As an avid fan of Hoola buy BeneFit - I think this bronzer is the next best thing. it has a slight slight shimmer which Hoola doesnt have, but it is very slight. You would hardly notice it.
I had heard so much about this bronzer I just had to try it out to see for myself, bought shade 51, and it hasnt disappointed me!
Looks lovely Great value for money and most definetly worth a try.
Love this bronzer, the packaging is cute and it smells gorgeous!

After hearing about it so much i gave in and tried it in the shade #51 , Its hard to pick up much colour the top layer is very hard and even when you scrap off the top layer after a while the same thing happens again. I also find it a bit orange for my Nc15 skin . Its not a product i would buy again or recommend anyone else buying. No product should require regularly removing the top layer just to use it.

Have used this product for nearly 4 years now, Love it!
I bought this in Boots and it was very reasonably priced and has a lovely matt finish. I'm have really fair skin so did'nt want to have the deadly orange face and white neck and this was perfect. It has a lovely glowing finish and it even good for shoulders and collar bones.
(I seen alot of reviews on this saying it was quite expensive, I think it depends on where you like as it has to get imported/shipped i.e Aussie it cheap in australia however quite expensive here in the UK).
Peace xx

I really like this bronzer, but it took a while for product to start coming off of it because it was so tightly packed. This is a perfect contour shade, and it's perfectly matte. I really like to use this with a small contouring brush to really define my features. I really wish this had come in plastic instead of cardboar though!

Although my HG bronzer is Nars Laguna, this is quite nice and does get used often. I think I overpaid for it when I was in Paris, but I heard good things about it and don't think I can purchase this in the US. For anyone that can get this at a decent price, I think it's an excellent buy. It smells delicious, like chocolate with a bit of orange scent. I have shade 51 which is good for my light to medium toned skin and should work well for me except for when I'm super tan. I would say the bronzer is mostly matte with very spare shimmers. It works well for contouring.

I have this in #52 which is perfect for NC35 skin. Its the perfect bronzer, with the naturalist brown undertone that works great for contouring. The 'sparkle' doesn't really show up on the skin rather it gives a dewy healthy glow. I don't notice the smell all that much, but i love the chocolate themed packaging. I love bourjois powders/blushes & this one did not disappoint. shade 52 may be too dark for fairer skinned gals though, and the ligther shade 51 looks kind of orangey. Bourjois is very marked up in Australia- this bronzer is $30!!! but I got mine on ASOS, came to $12 including shipping.

I got this bronzer quite recently after hearing great things about it on youtube. I got number 52 and use it mainly for contouring. It smells lush and the packaging is cute too! However a little goes a long way so avoid putting too much on your brush otherwise you will end up lovely and cakey looking!

I used this bronzer constantly a few year's ago, can't say anything bad about it really [apart from the lack of mirror in the packaging] but can't really rave about it either.

I'm NC43, I have no. 52 and I think it looks so cute on (If i do say so myself ) . I've actually JUST noticed that it says 'filled with glints of sunshine' and realised its got a little gold shimmer in it ( dammit drugstores) but its not that noticable . Update: Unfortunately I figured out that it breaks me out really easily even if I only have it on for a short while so 2 lippies off.

I like this product in general. Not orange, matte enough and stays put for a pretty long time.
What I dislike about it is, that it doesn't show up on me as much as I'd want it to. I have this in "light" as I am pretty pale (NC15/20) and I feel I should have gotten the "medium" one. Maybe it's supposed to be very subtle, but then I don't see the point in using a product if I can barely see it.
Also I would love it to have a mirror. Have been travelling a lot lately and would appreaciate not having to use a compact mirror.

I did not like this bronzer at all. My favourite ones are Benefit's Hoola and TF Chocolate Soleil. Thought I'd save some £££ and try this one...I purchased shades #51 and #52. #51 pulls light orange on my skin, whereas #52 looks muddy. I could never get the application right, it would always streak, and the golden shimmers in it accentuated any pores. I also broke out in red bumps along my cheekbones whenever I used it. The smell was too overwhelming for my nostrils, I have sensitive skin and it irritated me. Lasting power wasn't so good either.

