This shampoo/conditioner was not bad as far as my hair goes - but I gave it the low rating because it made my skin (forehead) break out in little pimples!

overall i think this shampoo/conditioner is pretty average. i like the smell well enough, and the performance is nice. my hair ends up soft but not too soft. and i think it seems to have a bit more conditioning properties than some other shampoo/conditioner combos, so that's a good thing. it doesn't give so much that it weighs the hair down though. i do notice that if you use this several times in a row, after about a week it seems like i do have some build-up on my hair, but so many do that anyway, i just keep a clarifying shampoo on hand at all times and use that once a week or so to deal with that problem.

Wow, I wish I could say I like this product but I truly don't.
Garnier conditioners are just awesome for the price and scent, but by the end of the day my hair feels greasy, as if it has some kind of coating on it.
I've never gotten on well with *most* daily conditioners, and this one was no exception.But, this one made my scalp itch too.

the 2-in-1 shampoo works great and if u use it for a long time your hair just keeps getting better, at first if u just switched shampoos then it has an odd effect on your hair wher it might feel a little greasy but it goes away within the next couple days. it definitely makes your hair softer and more loveable. the price is a little higher than normal shampoo but its worth it.

If they stopped putting ammonium lauryl sulfate I'd be happyer. It's good it doesn't have silicon in it like Pantene so I'm happy so far.

Keeps my hair feeling clean all day, lightweight and very silky. The conditioner is very nice. Although I think I like pantene better, this is a great shampoo if you haven't tried, try for yourself because though cheap, great results.

I generally buy the salon end products but got a sample from a drugstore and tried it. I was quite impressed with the way it made my hair feel. It was not greasy or too dry. I have naturally curly hair that is dyed so I was quite pleased to pay like $3 for shampoo when usually I spend $12.

This is my fave low end shampoo. The smell is so delicious! It made my hair look and feel shiny, but it didn't prevent split ends as well as Matrix Sleek look does. My hair was light-weight and had volume. this one is a keeper!!

I liked the smell, but after a while it made my hair feel greasy and waxy. It was only about $2.74 @ Walmart though. I will not buy again!

this is my most favoritest shampoo AND conditioner everrrr! it takes no time to wash and condition ur hair cuz its 2 in 1. it leaves my hair super shiny and not frizzy at all. feels great! much better than any expensive product i have ever tried.

I love this stuff! The shampoo is creamy and cleansing at the same time, a rare combo! The conditioner leaves my hair smooth and managable. The bottles don't bother me, I can pop them open with the pad of my thumb easily. I just shampoo, rinse, condition -2 1/2 minutes rinse. This is a great system and I'll keep using it untill I find something better.
UPDATE: NOVEMBER 18 2004- found somthing better! Ditched it for Avalon Organics shampoo in rosemary with tea tree oil and FrizEase condition (the one if the tall purple bottle). If find this new combo to be more moisturizing.

After using this stuff for a month I finally realized that is was definetely NOT very good for my hair. It left a sticky, waxy, buildup on my hair (especially the roots) weighing it down and making it look greasey! It was just disgusting! The smell i thought was good at first but it smells rather chemical-ish!

This is what I am using now, I did use it once when it came out but didn't really like it. I decided to try it again when I started paying attention to ingredients and noticed it was gentle. I am kind of neutral with it. It's not the worst but it's not the best either. It cleans hair, that's about it.
I like how cheap it is and how it makes my hair feel light after using it.
I hate the package, I find it very hard to open. The s/c makes the lid stick on really tight and it's a pain to get off especially if you have long nails. So it gets a 3. I probably won't buy it again.

This is the best shampoo/conditioner I've ever used! It makes my hair SO soft and shiny. Smells great, but the smell does not linger after the shower like Herbal Essences. It just looks and feels much, much better after using this just once. The only problem is I don't like the cap, it's kind of weird.

Wow, for a drugstore 2 in 1, this stuff is great. I had to use it because I was traveling with my fiance and didn't want to bring my shampoo and conditioner so we shared his. I can't believe how great it is. I have long hair though and it didn't quite condition as much as it could have, but most conditioners don't even do that.

This was the best 2-in-1 I had ever used. No other 2-in-1 detangled as well as this one, or left my hair as shiny. Unfortunately, high silicone products like this one dry out my hair now that I wash it only every 3rd day (my hair is tailbone length), and I've stopped using it. I definately recommend that those looking for a 2-in-1 and who wash their hair every day try out this product. Their fine hair conditioner makes a good accompanying leave-in as well.UPDATE:I've found that following a non-silicone children's 2-in-1 with a dilute vinegar rinse does an excellent job af detangling my hair..better than this stuff did back when I used to use it (and the good results of the vinegar lasts for days), so I would no longer recommend this to even the daily hair washers.

The BEST hair product, especially for the buck. I go crazy for the right kind of fruity smells, and this smells divine. It makes my hair look and feel thicker, stronger, less frizzy, shinier, and easier to manage. I first used their products in Asia and was so happy when they finally made it to the US, although I still haven't seen the pomade here that also works wonders on my hair. HIGHLY recommended!

I like this product a lot...I alternate it with Clairol 5x shampoo (no conditioner) to avoid my hair getting too greasy. It is pretty thick so you don't really need to use much, and it takes a bit of work to make sure it is all rinsed out. But it makes my hair a lot shinier and also less frizzy and generally I am very happy with this product!

I used this shampoo and conditioner for a while. You really do notice the difference. After the first few bottles my hair was definitely shinier, stronger and healthier. The smell is okay though I'm not 100% in love with it. After a while it didn't seem to do anything for my hair. My hair doesn't feel that healthy anymore from using it. It does have great effects but you stop seeing results once they happen.
