I started off REALLY liking this, because I'm such a bronzer nut and I thought it's great to have a bronzer, moisturizer *and* SPF all in one. Plus, seeing the greeny/white lotion transform into a tinted brown one was just WAY too exciting for me to resist ;) But after using this for a couple of weeks, the novelty has worn off and I really do think that the actual product isn't very good. First of all, there's a strong SPF smell which is tolerable for me, but some may not like it. Secondly, it's quite greasy.. it's winter here and already my tzone gets kind of slick by mid-day when I use this.
Finally, it has no staying power, partly because it's so sheer. To be fair, I think this is great for a bit of gimmicky fun, and to play around with. But if you're going to a party or spending the whole day out, I wouldn't recommend it unless you don't mind being oily and having it slip off half-way during the day.

I was so excited when I heard about this new product- it claims to match your skintone through the natural melanin in your skin. Well, it kind of works- but only for medium and dark complexions. I'm PPP-LLL, and it's several shades too dark for me.

Otherwise, it's a pleasant product- nice lightweight texture, totally refreshing cucumber scent, and hydrating. But it's entirely inappropriate for fair-skinned complexions, and I believe it's also more suitable for normal-dry skin types, because it made my combination skin feel quickly greasy.

i usually wear the regular day wear and loved it but this tint for some reason made my face itchy and i broke out. it also made my face greasy. ill stick to the regular day wear!

This is way too dark for my skin, but it will probably be ok once I get my summer tan going on. I put this on before going to work one morning and had on a scoop neck tee shirt. Big mistake -- I could see the line where it stopped on my neck.

I like the texture and the feel of this on my skin. It's very light and it sinks right in. It's also got that cucumber scent that's in every DayWear concoction.

I bought this about 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. The cucumber smell is very refreshing but I just love how the green lotion turns into a tint. I have to say that this works better on medium or tan skin. I love wearing this on weekends or when I don't feel like wearing any heavy foundation. I do wear a powder on top to set it. I will definitely repurchase this.

Okay. So I took forever to decide to buy this and I regret doing so. The SA said it was wonderful and blah blah so I took the bait. Can we say YUK! I put it on and my face looked orange and in a few moments, my face was greasy. Plus, it came off on everything. Overall the product is nasty. I guess since I don't usually wear foundation, I didn't like the heaviness of the product. Again, I am dissapointed in EL skincare products. Don't waste time and money on this deal.

Wow, what an awesome product! This is a newly improved version of DayWear, but this one has a new kind of tint. The stuff comes out of the tube with no color, but as your blend it into your skin, the color comes out, sort of a bronzer color. It really does even the skin tone without making your skin look too dark. It also spreads much easier than the older DayWear Lotion. No breakouts at all after 2 weeks. I am truly impressed!
