Me love this! The formula is not too heavy, but not sheer either, and very moisturizing on my lips....however, one swipe'll do ya, since more can start to look too heavy. Airy Fairy is a cool-tinted MLBB shade, not as dark as Paradise but not orangey-warm-tinted like Birthday Suit (which didn't suit me at all). It's a mauvey sort of shade, with perhaps a smidgen of lavenderish tint to it, but not so much that you look like a 1980's backup dancer for Prince. It suits my coloring well (cool PPP, grey eyes, reddish-brown hair). It really makes my full lips look lusciously nibbly.

I sometimes put a light coat of clear lip gloss on top, but not always, as it is shiny enough without it. I personally like the smell, it reminds me of an Orange Julius, but I don't personally detect a taste. This will last maybe a couple of hours without eating or drinking before you need to touch up, and since this is so close to my natural lip color, I can apply without using a mirror and I know it'll be okay. I dropped this lipstick four or five times in the store before I bought it, and the case didn't open or break. Plus, it's easily rolled up with one hand. What more do you want for four bucks?

this almost looks exactly like my lip color except w/ a tinge more pink to it. my hubby even thought i wasn't wearing any lipstick but i still like it since it evens out my lips since i have a little discoloration on my upper lip. will be a lipstick i'll wear often on days i don't feel like putting much makeup on. also not drying...feels good on lips. not the best lasting power..but hey for under $6 can't beat it.

Most pinky nude lipsticks give me corpse lips but happily I've found the exception with Airy Fairy.Gorgeous light neutral pinky nude with a golden sheen to it.So incredibly pretty.Great creamy smooth application.Non drying,Nice pigment.Nice coconut scent(smells alot like suntan lotion IMO)Can't say enough about it

Lovely nude pink shade with gold shimmer. It's easy to apply (doesn't need precise lining). It's a cream lipstick that doesn't look overdone. Excellent!

I'm very very pale, so it's hard to find a nude that works on me. Most are too brown or beige, which makes me look like living death. This is a lovely pink-lilac-gold that has a very soft focus effect. I love it with a cat eye, or with barely any makeup. This isn't as drying as some other formulas, but I still need to wear lipbalm under or over it, or my mouth feels too tight. The packaging is cute, the price is low, so I can't see a reason not to give it a try. I think it would work with a lot of skintones.

I'm fairly new to loving lipsticks, but this is right up there in my top 5. A cool -toned pinky nude with lots of shimmer, it's easy for me to wear with most makeup. One of the things that first ran me off of lipsticks in my teens was the scent. To this day, I don't care if it's a Limited Edition, 24kt Gold Cased, "what every celeb wears" lipstick, if it's made by Revlon, or smells anything like that, I can't stand it. This is sort of fruity, but after a minute or two I acclimated to it and forget about it. These are so well priced, it's worth trying this shade, even if you end up hating it. Would repurchase.

A very sweet, pale and muted pink nude with hints of lilac/mauve? and some golden shimmer that gives me soft, lush lips. Like what other reviewers have said, this looks very very close to what Angelina wears - I love this on days where I don't feel like wearing anything, really - but it can pull off the full makeup look as well. I can't STAND the smell of rimmel l/s but it fades fast enough, thankfully. :) Creamy yet slightly drying at times, but that's easily remedied with some lipbalm - it's all good for a price of $2.99! ;) Asian Nc-25.

I just purchased the Rimmel Airy Fairy lipstick today and absolutely LUV it! It's an EXAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAACT match to MAC's "Blankety" shade which I have been using for the past 2 years. Although I'd have to say that Blankety is more moisturizing and smoother upon application.

very drying...even though I don't have dry lips! IMO it looks too pale for medium Asian skin tone.

A very good cheap find. I bought it today at a whim for about 2 Euro. The colour is a very lovely muted mauvy-pink. In terms of comparison to MAC l/s, to me it is in between Syrup and Faux, both in colour and consistency. And more wearable, too. Seems to look best in daylight or bright artificial light (gym), a bit washed out in dimmer artificial light (bar). Decent lasting power for a cheapo l/s as well. I am not bothered by the smell, not ever even in other products, and the fragrance in this lippie is quite nice anyway. Will repurchase and buy more of them , especially at the price - will buy one for keeping in my car, one in my golf bag, etc.

Love this pretty nudey pink shade. Was looking for a great nude shade that didn't make me look like I smeared the concealer on my lips....this does it. I've only had it one day, but I can see myself reaching for this one a lot. Nice texture, wear could be better, but as good as it feels going on, I don't mind reapplying. I am a PPP, brown hair and eyes.

I'm on the fence about this one. I have such a hard time finding nice nude lipsticks, everything is too brown on my fair complexion. On the brightside, this lipstick has just enough pink to not make me look washed out. But i'm still not sure it's exactly what I'm looking for. Nice consistency, I didn't notice an obnoxious smell like others have - & the lasting power is average. It's one that I think i'll grab for on a sunday afternoon, when i don't feel like having much (if any) makeup on. Not sure i'll buy it again, I'll have to wait & see. UPDATE - after a few days of wearing this, i'm liking it more. It's a really pretty muted pink that looks great with a natural face, or smokey eyes. The only thing is, without some Vaseline underneath, it dries out my lips.

Found my perfect color finally! I have a hard time getting a lipcolor to show up and not turn and feather like I have an orange ring around my mouth. It's a light to medium blue based pink with the slightest touch of beige (no nude). It's very creamy almost opaque and seems to last a few hours before retouching.
Will put up a photo soon.

Great cool/neutral pink lippie that can be worn with a wide array of liners and glosses. A new favorite. I would encourage anyone to give it a try, especially for the price.

Airy Fairy is a pretty slightly cool creamy pink with a touch of nude beige shimmer on my NC25 complexion/slightly pigmented lips. The formula is nice and moisturizing, very comfy on the lips. I don't mind the smell either! Looks wonderful on me and is perfect for an everyday lip look for the office or for weekends. Great price too! The only caveat is that the packaging is a tad too builky annd clumsy.

I starred at this lipstick for weeks at the mall, I just loved the colour. But I'm not a lipstick girl, I have barely any lipstick, and close to 100 lip glosses. Then the other day, this went on sale for $4.39 Canadian! I HAD to buy it. It's a gorgeous pale pinky-mauve with very fine golden shimmer, and the name's adorable too, Airy Fairy? When I tried this on, i was impressed. The texture's light and smooth, it smell sweet and a bit chocolaty, and it has a subtle sheen so it's not flat at all. And the colour is exactly how I wanted it to look. Sheer, natural and like Miabella said, it hs a very Angelina Jolie-ish, pillowy lips look. When I put a bit of clear gloss over top, I can't stop looking at how full and lovely my lips look. For the price, I'm going to go buy a few more:)

wonderful lipstick!!! it is a gorgeous pinky-nude (more nude than pink against my fair skin) and felt like a silky dream. i could keep reapplying and layering without looking cakey or having garish lips. it is just so natural and does stay for such a moisurizing formula=)

lets get this straight- I am a gloss girl. a sticky, in your hair, not for windy days gloss girl. But this lipstick is just so different and soooo gorgeous. I am a LLL/PPP blue eyes brown hair. To me this looks exactly like a color angelina jolie just wore recently post-birth of the "chosen one" shiloh. Its the pic where her and brad are at a table and shes talking and her lips are smootched out. Ok I knoww I dont look like pillow lips jolie, but this lipstick is sooo pretty. Long lasting, who knows, I slick on a million coats and feel pretty in my lavender pink lips! I wish they made a matching lipgloss....
