When the Bobbi Brown clerk showed me this color, I almost said, "NO WAY"! In the package, it is SO pink and SO bright. She insisted, and put in on my cheeks. I absolutely LOVE IT! In my 42 years, it is THEE BEST blush I have ever owned. Awesome stuff.

I got this in one of those little cheek/eye palettes along with slopes, which I loved. I didn't quite know what to do with this--it is rather bright; it is somewhat sheer when applied, not nearly as scary as it looks. Although not my absolute HG favourite, I did not know what to do with this at all until I read the reviews...I am now so fond of layering this with slopes (applying peony to the apple of the cheek) that I am tempted to give it five lippies. Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you MUA-ers.

This looks quite frighteningly pink in the packaging but do not let this put you off! It is a surprisingly flattering color on the skin and perfect for giving a 'pop' of color to your complexion. This color really makes me look awake and alive. I can wear it alone or a favorite trick that I have (shown to me by a Bobbi Brown make up artist) is to apply the Bobbi Brown cream blush stick in Pale Pink over my foundation and under my powder and then add this Peony as that final touch of color on just the apple area of my cheeks. I love this so much that I use this almost everyday when I have makeup on. It's my absolute fave powder blush, looks great on its own, or when layered with Slopes or Rose shimmerbrick :) Has great texture and lasts all day. Reasonable priced too.

Like other reviewers said this is great on the apples of the cheeks. It gives them just a beautiful color. I am a FFF with yellow undertones and I wear this all the time with bronzer and it just looks lovely on me. If you have pink or blue undertones this may be to pink for you. Also it is quite sheer and it appears a lot brighter in the package than it applies. This is just the best bright pink shade for me.

I got basic eyes and cheeks palette and this color looks a lot more brighter in the paletter than the slope blush. Fortunately it looks nice on me and not too bright as I had thought.

I have loved every other Bobbi Brown blush I have ever purchased so this one is a disappointment to me. First off - I have pale pink and the colors side by side look identical to me. Second this blush is very bright looking in the package but has very little pigment. It takes alot of this to show up on me and I've never had that problem with Bobbi Brown blushes before. I would say if you already have pale pink you don't need this blush. I would definitely try this product before buying it. I would not buy this color again.

I don't even no how to begin to tell you guys how crazy I am about this blush! It is the perfect pink - I've tried other bright pinks in the past but no matter how careful I was I ended up looking like a crazy lunatic. My favorite way to wear this blush is to just put it right on the apple and then apply bronzer lightly on the temples, chin, tops of cheekbones and nose. It goes on smoothly with no streaking and lasts all day.

A reviewer said it is a bb pale pink with fushia and I find that true. It looks very similar to Nars Mati Hari but I think Peony Blush is a bit darker. If you have Nars Mati Hari, I do not think you need Peony
