This is a great product! I have rosacea prone combination skin that can have a tendency towards getting red and splotchy. However, after using this serum for a week I noticed that it has evened out my skin tone and improved the texture of my skin. Breakouts have diminished and are minimal and it has effectively controlled the more oily areas of my face (the T-zone). After a month's time, fine lines (laugh lines & slight crow’s feet around the eye area) and wrinkles (on my forehead and neck) have become less pronounced. They are still there but are less visible.
Since I have sensitive skin, I started using it every other night and worked my way up to using it every night. I did experience some slight flaking on the drier areas of my face (along my jaw line), which was remedied by applying Eucerin Aquaphor ointment. I also use a DMAE Serum during the day and Dermanew microdermabrasion treatment 1-2 times per week.

UPDATE 10-10-08: This stuff began to burn my skin, even after switching to every other night. I'm taking off one lippie because I do believe this will work for most women. I just think it may be too harsh with the stuff I use for my rosacea. ORIGINAL: THis stuff is AWESOME! I've been using for 3 weeks and people at work have already made comments about my skin. "Glowing" is most often used, but so is "you look like you had work". How can you beat that for 20$ in 3 weeks???? It does tingle a bit and I only use it at night because 2x/day is too much for my sensitive skin. I use a DMAE serum for day because this product does NOT have DMAE. I LOVE the pump too. Oh, the weird color is because of the retinol (vit A) and its in a fair percentage. Retin A has it too. It also has copper, zinc, and magnesium which are great for your skin. Anyway, this is the only change in my routine for the past 3 weeks.I was using Retin A micro but stopped when I started this - the Retin A was becoming way too much - my skin was itching and burning even at once a week. Oh, you MUST wear a sunscreen with this though - a titanium dioxide with zinc oxide is a good bet because its a physical block rather than chemical and, according to my derm, it won't break you out. I use Colorstay Lite which has a SPF 25.
Really, this can't be beat. It is one of the very very very very few products that actually does what it advertises. Kudos to RoC!

This is by far the greatest skin care that I have used. It does not make me oilier, which is unprecedented. It has a tingling effect once I apply it and then my skin looks absolutely flawless with or without makeup. It truly pulls the skin and looks as if I have used Botox. Skin care is one of those things that has to work out for your skin and this does it for me. Try it for sure.

I am on my 6th bottle. I love this product. The wrinkles on my skin are no where as deep as they were. This stuff is a miracle product. I love it and it works well under makeup. I use this morning and night. At first it burns and you need to get used to it. I also read that you need to exfoliate twice weekly which I have been doing and it works great. Try it girls. Over 40 girls will love this. (UPDATE) If you have breakouts from this it is because you need to throw on a little moisturizer where your breakouts are. That worked for me and they went away. I am also now using AVON Advanced Adjusting Anew with this. So at night ROC and in the morning ANEW the cheapest one. Be careful you can burn your skin which I did at first. Now skin is used to both. Do not put Anew on your eyelids. Good Lluck

I have used the cream version of this product and thought I would try the serum. After a week I started to break out from it. Could be from whatever fragence they put into it. Weird smell. Stopped using it and the pimples went away.

I have been religiously using Olay Definity since it hit the market---switched from Regenerist because, well, product ho, what can I say ;)
I never did get any dramatic results from it, but I loved the mousse texture and absorption.
This RoC was on sale at Costco, 2 bottles for around 20 bucks . One of my good friends, 2 years younger than me, great skin) uses it (she finally copped to it) I figured what the hey!
So at first I wasn't turned on by the texture--kinda sticky, I likely over applied. And the color---weird yellowy ---or the scent. But I stuck with it because my Bare Minerals went on beautifully over it, and stayed put.
NOW I will stick with it because my husband, who wouldn't notice if my hair was on fire, peered at me and said "Your skin looks so much younger--YOU look younger!"
2 girlfriends noticed too---One asked me if I'd gone for a facial (nope, never, though I want to someday)
Yeah, I'll stick with it!

This seems to work very well for me! I bought it a few months ago and was not impressed so I shelved it; I decided to try again for no particular reason the other night and I was pleasantly suprised! It has smoothed out my fine lines around my mouth significantly; better than many other creams and serums bith d/s and h/e that I've tried! I am impressed. It does not absorb well if you overapply, however, so one coat is enough; and if you use too much it sort of balls up like lint on the skin, which is what I did not like initially when I bought it and put it aside. Using less seems to take care of that problem though. I do need a moisturizer on top of this, which is one reason why I only gave 4 lippies, in addition to the tricky application. I am pleased with the results and will repurchase, if nothing changes.

I've used two bottles of this. I'm on my third. I like this product because it has retinol and dmae. I have oily skin, so serums work better on me. I've also heard they're better absorbed into the skin because they don't have the moisturizing ingredients. I tend to break out and this doesn't cause problems with that. It makes my skin feel nice - not sticky. I wouldn't use it during the day, but I put it on before bed. I haven't noticed a dramatic change in tightening or wrinkles, but it works better than other retinol products I've tried. I like it better than Neutrogena Healthy Skin anti-wrinkle serum. I use the RoC deep Correction serum every other night. On the other nights, I use Neutrogena Visibly Firm serum with copper. Those two products make my skin look better than it has in years.
*** Edit *** I stopped using this b/c it has parabens, even though it was my favorite. And I no longer use the copper serum because it's never in my drugstore.

Yuck. I didn't like this serum at all. I used it for over 12 weeks and it didn't help my skin at all. To be fair, I don't have any deep wrinkles, but do have fine laugh lines and fine lines on my forehead. Maybe my wrinkles aren't deep enough for this serum to make a difference. Nevertheless I didn't feel that my skin benefited from the serum at all.

I have to use a Retinol at night, and after trying several more expensive brands thought I would give this one a shot. It goes on very smooth, and my face looks great in the morning. I rarely have breakouts when using this product (using it for a month and a half now), and can use a Salicylic product during the day without drying.
This is a winner! The smell goes away after a couple of minutes, too...

The product provides no effect as it claims. It is also kind of sticky. Not worth for the money.

I don't have any "deep wrinkles" but I didn't like starting to see any wrinkes (a few near the top of my forehead and milder ones in between my eyebrows), so I started religiously using Roc's serum. It works really well! Seems to puff up the lowered little wrinkled areas, filling them in. The serum has a nice, smooth consistency, and it's easy to apply -- it doesn't take a lot, and I try not to over-apply, especially since the product isn't cheap (I think I paid - on sale - about $20 for the 1 oz bottle.) I have sensitive skin, but have had no problems with the serum - no breakouts or overly-dried out skin. A really nice product, as long as it keeps working, I'll buy it again!

This stuff really works!! I noticed firming immediately! It has a kind of peculiar smell but hey, whatever works. And the bottle is designed so that the retinol stays potent and doesn't break down. You're skin feels tingly and tighter as soon as you apply the product. I put it on at bedtime the first night and in the morning my skin seemed smoother and tighter. I could become addicted to this product. Normally , a lot of these types of products make me break out but this one didn't. Yep, love this lotion!!
