I have REALLY mixed feelings on this product.

To begin with, this was the most beautiful shampoo I had ever used. It left my hair in the most gorgeous condition- luxuriously soft with a hint of shine, & not greasy. But today, as I was admiring my lovely hair in the mirror, I noticed a bit of dandruff. I pulled back my fringe to expose my hairline, and ... *cue shocked expression* ... my scalp was flaking. CORRECTION. My scalp was comprised OF flakes. I actually shrieked, ran to the bathroom and immediately washed my hair with 2% Nizoral(sp?), which seemed to clear it up well.

I chose the "yes" option in response to "would you buy this again?", but I really don't know...

I like this. It gently cleans without over drying my hair. I also notice less static in my hair after using this for several days. It has a light scent that doesn't interfere with any perfume that I'm wearing.
I would buy again, it's not too expensive and works well.

I like the nice smell and it does leave my hair very soft and smooth. Quite pricey here in Australia though so I would only buy it if it was on sale or i'm sticking to Pantene!

i quite like this shampoo when i first tried it. the smell is actually quite ok, but then after a few wash i noticed my scalp was flaking. ok on hair but not your scalp

Dove dissappointed me. After using & reusing, my hair never felt any silkier or softer. In fact, I think it dried my hair out even more! Will I buy again? Definitely not.

I really like how it smells and it makes my hair nice. And the best thing is it's really cheap. i get the humungous bottle from costco for less than 5 dollars.

I actually like the Dove scent. Not LOVE LOVE but I can tolerate it. It moisturizes my hair without stripping it and my hair isn't greasy afterwards which *hopefully* means it was cleaned well.

I could not get past the scent. It made me sick to my stomach, but I'm sure it had to do with my being pregnant at the time. Even now that I'm no longer pregnant, just the thought of that scent makes me sick. That's pregnancy for you!

At first,my hair feels moisturised.But after just a week or two, I started having scalp problem of dandruff. Many of my friends who used this before experienced the same problem. Will go back to using Thermalsilk.

I generally love Dove products and was excited about this shampoo. Great smell & can't beat the price, but it weighed down my hair and left a kind of gritty feel behind. My hair is long & color-treated; this just didn't do it. Back to Aveda Sap Moss, which is the BEST!

Overall a dissapointing product. I have super kinky, curly, overprocessed hair, and this shampoo just didn't cut it as far as moisturizing goes. I can barely brush through my hair after using this shampoo (and matching conditioner). Afterwards, it's frizz city, no matter what the weather is. I do like the scent and texture of this product, but that's not enough for me to repurchase it.

This is the best smelling shampoo I've ever found! It was acutally recommended to me here on MUA and I finally found it just after it came out. I have super curly hair that is fine and this does an aswome job of gently cleaning my hair.

Where has this been all my life??? I LOVE this! I have dry hair that tends to frizz a lot and this has done wonders for my hair. It makes my hair feel so soft and it gives it a lot of shine.

I thought this shampoo might be a good idea for my color treated hair -- big mistake. I hated it. My hair was flat and blah and too soft (that's a problem when you have baby fine hair). I apparently hate all things Dove, so I'll just stay away from all their products from now on. LOL!

This is WONDERFUL! I have dry, coarse, frizzy hair and this leaves it feeling soft and silky. I like this somuch better than all the high end hair care items that I have tried in the past. I will be buying this again and again.
