Deep Throat was my first NARS product a few years ago and it is still one of my favorites. Like many other reviewers mentioned, there is a lot less shimmer in this blusher than Orgasm. This is a versatile pink that looks great on just about everyone. Recommend.

I adore this blush!
I've been using it for years and its a definite go-to in my kit.
It looks gorgeous on most skin types. I love Orgasm but sometimes you just don't want the sparkle.

I wasnt sure i needed this in my collection due to the fact that it was similar to orgasm but i went into nordies and swatched it i loved it more than organsm. it doesnt have the chunkyvshimmer that orgasm seems to have.

Im so in love with this product. It looks especially well on olive skin tones! Its not too overbearing it sits just right on your cheeks. On the down side its really pricey i almost had a heart attack when i saw the price but i forced myself to buy it because it was just so pretty lol.

This is a great NARS blush shade because even though it is highly pigmented, it is light enough that it's not as easy to overdo as it is with their other shades. It's a very flattering peachy-pink colour, with subtle shimmer.
I have had it for almost a year now, and it still looks untouched!

I tried this blush 3 x's at the makeup counter before I took the plunge and bought it yesterday, so this is the first full day I've worn it. I did have to reapply @ 3:30 today but it may be that I used too light a hand with it this morning, so I'll have to tweak that.
This blush is way more flattering to my NW15 complexion than Nars O and it seems to give me enough color to really brighten me without having the color look artificial. The shimmer is just the right amount to not be noticeable but to keep the finish of it from looking like it's just sitting there flat on the skin.
So far-so good.

Love this blush!!
Lasts all day long...goes on nice and light but you can build up the colour if you want more.
Lots of friends with different skin tones use this and it looks great on all of them!

Best peachy- pink blush ever! This blush deserves the cult following that NARS orgasm has. This is the blush that orgasm fails to be. This blush actually has a nice amount of shimmer that doesn't leave you looking like a shiny sweaty disco ball. Deep throat actually leaves you with a nice glow that isn't overpowering. It is extremely pigmented, so you need to use a light hand, and it will last you forever since you barley have to use any. It is just overall a perfect blush in every way that's suitable for everyone

Expensive... but DEEP THROAT is the best color ever! Far superior to ORGASM, in my opinion, especially for my NC35 skin with yellow undertones.
The blush has just enough shimmer (very slight) and pigment for my liking. Is layerable. Gives a nice glow over my HG BB Cream.
Only downsides for me are the cost and the fact that the palette seems fragile - I always end up shattering it into a million powdery pieces whenever I drop it. Guess I'm klutzy, but I *HATE* when that happens.

I actually love this blush way more than Orgasm- which is a cult favorite. It is less shimmery which is more flattering since it won't make you look greasy or like a disco ball. The color is rather universal so it will appeal to a wide audience. Again, it is Nars so it is rather pricey but I believe this blush is actually worth the $27.

Such a beautiful shade, a pinky-peach with finely milled gold shimmer. This suits everyone and it is very pigmented so darker skin-tones don't have to worry about this not showing up on their skin. BUT one massive let down for me is the staying power! Yes I have a problem with the staying power of a NARS Blush! I am insane!
Unfortunately I can't agree with so many other reviews that this product lasts long. It disappears almost instantly and I have even swatched this on my hand and not touched it at all and it has the same result. It looks gorgeous once applied which is what makes it so upsetting.
The packaging is sleek and definitely stands out from others on the market (except from ELF who have copied their packaging), but it does get extremely dirty when left around with other makeup.
The price here in Aus is ridiculous for a blush so definitely look online to get yourself a bargain!

At first i thought of buying the orgasm since there're so much fuss about it, went to the counter n tried it..doesnt really give me the right glow. And i saw this color immediately and tried it..chemistry! It's the perfect shade of a natural, effortless glow and feels like it belonged to my cheeks. I'm medium fair and this shade just compliments the color of my skin..love it!

The only thing that I love more than Nars rubber packaging is the color of Deep Throat itself! I'm in love with this blush! Everytime I use it, I get multiple compliments. For reference, I'm NC30, and it shows nicely against my skin tone, and even better on pictures!

Easily build able & blend able
Not over powering.
Everything I could ever want in a blush!
I like this a lot more than the NARS orgasm blush, as I don't like any shimmer in a blush!
Age: 36-43 Skin: Normal, Fair-Medium, Neutral Hair: Brunette Eyes: Hazel
Deep Throat is exactly what I wanted. A little colour that does look too much when I have a tan. It looks natural. I love it and th MUA who recommended it!
Age: 30-35 Skin: Combination, Fair-Medium, Neutral Hair: Blond, Straight, Fine Eyes: Brown
Apparently every fair skinned make up lover should have this iconic item in their arsenal. I bought this on the strength of MUA reviews, beauty editor recs,, online swatches and NARS' reputation. I hadn't tried it in person as my nearest counter is a 2hr round trip away and so a pain to visit.
I am fair skinned, N15-20 (I am undecided on my undertone! I am fairly neutral leaning toward cool, I think.), assisted blonde (highlights) with dark brown eyes.
In the pan this looks a light but bold pink to me, I see none of the 'peachiness' described by other reviewers, there is also a small amount of glitter (small flecks, not big chunks). The second picture on here is the most accurate for me. On my skin it is pink and the glittery sheen comes through no matter how delicately I apply and how much I blend. I think it's a bit too barbie pink on me, even blended out. I benefit from something peachier and certainly something matte, I'm not keen on the glitter, no matter how 'subtle'.
The formulation is nice, lovely application and the pigmenation is so good that a small amount goes a very long way (I use ecotools retractable kabuki) and the pan is a good shape for getting the brush loaded. It's not chalky at all. Wear time is 4-5 hours and no oxidisation.
The price in the UK is £21 GBP (approx $32+ USD at time of writing), which is pretty expensive for something I'm not madly in love with and wouldn't buy again. If we could exchange MU in the UK (we can't for hygiene reasons), this would be going back.
I've marked this down in the sparkly finish, the price and because I really am disappointed with it. It's such a shame, I wanted to love it.

I LOVE Deep Throat Blush. I am a NC20 Asian girl with both yellow and red undertones, and this blush makes me look rosy and naturally glowly, and I just look and feel much more happy after I put this blush on.
I tried the extremely popular ORGASM blush, but it just made me look like I had highlighter on my face, which I wasnt looking for because I was looking for a warm glow blush. The shimmer made my face look unnatural, didnt blend in with my skin and there was just nothing wow about it.
I think deep throat would look great on skintones that is similar to mine. It is dark enough so you can see color, but not so much that you will look like a clown.
I use the Ecotools blush brush and they are a match made in heaven.
I really LOVE this blush! Guys like it on me too, they think its natural.
Age: 30-35 Skin: Very Oily, Fair Hair: Brown Eyes: Brown
Honestly speaking, this is a good everyday color but i dun find this color very unique. It is a good product which I will foresee myself going to it for a no brainer color. But if you ask me whether i love it to bits, I will say no. It blends very well and naturally. I am not sure if I will buy this again.

Amazing product - this is my only Nars blusher and I don't think I can top it in all honesty. To me it is a beautiful pinky peach blush with a gorgeous sheen and the slightest amount of glitter (I don't like glittery cheek products - but this really is lovely and doesn't look glittery on the cheeks) - because of this you don't really need a highlighter with this product which is a great time saver! :) As always with Nars, it is of great quality and is butter soft. I am NC15 for reference.

Nice blush, if you think NARS' orgasm blush is too shimmery and pink, this is the nice lighter alternative to it. it still has the pink/peachyness with the gold flecks but not quite as much.
