it looked soo nice on me. I can't live without eyeliner and this stuff is sooo cheap.. I mean, I personally like it better than Clinique and covergirl!! maybe its just me!

I don't really like this eyeliner because it doesn't go on very smoothly and it smudges. But out of all the eyeliners I've tried, this one outperformed all of them. And it's so cheap!

I was attracted to this product because it was only $.99 so I thought I had nothing to lose. The color hardly stays on, and smudges very easily. By the end of the day I have raccoon eyes, so I constantly have to rub the bottom of my eyes to get rid of the smudged eyeliner. It is also hard to sharpen, and constantly breaks, and when I put it on it cuts and hurts my eyes. The only reason I would buy it again is because it is so dirt cheap.

Not the best pigment- no matter how fine of a line I get out of this thing, it looks ashy and grey. It also smears pretty badly and bleeds into my eyeshadow in a weird way. Never looks natural, every time I wear it it's super obvious that I'm wearing eyeliner. It's only a success when I line Jane Twilight Zone over the top and do a smoky eye look.

This is really cheap, I only paid $.99 for it. It is hard, but I put it over the stove and it got soft, and stays soft for about 2 weeks. The color is sort of a very dark gray/almost black. My main problem with this is that it always comes off! It always smears off and looks awful or just dissapears. But that might be because I have oily skin. The NYC one lasts better but they do test on animals. I am going to go out and find a better one!

generic black eyeliner. not bad, although the liner is kind of hard and doesn't feel that great on your eyelid, but the price really does make up for it a lot.

I used to use NYC eyeliner but then I found out about the animal testing. Wet 'n' Wild eyeliner is only good for lining my upper. It doesn't go on that black on the bottom and it goes everywhere even though it isn't really soft.

I really really needed a black eyeliner that looked really dark and smokey. This one was cheap, so i bought it. I really liked how it looked, so i continued to wear it. In just a few days, i noticed that my eyes where beging to look really really puffy and red. I didnt realize it was the eyeliner, so i used it some more. It was awful! I woke up barley able to open my eyes. when i looked in the mirror, my skin was peeling around my eyes and the skin was also really red and bumpy. I had to lye in bed with cucumbrs over my eyes! I will never buy this eyeliner ever again.

This Kohl Kajal pencil eyeliner #651 by Wet & Wild is by-far that best I've tried. Can purchase at Target for around $1.00. Goes on easily and smoothly. Stays put. Worth a try, ladies!

This product certainly is dirt cheap, yes, the addage "you get what you pay for" certainly applies. You do get a lot of product, but the quality is laughable; its rock hard, and hard to apply.

For the same price, you can get Jordana's automatic pencils; they are so much smoother, wear better, have a larger shade range, and you don't even have to sharpen them. If you prefer traditional (wooden, to be sharpened) pencils, Jordana has those as well, as does NYC cosmetics.

This eyeliner is just okay. The pigment is pretty intense on me, which I LOVE but it smudges way too quickly. I can't commit to this eyeliner and cannot wait to find a better one.

Imo, i think wn'w eye liners are crap. Everytime i sharpen it the end breaks off, if i do manage to keep the ending on, it breaks off when applying on eyes. It tuggs your eyelids and doesn't glide smoothly with ease. The liners aren't very pigmented either so u kinda have to line it over a few times. The very worst part was when it smudged after an hour, i had racoon eyes and they were unflattering. Enough complaints? well there was one thing i did like about this liner, it was 99cents. heh.

I love this eyeliner. This pencil is highly pigmented and can be smudged or softened easily. It sharpens nicely and is ample in size. I like this eyeliner a lot better than my Clinique or Elizabeth Arden ones, actually. The price can't be beat either..usually under $1.

well this eyeliner can be used very well to draw a hard straight line like what avril laveign does. Its best if you want to create that look.
