I really love MAC mineralized skinfinishes, and I prefer a bronze look to my face instead of a blushed look, so this product is really great. It looks nice on my cheeks and not too orange, just a nice tan glow. It was very expensive, though, and it is very glittery. Sometimes I get sick of the glitter. But otherwise, good product. Applies easily.

I really like this product on my NC45 complexion. I am sure it will look even better in the summer months when I tan. It highlights my high cheekbones in a natural way and can even be used as eye shadow. I would only use it at night and you must use a light hand with this if not it can come off as if you used a gold leaf pen on your face. I am sure this product will last awhile so it was worth the cost.

I just got this today after ordering it online and it looked so scary in the pan! It looks realy coppery and orange .....but then I put it on. It honesly is gorgeous. I'm realy pale and blonde so i used a little bit and blended it on my cheek bones and it comes out in a golden bronze colour. I've been looking for a product like this for ages. It's a little too shimmery for every day use but I'll use it all of the time when I go out and I'm also going to take it on holiday. It looks like it will last an age aswell.

I'm not too impressed with this - it looks very metallic and glittery on my NC35 skintone. It doesn't look orange on me unless I use too much. But really, all it does is give me a really shimmery look that emphasizes my pores...doesn't work for me.

The BOMB!!!! (People still say that, don't they?) I bought this years ago, when it was first released, and used it everyday as a bronzer atop blushes until I dropped the container and destroyed the product. I then set out to replace it, found it to be out of print, and cursed the lack of dupes; the perfect combination of shimmer and color was not to be found anywhere else. Imagine my happiness when this stuff resurfaced.

As a MAC C7-colored girl, I find this stuff is great year round as a highlight for any blush color you use. Get this.

I really like this stuff! I got it yesterday from my local MAC store, not expecting to like it much because 1) I generally hate anything shimmery and 2) It looked so dark in the pan.

However, this really does work for me. I'm a tanned NC40 and this DOES NOT look orange on me at all. It's not glittery either...no big chunks. I use my 109 brush to apply on my cheekbones, maybe a bit on my chin and nose if I'm feeling festive ;) Makes me look glowy and doesn't look garish at all.

I got this in a swap and was a little worried because of the poor reviews. However, I LOVE IT! I didn't mind the sparkle and it does have a bit of fall out, but it's not the kind of chunky glitter that sticks all over. I actually kinda like it when the sparkles fall all over my neck and shoulders haha! It's perfect for a nice gold glow on the cheeks! I did my sisters makeup with this and used a 187 brush to add a glow all over her face. She loved it and got compliments all day! This is surprisingly my favorite MSF right now and I have 19 of them lol.

I miss this product so much! Initially I found it too orange, so I purchased NARS Laguna bronzer. I regret it. Laguna isn't very pigmented at all... The color is too dark for my skin too.

To get the best effect from this highlighter/bronzer/blush, just use a small amount of it! It is VERY pigmented so a little goes a long way. The color is a very nice, glowy, gold shimmer. If overdone, it can look orange - so be gentle. This will last me forever! HG!

I love this product! it gives me a really nice bronze look. I used regular blush brush at first and it was too much. then I tried to use the stippling "skunk" brush, it looked much much better! so natural and it gives me the glow. love it!

For a light bronzy look, sweep product over lightly on neck and face with Brush 150. It is pigmented enough to use as a blush. Does not enlarge my pores like the Soft and Gentle MSF.

Gorgoeus gold color. In theory it should look amazing on GGGs and darker tones. Its medium pigmented but not as finely milled as I would like. So while it adds nice radiant color I also see some obvious specks of glitter, which I don't like. I am new to the Mineralize line and have also tried the warm blend trio and the gold/ orange eyeshadow quad( I forget the name). All amazing colors , but sadly they too have large glitter chunks. I prefer Bobbi Browns shimmer bricks , they are much more finely milled products, but with less pigment.

I love to collect MSFs and I had the impulse to try bronzey/golds for a change. However this just makes me orangey and shimmery on my NC35 face. I'm thinking this looks more natural on darker skintones?

My favorite MSF before this one was Petticoat. Gold Deposit is an AMAZING color that I could see myself using all year round. I apply this with a skunk brush and it's flawless! :) Nice glow and it adds just enough color to give me a great pop of color.

I had put a review on here previously with four lippies, but this was put up the third day I used it so it wasn't completely accurate. I hadn't gotten to know the product well enough. Now that I do, I HATE IT. It is the most gorgeous color in the pan, but when I apply it, it's super super super shimmery, the most shimmery bronzer I own by far. It must be applied with an extremely light hand so you don't have the big blotch in one area (where you first touched your face with the brush). However, an extremely light hand gives you no color, just a shimmer that makes your look like you're made out of metal. I'm so disappointed in this product...... :(

This adds a hint of shimmer to my forehead, under my cheekbone, jawline. The golden color seems to work well for my NC42-43 skin, and it especially works in the summer as I tan so easily (to keep my foundation from looking pasty!).

I apply it with the Sonia Kashuk highlighting brush so I can apply the color more sparingly.

Gorgeous! This is a unique MSF, applies a beautiful goldish tan with no orange whatsoever. A lighter version of shooting star msf. Great for Skin in the NC25-NC35 range! Not to glittery and perfect for everyday wear. Gives a gorgeous sunkissed glow!

I love the product. I've got light to medium skin, Im a NW35. Kinda golden beige with pink undertones and I loveeee how it looks great. I dont think its a good color for people with very fair skin, I think that is where all the orange comments are coming from. It looks so pretty and bronzy on me, I love the litte golden shimmers, don't think it looks chunky at all.

Another absolute essential for the bronzed look! I love this so much that I have TWO backups. (Yes, I am slightly crazy)

I usually use this as a highlighter, layering it on top of my bronzer and applying it only to the cheeks and nose bridge. I find that it gives me a nice sun-kissed glow.

Provided you don't overdo the application, this can actually come off as looking quite natural. When I wore this out to meet a friend, she was actually surprised to hear that I was wearing make up!

Ever since I bought this, I think I've used it every day-- I love it! It looks intense in the compact but goes on sheer-ish and makes me look like I actually have a nice golden tan.
It could be too shimmery for some people but it doesn't bother me. I usually go over my face with a big power brush to get rid of some of the the little gold flecks.
It's really worth a try!