Another gem from Bourjois! I hardly ever wear bronzers, but the adorable packaging (I cant understand why other dont like it!) and the fact that it is virtually matte (you see no shimmer on the skin at all!) grabbed my attention. I still dont really reach for bronzer because it looks a littleodd on my fair skin, But i am willing to pick this up and try it ehn i develop more of a tan. This and Baremineral warmth and gorgeous mattes, and Benefit 10 is my favorite shimmer. Try it out for the £6 something it was you cant go wrong. They dont seem to be particualy orange based so you dont look fake or ''tango'd'' Really Beautiful and i love using this on others with slightly darker skin. Its not overly pigmented but still delivers colour, is buildable and does it job! Gorgeous!

This, along with Rimmel's mousse eyeshadows and Maybelline's mascaras, is definitely on the list of my favorite drugstore make-up products. Although it's cheap, it looks really beautiful and natural on the cheekbones and gives you this healthy, sunkissed look. It's rather transparent, but very buildable. Great for contouring, although in my opinion, this product is best for just giving yourself a little bit of colour. And the packaging! So extremely cute, it looks like chocolate bar and smells like one! I will definitely repurchase this next summer.

Definitely the best bronzer of its price point, and higher price points. there are so many rave reviews on here, just thought i'd add to them! i have olive skin and i usually use bronzer because it looks more natural on me than blush.... providing its the right colour. this one is definitely the right colour, it is pretty matte with some gold glitters (barely noticeable) running through it, love chocolate colour- i used the lighter shade. it smells wonderful, i love the packaging and i cannot recomend this enough to anyone and everyone... you will use this everyday!

I own two bronzers already but those YT gurus got to me! And it's not expensive so I thought I'd give it a whirl.
I'm suprised to find that this may just edge out all other bronzers. I'm extremely pale, and the #51 shade is incredibly subtle. No orange, no glitter.
There's no such thing as a perfect bronzer, but this is a darn good product. Great packaging, good price point, very dense so will likely last years, and has a nice chocolate-orange smell. I'm already recommending it to all my pale friends.

This is testimony to how easily influenced I am. I have bronzers galore - possibly because I struggle to find bronzers that work well with my light skin (NW15/20). After listening to a few beauty gurus on YT rave about this I decided to give it a go - apart from that there was a 3 for 2 offer on in Boots. I bought the Bourjois Kabuki at the same time.
I am really impressed with how well the 51/52 shade gives me a healthy glow without making me look dirty or orange. I am sure if you applied this with a heavy hand, you could achieve just that effect, however i would rather just stick with the subtle glow. It is quite matte and could be used as a contour powder as well. It lasts well.
The packaging is 'nice'. I wish it had a mirror and a safer fastening than the magnetic strip. That said, I am sure the mirror would make this very nicely priced bronzer a little harder on the purse, so i'll stick to no frills packaging.

I have this in ''52''. The shade works well for my medium skin-tone, both as bronzer and contour since it is fairly matte. (it claims to have some sort of ''glistening'' effect, but as far as I can see, it appears quite matte). I reach for this alot because I can control the build-up of colour on my skin and makes for great contouring that looks very natural. Doesn't make me look shiny at all. Packaging is quite cute. Bronzer is pressed in a chocolate block form and comes in a cardboard packaging. There is lots of product in the pan so it will last me forever! :)

I could not believe my eyes to see so many positive reviews. I think I need to give this product a second chance.
I bought this because bronzers are seldom introduced into the asian market. I am NC20, with some gold/red undertones. However what I detest about the product most, is that I somehow cannot apply it evenly. I tried many brushes, tried using lots of powder before application, but somehow I still see streaks. The color is also a tad fake looking on me. On a positive note, this product is relatively cheap for such a huge pack of product. The packaging is also so impossibly cute, like a chocolate bar. The scent is also very nice with amazing shimmers. Now I use it as a eyeshadow.
